The Flame Games chapter 7

What should I call this chapter?

Legolas was doing fine; except for the giant turtle trying to squash him at every possible opportunity. Other than that, he was doing great!

After the stupid platforms launched them into the air, Legolas and Percy were just walking through the woods when the giant turtle started chasing them. Percy kept trying to calm it down, since he apparently knew how to talk to sea animals and horses. But the stupid turtle wouldn't listen.

Legolas jumped into a tree and shot an arrow into both of the turtles eyes. It made aa weird squeal, revealing its sharp fangs (Even though a turtle is not supposed to have teeth). Percy ran up to the turtle while it was distracted and chopped off its head.

"That was easy." He said.

"Yeah I know right?" Legolas agreed.

"Soooooo, what do we do?"

"I have no idea."

"What happens if you touch the boundaries of the arena?" Percy wondered.

"I dunno. Lets see. " Legolas shot an arrow to the left of him, where the boundary betweeen them and the desert was. It hit it, making the whole wall spark with electricity, frying the arrow and the grass and trees around the wall. Unfortunately this caught the trees on fire, forcing Legolas and Percy to flee.

"Great job, flowy hair!" Percy said. "Now you've set the whole arena on fire!"

"Well it was your idea!" Flowy hair said, dodging a branch falling from a burning tree. "Isn't there a pool of water somewhere or something??? Use your flippin water powers! "

"Yeah I think there might be a little somewhere…" He held out his hand. A big wave of water came from somewhere and splashed all over everywhere, putting out the fires around them.

Legolas said, "Why didn't you think of that before we ran to the other side of the arena?"

"Idk. "

After a while it started getting dark. The duo found a place to camp for the night.

Legolas woke up to see the whole force field making a weird sound. It stopped and then he heard a cannon.

"Ummm does that mean somebody died?" He said.

"That's what Flame said." Percy said.

"I wonder who it was…" Legolas said.

Haldir, Snow and Kili were launched into the air and into the desert. Unfortunately everybody landed with their legs stuck in the sand. After everybody helped each other out, they decided to explore the arena because there wasn't anything else to do.

"Its so hot in here!" Haldir complained.

"I'll fix dat!" A big dark cloud came out of nowhere and it started snowing.

"Omg thanks! " Kili said.

A couple minutes later, they saw the boundary between them and the forest spark with electricity and the trees catch on fire.

"That doesn't look good! I hope they're ok :l " Kili said.

After a while, they found a small pool of water and a cave behind it.

They decided to explore the cave after getting a drink. It was small and cool inside. They decided to stay there. After a few hours of waiting and playing "pin the hair on the elf "and bdhdiwihdoao, it started getting dark and really really cold. After Kili made a fire and cooked some pretty gross lizard meat, zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz they went to bed :)

They all woke up ahem they heard a cannon go off.
