Third Person's POV

We start at the Beaverville Dam as Grounder was drilling a hole in it andholds a detonator "There. Now I'll just place the detonator in the hole!" Grounder said putting the detonator in the hole as Scratch reaches offscreen and grabs an egg "Robotnik's new superpowered plasma putty explosive will blow this dam sky high! Bwahahaha!" Scratch said and pulls the egg open "Yeah, then the water will gush out..." Grounder said "And flood that 0eaceful valley!" He said "Help me get this stuff into the hole!" Scratch said as the plasma putty expands "Careful, Scratch!" Grounder said and the two place the plasma putty into the hole but it begins to ooze out "It's oozing out! Get it back!" Scratch said and they try to push it into the hole but it quickly expands covering them.

Above the Beaverville Dam, Robotnik is standing from a ledge and looking through a pair of binoculars "When are those short-circuit brains going to signal they're ready?" Robotnik asks and sees Scratch and Grounder covered in plasma putty "Ah, there's the signal!" Robotnik said and pulls out a remote control "Goodbye Dam, hello Lake Robotnik Golf and Fishing Estates!" He said pulling the lever and the dam explodes and water gushes as Scratch and Grounder's pieces fly through the air and land behind Robotnik "Nice work! You fixed the explosives perfectly!" Robotnik said.

As the floodwater begins to approach Beaverville, a beaver named clever beaver sees this "Dam's Burst! Run for the hills!" Cleaver Beaver said going into his hangar and takes off in his plane "I sure hope this works!" He said and starts skywriting with smoke.

*Meanwhile at a shoe store*

Sonic and Brody were having their shoes shined by Leo the Leopard. The duo stand up and look at their freshly-shined shoes and btoh toss a coin at Leo "Thanks, Leo!" Sonic and Brody said as Tails lands next to him "Sonic, Brody, look!" Tails said pointing at the sky and they see a message "Sonic and Brody come quick, Beaver Dam's Burst!" Sonic and Brody said "Sounds like they need some help in a hurry!" Brody said "Let's juice!" Sonic said "Up, Over and gone!" Sonic and Brody said as they speed off.

*At Beaverville*

As the floodwater approaches Beaverville, Sonic and Brody plug up the dam with stones, then they run up to the top of the dam, Brody holding a dmall stone. He uses it to plug up the small hole and the two then spin after the floodwater "One blue and yellow tornado coming up!" Sonic and Brody said spinning like tornadoes tossing the floodwater back in the dam "Whoa! We feel like We've just been througj the rinse cycle!" Sonic said "Hooray, Sonic and Brody! You saved the town!" Cleaver said and the citizens carry Sonic, Brody and Tails to Cleaver's house "What can we ever do to repay you, Sonic and Brody?" Cleaver asks and Brody holds up two fingers.

"Couple of chili dogs would be hot!" Brody said and Sonic nodded "We'll do better than that! We'll throw you two a chili dog barbecue!" Cleaver said "Way cool!" Tails said excited "I'll get everything ready for the party!" Cleaver said running away but then came back "I just remembered, the wife's out of town and I can't leave the kids unattended!" Cleaver said "Say, we could babysit your little beavers! Brody and Sonic love talking about babies!" Tails said and Brody and Sonic stare in shock "But..." Brody and Sonic said "that would be wonderful! I'll be back in an hour and we'll party!" Cleaver said running away and Tails looks at the duo whp were frowning "What's the matter? You two talk about babies don't you?" Tails asks "Yeah, as in having babies of our own" Brody said "Not taking care of hair pulling, drooling, crying kids!" Somic said grabbing his top quill "We don't know the first thing about babies!" Sonic and Brody said "What's there to know? I mean you two used to be one, didn't you?" Tails asks and the three head inside.

Cleaver's three infant children, Becky, Bucky and Chucky are asleep in their cribs "Awww look at them!" Sonic and Brody said "See? I told you two this would be easy!" Tails said "Come on, let's let em' sleep!" Brody said and he and Sonic try to tiptoe oit of the bedroom but accidentally Sonic steps on a teddy bear causing the three babies to wake up and cry "It's okay! Just a doll squeak! Go back to your Uncles Sonic and Brody!" Sonic said "Maybe they're hungry!" Tails said "Right! I'll go to the kitchen and whip something up!" Brody said and runs off then comes back with a tray of spaghetti, sandwiches, pie and a glass of orange juice "Sorry it took so long!" Brody said handing the tray to them aa they all laugh excitedly and Brody looks at Sonic and Tails "See? They love it!" Brody said but the babies start tossing the tray of food at the trio  amd Tails stares angrily "They love it, all right!" Tails said as the babies toss food all over their bedroom "Brody, Sonic, I think they still eat food in their bottles!" Tails said "No prob!" Sonic said running away and comes back carrying Becky, Bucky and Chucky's bottles and grabs the spaghetti and puts it in the bottles and then puts rubber nipples on them "There! Drink up, babes!" Sonic said givig them the bottles and they drink from them, belch and then cry again "What is it now?" Sonic asks "Potty time!" Becky said "Party time?" Brody asks "I think  she means they need a diaper change!" Tails said and Bridy crosses his arms.

"Terrific!" Brody said. Unaware to the trio, Scratch and Grounder were forced to walk all the way back by Robotnik when the two hear Sonic and Brody's voices and see them through the window "I knew I recognized those voices, it's Sonic and Brody!" Scratch said "And they're babysitting those beavers!" Grounder said "This could be a unique opportunity to catch Sonic and Brody off guard, and I know just how to do it! Bwahahaha!" Scratch said.

*Later outside*

Sonic and Brody got outside holding three leashes one holding two and the other holding one. The duo stare angrily at Tails "Sonic, Brody, I don't think Mr Beaver would approve of this!" Tails said as the babies were wearing the leashes and they crawl behind a tree "You got any better ideas?" Sonic and Brody asks as the babies all chew on a tree knocking it down "Uh-uh" Tails said and the trio walks away with the babies crawling behind them while Scratch and Grounder followed them plotting to nab the babies.

Scratch decided to disguise himself as a lady and is standing atop a manhole cover and asks for help and Sonic and Brody ties the babies' leashes to a nearby pole and they run after Scratch and Tails watches. Grounder takes the chance and nabs te babies putting  diaper wearing stuffed beavers on the leash and escapes woth the babies. Sonic and Brody found out Scratch's trick so they run away as a steamroller flattens Scratch and the duo untie the leashes grabbing them "We've gotta get back to Mr. Beaver's house!" Brody said "Come on, kids, let's boogie!" Sonic said but they see the stuffed animals "Uh-oh!" Sonic and Brody said and the duo look up when they hear Robotnik's blimpnik.

Scratch and Grounder stand in the doorway and look at them "That's right Sonic and Brody, and we're leaving with the beavers! Hahaha!" Grounder said as they close the door "They're getting away with the babies!" Tails said "And it's all our fault they got kidnapped!" Sonic and Brody said "We've got to get the Beaver babies back from Scratch and Grounder!" Sonic said "But how?" Tails asks "Chances are, they're headed back to Robotnik's fortress! Let's juice!" Brody said.

*Later at Robotnik's Fortress*

Scratch and Grounder had contacted Robotnik giving an update and saying they'll arrive soon. Robotnik heard the Blimpnik so he got out of the shower "Oh! Scratch and Grounder?" Robotnik asks and then screams when the Blimpnik crashes into his bedroom just above his bed. Scratch and Grounder scream as they fall through the trap door and bounce off the bed as the beaver babies have been a handful on the two badniks. Robotnik walks up to the impact site of the Blimpnik as Chucky, who is now wearing a parachute on his back walks up to the trap door "Sonic and Brody teach us always wear seat belts!" Chucky said "Who are you?" Robotnik asks "Beaver babies!" The babies said crawling away "Come back here you little beasts!" Robotnik said as the babies run into Robotnik's laboratory and get on Robotnik's Reversible Melt-o/Freeze-o Ray "Get away from that, you little pests! That's my Reversible Melto..." Robotnik said as the babies zap him freezing him "F-f-f-f-freeze-o Ray!" He said "Scratch! Grounder!" He said "You called your coldness?" Scratch asks "Could I trouble you to... get me out of here?!" Robotnik asks "Don't worry, we fix, we fix, we'll fix it!" The babies said carrying robotnik to the a machine "No! Not my Ten-Ton Platinum Pulvetizer!" Robotnik said as the machine smashes the ice block setting him free "That's it! No more Mr. Nicenik!' Robotnik said dropping a cage on the babies.

Later, Sonic, Bridy and Tails sneaked into the fortress and looked around for the babies till they enter a room and see the babies in a cage hanging over a trap door "It's a trap all right!" Sonic and Brody said as Robotnik walks up to the cage "That's right Sonic and Brody! And all you two have to do is walk up and rescue your little monsters... I mean, friends!" Robotnik said "So you can open the trap door under us, huh?" Sonic asks "Who, me? Trap you two? That wasn't what I had in mind at all. Personally, I can't stand the little beasts and I'll be happy to get rid of them" Robotnik said pressing a button making the cage fall in the trap door "No!" Sonic and Brody said as the trio run into the trap door "We're coming babes!" Sonic said "You fools! You fell for my old holographic projector trick!" Robotnik said as the cage was just a hologram. Tails catch Sonic and Brody as they land in the floor "Phew! We must be a thousand feet down!" Brody said "Robotnik isn't so smart! He forgot I could fly us up again!" Tails said but a trap door closes above the trio "No, he didn't!" Sonic said as he and Brody try to spin and break through but to no avail "We're trapped like a couple of peas in a tin can!" Brody said "Way uncool!" Tails said while Robotnik, Scratch and Grounder took off to try and break the dam again.

"Oh, Uncle Sonic and Uncle Brody!" Chucky said "We help them! We help them!" Becky said and the three chew on the bars of their cage till they break free and then bring over the Reversible Melt-O/Freeze-O ray and use it on the trap door melting it and Tails flies Sonic and Brody back up "You saved us?" Sonic and Brody asked "Well, we'll be slow-mos! Thanks!" Sonic and Brody said "Robotnik's gone to flood Beaverville!" Becky said "Come on, Tails, we gotta stop him again!" Sonci said as he and Brody almost run off "Sonic, Brody we can't just leave them here!" Tails said as the babies all have sad expressiond "Oh, all right!" Brody and Sonic said in defeat.

*Later at Beaverville's Dam*

Robotnik, Scratch and Grounder where in a drill starting to drill on the dam while Sonic and Brody where running there pullimg a wagon with the babies and Tails flies behind them "Sonic, Bridy, there he is!" Tails said pointing at the drill tank "Come on babes! We gotta juice!" Brody said and the babies cheer a d squirt the milk from their bottles onto Brody's head "Not quite what I had in mind" brody said and Sonic giggles as the two screech to a halt "Wait here! It's time to kick some robutt!" Sonic and Brody said as they run towards Robotnik's drill tank. The two jump onto Robotnik's drill tank repeteadly puncturing holes in it "It's Sonic and Brody!" Grounder said "I don't know how they got out of the trap, your rottenness!" Scratch said "Never mind that! I'll fix them with my electrostatic tank protector!" Robotnik said pressing a button and a pink aura appears on the drill tank which shocks Sonic and Brody "Yeow!" The duo said hitting the ground ans beams of static electricity surge through Sonic's quills and Brody's fur as they pant heavily. They grunt and jump into the air trying to spin again but to no avail "Uncool!" Sonic said "We're too full of static to spin into a ball!" Brody said and the babies decides to help and they were able to bother and use many of the things in the drill tank to torment Robotnik, Scratch and Grounder and the three run out the tank screaming. Robotnik runs up to Sonic and Brody getting on his knees "Please keep these little demons away from me!" Robotnik begs and then runs with Scratch and Grounder "I hate babies, almost as much ad I hate hedgehogs and wolves!" Robotnik said as the three get on his drill tank and dig a way back to his fortress "Bye bye, botnik'!" The babies said "Uh-oh!" Tails said pointing at Cleaver's car that had barbecue supplies "It's Cleaver Beaver!" Tails said "We've gotta get the babes back home before he sees them!" Sonic said as the trio got the babies back to the house before Cleaver parked his car, the duo put the babies in their cribs and clean the house just in time as Cleaver walks in "Dada!" The babies said "Phew! That was close!" Sonic and Brody said.

*Later in Beaverville Park*

Sonic, Brody and Tails are standing under a sign that says 'THANKS SONIC BRODY AND TAILS!' As the party is underway, Cleaver wearing a chef's hat and apron is standing next to them and the babies ate in a stroller close to them "This is our way of saying 'Thanks for saving Beaverville, Sonic and Brody!'" Cleaver said as Sonic and Brody eat a chili dognoisily "This mondo chili dog is all the thanks we need!" Sonic and Brody said and Cleaver nudges them causing their chili dogs to fall out "Tell me, how did you two ever manage go keep the babied under control? No one else has ever managed it before!" Cleaver said "Guess it's our natural attraction to the little guys! We just love babysitting!" Sonic and Brody said then lean to Tails "Not!" The two whispered to him "Really?" Cleaver asks and runs away then comes back carrying a suitcase "In that case, you two could watch the kids for the weekened!" Cleaver said "My wife and I habr got to get away from them before we have a nervous breakdown!" He said and runs away as the babies were holding their bottles "Uncle Sonic! Uncle Brody!" Becky, Bucky and Chucky said giggling as they squirt milk from their bottles at Sonic, Brody and Tails getting covered in milk "Oh well! No need to cry over spilled milk!" Sonic and Brody said as they wrap an arm around Tails' shoulders and Tails puts his hands on their backs as the three share a good laugh as this chapter comes to an end.
