Third Person's POV

Sonic, Brody and Tails were trying to sneak inside Rpbotnik's fortress "You guys sure we gotta do this, Sonic and Brody? This is Robotnik's Fortress!" Tails said "If a guy's been locked up for thirty years, he needs rescue!" Brody said as they jump in a sewer hole.

Once inside Robotnik's dungeon they all look around "This place gives me the creeps" Tails said "Whaaa!" He said in shock when he saw a giant statue of Dr. Robotnik "Yeah amd that's the biggest creep of all!" Brody said and a brown hairy creature in a cage pokes Tails' arm startling him and screams "Relax, kid, I'm not gonna bite!" The creature said "How about claw, choke or kick?" Tails asks "Are you the guy Robotnik locked up thirty years ago?" Sonic asks "The one and only! Name's Lucas" Lucas said.

"Well stand back, Lucas! We're busting you out of here!" Brody said as he and Sonic spin around the bottom of the cagr destroying it setting Lucas free and an alarm sounds "Uh-oh! Look!" Tails said as a pair of robots resembling octopus rush in "It's one of Robotnik's little pals! Sure is one mean-looking son of a can opener!" Sonic said and Tails and Lucas run away "Speaking of looks..." Brody said as he looks at Sonic and nodded as they take out mirrors and combs.

Brody and Sonic look in their mirrors and Sonic combs his quills while Brody combs his fur "Uh, who are you two frimpin' for? The undertaker?" Lucas asks "Least We can do is give them a spare chance!" Sonic said as one robot screech to a halt and starts shooting lasers "We're waitiiiiing!" Brody and Sonic said as it kept shooting but Sonic and Brody used their mirrors to reflect the laser making it bounce back to the robot destroying it.

"When fast thinking is of the essence" Sonic said "We are the essence of fast thinking!" Brody said and then they took out the second robot.

"I hate that hedgehog and wolf!" Robotnik said watching from his computer "Quick! Prepare the Egg Blaster!" He said as Scratch goes to the control panel of the Egg blaster as a rotten egg-bomb is being put on it and Scratch presses a button on the control panel putting the egg-bomb in "Rotten Egg Bomb in launch position!"  Scratch said "Fire!" Robotnik saidand Scratch presses a button makingthe egg blaster fire the egg-bomb.

"Now, which way is out of here?" Brody asks and Tails looks up seeing the egg-bomb "Rotten Egg-bomb!" Tails said "Hold that thought!" Brody said as he runs to a grandfather clock and takes ghe spring in it and uses it to make the egg-bomb be sent back up "All right Brody!" Tails said "Excuse me. I got a breakfast date with Robotnik. You guys get out of here and meet me by the river!" Brody said as Sonic, Tails and Lucas run out and Brody runs off.

"Hear anything, your vileness?" Scratch asks "Shhh! Yes, I hear it!" Robotnik said unaware that the egg-bomb flies behind him "Uh, your repulsiveness, it's the egg-bomb!" Scratch said "Of course it's the egg-bomb, fool!" Robotnik said and the rotten egg-bomb falls on him covering in  rotten egg "Whoa! Eww!" Scratch and Grounder said and Brody arrived dressed as a chef and had Robotnik sit in a giant frying pan.

"Sunny side down!" Brody said as he lifts the handle as Robotnik growls as he flies into the air then back to the frying pqn. Brody then stands on a ladder next to the pan, then sprinkles pepper on Robotnik using a pepper shaker "Tell me when" Brody said as Robotnik is now covered in pepper "Nincombots! Get him! Aaah-aaah-choo! Achoo!" Robotnik said and Brody takes off his disguise and runs to the window as Scratch and Grounder run to the window and Brody moves ot of the way hanging onto the window with his left hand and foot causing Scratch and Grounder to fall out the window and Brody spins his way to the lake where Sonoc, Tails and Lucas waited.

"Hey, thanks for saving me! But why'd you do it?" Lucas asks Nobody should have to stay in a dungeon for thirty years!" Brody said "Why does Robotnik hate you so much?" Sonic asks "It's about Lucinda. My beautiful, wonderful Lucinda. It all seems like yesterday" Lucas said reminiscing "We were lab partners at our high school chemistry class. I was just working up the nerve to ask her to go steady, and Robotnik didn't like it" Lucas said "Just after trying to take me away, Robotnik was expelled, and began his villainous career. When he built his fortress, I was his first prisoner" Lucas said "Wow! So, what happened to Lucinda?" Tails asks and tears forms in Lucas's eyes "Who knows? After all these years?" Lucas asks "Hey, come on! She may be waiting for you!" Sonic said amd Lucas gasps seeing himself in the water "For this? A walkin' haystack?" Lucas asks "If she stood up to Robotnik like that, she really must have loved you! Come on, time's a wasting!" Brody said "W-what's the hurry?" Lucas asks "Are you kiddin'? She's been waiting thirty years! I can't stand waiting thirty seconds! We're taking you to Lucinda!" Brody said as he and Sonic run away taking Tails and Lucas with them.

*Meanwhile outside Robotnik's Fortress*

"I don't care what it takes! I'll give anything to have Lucas return to my dungeon!" Robotnik said "Anything?" Scratch asks "For that decrepid old hairball?" Grounder asks "That hairball stole the one thing I treasured most in life! Besodes having power and comitting rottenness, of course. My beautiful, wonderful Lucinda. It all seems like yesterday" Robotnik said telling thebsame memory but bias toward him "Awww. So where is she? How come we never met her? Hello? Your malevolence?" Grounder asks "Yeah what happened? Where is your Lucinda?" Scratch asks "Did you marry her amd live happily ever after?" Grounder asks "No! I want Lucas back in his cage, now!" Robotnik said "Huh?" Grounder asks "I bet they'll be heading for the Mobius jungle!" Robotnik said "The jungle? Why?" Scratch asks "Lucinda teaches there in a little schoolhouse. If you bring Lucas and the couple of Sonic and Brody back to me, you can name your prize, anything!" Robotnik said and the two robots headed to Mobius Canyon.

"It's time to give up, Sonic and Brody. You've already been over half of Mobius and talked to everybody and we still have no idea where Lucinda is!" Lucas said "We just haven't been asking the right people!" Brody said and after he and Sonic found Grounder and Scratch they got them to fall for their own trap.

"Gosh, I feel kinda sorry for em'! Makes me wanna give em' a hint and tell em' where we're going!" Brody said "After the dirty rotten trick you two just pulled?!" Grounder said "D'oh Grounder you moron-a-thon! We don't need the dumb hedgehog and wolf's dumb hints!" Scratch said as they look at Brody

"Right! I knew that. Yeah, you dumb wolf! We already know you're going to Lucinda's Schoolhouse in Mobius jungle!" Grounder said "Lucinda, here we come!" Lucas saif "You've got it ace! Let's race!" Sonic said as they all run away.

Soon they arrived at Lucinda's schoolhouse and watch her teach the little kids "Bye, everyone! See you tomorrow!" Lucinda said as the heroes see a big pile of apples on her desk "Kids, really like her, don't they?" Brody asks "Yeah. She's really something!" Lucas said  ut tries to run away and Sonic and Brody stop him "Lucas! Where you going?" Sonic asks "Well, I can't face her! It's the Lucas I was thirty years ago she wants!" Lucas said as Lucinda walks out the door and closes it walking away "Lucas, go on! She's waited thirty years! Going on thirty-one if you don't hurry! I'm waiting!" Brody said and Lucas gulps "All right!" Lucas said walking away and Lucinda was walking through the jungle "Lucinda?" Lucas asks causing Lucinda to stop "Lucas?" Lucinda asks  looking around and as Lucas was gonna walk to her Scratch throws a bag over Lucas and pulls him away dragging him away and Lucinda walks back to where Lucas was "Lucas?" Lucinda asks "Lucinda! Let me out of here! Lucinda!" Lucas said from inside the bag as they take him away.

"Lucas!" Lucinda said looking through the jungle while Sonic and Brody where still outside the schoolhouse "Come on, little bro! This isn't the way the story's supposed to end!" Brody said as he and Sonic look around and find Scratch's footprints "Chicken tracks! The badniks got him! Gotta speed kid!" Sonic said as Sonic and Brody run away and Tails follows them flying while Robotnik, Scratch and Grounder left Lucas inside a volcano and they see Brody and Sonic "It's the hedgehog and the wolf! They are..." Grounder said "Doing exactly what I want him to do!" Robotnik said  as Sonic, Brody and Tails run inside the volcano "Inba minute, you'll be roasting hedgehog and wolf!" Robotnik said pushing the handle causing the dynamite pack  to explode causing a volcanic eruption and Sonic and Brody run through the volcanic cavr until they reach the bag Lucas is in get him out of it "Lucas my man! Time for your datr with destiny!" Brody said "Sonic! Brody! The volcano exploded" Tails said "Time to fly, guys!" Sonic said as he grabs Lucas and Brody picks up Tails and the two run away but soon stop when they see a huge flow of lava and they look behind to sre another lava flow behind them "There's no way out!" Lucas said "Not necessarily" Sonic and Brody said as they spindash underground "Where are they going? Lucas askd "Could be anyplace!" Tails said.

Sonic and Brody arrived in the artic and they cut a giant rectangle and they take it with them back "Huh?" Lucas asks when Sonic and Brody came back with the ice rectangle "Hop a ride guys!" Sonic said as they all get on the ice and use it to slide across the lava shrinking and when they got in the jungle they jump out and landed on the jungle and Sonic and Brody sit up, Sonic sitting in Brody's lap.

"Hey, Lucas, you okay pal?" Sonic and Brody asked "I wonder if Lucinda will marry Robotnik" Lucas said "That soft-boiled egg brains? She's got better taste than that!" Sonic said "He's powerful, rich! Oh, what have I got to offer but head lice and a bad haircut?" Lucas asks and Brody reaches behind his back pulling out a tube of hair gel in his right hand and a pair of scissors in his left "Tell you what, Tails and I will take care of the bad hair and Sonic will take care of the badnik! Deal?" Brody asks "Deal!" Lucas said and he shakes hands with Brody  and Sonic nods running away.

Sonic was inside Lucibda's schoolhouse disguised in a wedding dress with a wig that looked like Lucinda's hair and tricked Robotnik and Robotnik took 'Lucinda' to the church "Do you take this woman to be your wife? To have and to hold, for richer, for poor..." the Judge said "Yes, definitely! Yes, I do!" Robotnik said "And do you take this man to..." the judge said "Nope" Sonic said "What?!" Robotnik asks suprised "Sorry Robuttnik, I'm saving myself for my handsome wolf" Sonic said revealing his face "Why, you!" Robotnik said "But hey! What's a wedding without some rice?" Sonic asks pulling a string with his right hand causing a giant bowl of rice dump rice on Robotnik causing him to scream and Sonic grabs a camera "Smile!" Sonic said taking a picture of Robotnik, Scratch and Grounder covered in rice "And a piece of wedding cake!" Sonic said and grabs the cake throwing it at Robotnik and then took another picture and licked some of the cake "Delicious! Yummy, hubby!" Sonic said and Robotnik growls and Sonic laughs and then gets them inside the wedding carpet all rolled up "Happy honeymoon, Robotnik!" Sonic said "I hate that hedgehog!" Robotnik said as Sonic runs off  and told the judge to wait as he went to check on Brody and Tails.

"You look hot, Lucas" Tails said smiling "You can't get cold feet now. Anyway if you wait much longer, I'll have to give you another haircut" Brody said and Lucas stands up and soghs "All right, I just need a little nudge and I'll...." Lucas said as Sonic runs up to him "How goes things, my handsome wolf and little bro?" Sonic asked Brody and Tails and tosses Lucas next to Lucinda who was on a small island "Lucas! Lucas is it you?" Lucinda asks suprised "Yes, uh, heh, Lucinda. It's me. I ju...I....well..." Lucas said and looks over at Sonic, Brody and Tails "We're waitiiiiiiiing!" Sonic and Brody said "Yeah! We're waiting!" Tails said jumping on Brody's shoulders as Lucas gives them a nervous grin as he shrugged "Thirty years is a long time, Lucinda. We've got no time to waste! Will you marry me?" Lucas asks causing Lucinda to gasp in delight "Lucas!" Lucinda said as they hug each other"I guess that's a yes!" Tails said "So what are we waiting for?" Brody asks as they all got to the church.

"Welcome to the love Can't wait wedding Chapel" The judge said as Lucas and Lucinda are dressed in their wedding attire and Tails was wearing a suit Brody and Sonic got him as Tails was standing next to Lucas holding the wedding rings "So what are we waiting for?" Sonic asks "We're ready!" Lucas said "Ahem. We are all gathered today..." the judge said "wait, wait, wait!" Brody and Sonic said as they run away then came back dressed in a suit, Brody in a blue suit and Sonic in a yellow suit "And who are you two supposed to be?" The judge asked "Best hedgehog and Best wolf, of course" Brody and Sonic said wrapping each an arm around themselves "You better believe it!" Lucas and Lucinda said "We'll repay this when it you're wedding guys" Lucinda said and Brody and Sonic blush and laugh embarrased rubbing their heads and wink at the readers as the chapter comes to an end.
