*Ben's pov*

I just landed in a field covered in snow. I heard talking so I went behind a tree. When I looked from behind it I see the twins, Bayard,Cheesier,Mally,the Hare and a young boy with red hair. But my eyes went wide when I heard one of the kids said Tarrant. That little boy was Maddy's dad, I smiled but then I heard the clock go off.

Me: "It's almost six."

I went from behind the tree and started walking. But I stopped when I heard a small voice.

Young Hatter: "Hello."

I smiled when I looked at him.

Me: "Hello."

Young Hatter: "You have a very nice head."

I chuckled.

Me: "Well, thank you."

Young Hatter: "And a nice head deserves a very nice hat. That's what my father says. He makes the best hats in Witzend. Would you like him to make you one?"

I stayed quiet while smiling a little smile. He took my hand and started to drag me towards his dads house.

Young Hatter: "Come on. He can make any hat. A bonnet or boater, dunce hat, fez, a cloche, coif, snood, barboosh, or purgree."

After I got done in the hat shop I rushed to find Iracebeth. I looked up after the clock went off.

Me: "Oh,no. The stroke of six."

I saw young Iracebeth walking down the road.

I see she is about to run into a clock.

Me: "The clock. She'll hit her head."

I rushed to the frog's carrying the clock. I pushed them out of the way but she ended up tripping some how. I saw she hit her head.

Me: "Oh,no."

I quickly got up as everyone was walking over to her. I hid when I heard her mother call out her name.

Queen: "Iracebeth?"

The King and Queen went over to her real quick. They took her inside, that's when I realized something.

Me: "You cannot change the past."

I remembered what Time said.

Time: "Though I dare say, you might learn something from it."

I looked in the hat shop and saw Hatters dad looking at the little blue hat. I remembered Hatter said.

Hatter: "The first hat I ever made. I thought he tossed it away long, long ago."

I watched his dad put the little hat in his coat. I smiled a little.

Me: "He kept it."

Hatter: "It's impossible for it to be here, and yet...here it is."

Maddy: "So if this hat survived...then our family must have too."

Time: "Higgens. Uh...Highbottom. Not here yet."

Me: "No Hightopps."

I gasp.

Me: "They're alive. They're alive!"

Before I could do anything I was pulled into a clock shop. I see Time standing in front of me.

Time: "Your foolishness...astounds me. You have no conception of how reckless..you have been. The dangers you have caused."

He stopped when sparks began to come from his neck. I did get worried about him, I looked at the clocks and they slowed down.

Time: "I need the Chronosphere now. It needs to go back to the grand clock."

Me: "But Horunvendush Day. I'll only use it one more time. I must find out what happened to the Hightopps so I can rescue them."

Time: "You will rescue no one. Wherever you go, I will find you. The Grand clock must not stop. You cannot escape Time."

I already have a plan in my head.

Me: "I'm sorry. But I must save Hatter and my love."

I jumped out of the window and ran as quick as I can.

Me: "Hold on, Hightopps."

I activated the Chronosphere and took it to Horunvendush Day. I dodged the Jabberwocky, then landed running and picked up the Chronosphere. I ran while looking, through the fire and smoke I saw them. They were all together.

Me: "Hightopps!"

I started running to them while avoiding a tree on fire. The Jabberwocky shot some electric our, I thought that it killed them but when I looked closed I saw the Red Queen's guards had protected them. The guards took them away, I saw Iracebeth standing there smiling then held up the tiara that didn't fit her.

Iracebeth: "Revenge is mine."

Me: "She took them."
