Hi, everyone! This is @cc81094,and I'm starting a new book series! It's called "Adventures in New Jungsey," and I'm sure you've read the description, which explains the premise of this book series. Just in case you haven't, it's about eight young monkey friends who live in New Jungsey, where they have wild and fantastic adventures! Now here's a brief explanation of the main characters:

  Alicia "Alice" Gabriella Swinger- She's a sweet, loyal, and super-helpful girl who's always ready to lend a hand (or tail). She also enjoys writing stories, painting, singing, listening to music, playing soccer and parkour (or "soccour," a combination of the two sports), doing puzzles (especially jigsaw and logic-based), and drawing in her free time (if she has any). Alice has brown eyes, and she wears a rainbow-colored headband with a bubblegum pink cloud on it and bubblegum pink bracelets. 

  Timothy "Timmy" Hardy Alphero- the team's muscle. He's half-gorilla, which makes him extraordinarily durable and strong, but his lack of dexterity also makes him incredibly clumsy. In spite of this, he's very caring, peaceful, compassionate, and always well-meaning. His favorite hobbies include climbing trees, practicing toning down his applied strength, reading, and maybe playing some sports with Barry. Timmy has dark brown eyes and dark brown fur, and his signature color is red, as shown by his red wristbands, animal-ball padding, and SnapBack.

  Oliver "Ollie" Cinder Bellerose- the group's responsible, generous, short-tempered, and hardworking fashion enthusiast. He dreams of being a tailor/fashion designer when he grows up, and he's extremely dedicated to making that dream come true, so he works very hard in school and on the clothing he does as practice. Oliver has silvery gray eyes and a very stylish copper-striped tail, and his signature color is orange, as evidenced by his orange wristbands and frequent use of the color in his fashion work. He speaks with a New York accent.

  Lenny Hubert Pupperson- the bubbly, energetic team jokester and chef. He loves to play games, whip up yummy treats to share with his friends and family (especially his siblings, who love his cooking), and tell funny jokes to cheer others up and make them laugh. Lenny has bright green eyes and a short, puppy-like tail that wags whenever he's excited (which is often), and his signature color is yellow, as shown by his yellow wristbands.

  Geoffrey "Nature Hero" Wilde- the down-to-earth and caring environmentalist. He may not believe in many things (like ghosts, aliens, vampires, and winning the lottery), but he does believe there's still hope to take care of the planet, which is exactly what he sets out to do. His favorite hobbies include swimming, archery, Tai Chi, planting trees, and meditating. Geoffrey has brownish gray-brown eyes and copper-colored fur on the sides of his face (yes, it is natural), and his signature color is green, as shown by his green wristbands. He also carries around a green and light brown satchel full of repellents, his bow and arrows, pepper spray, a nature guidebook or two, and plenty of other nature necessities (plus his inhaler).

  Barry Andric Smith- the hyperactive, hot-blooded, and fearless athlete. He's very health-oriented and knows a lot about medicine, so if you need to be treated with a first-aid kit, or your sports team is one member short, then he's your guy. His favorite hobbies include exercising rigorously (especially when he's angry or stressed out, which is often), dancing (he's a very talented dancer), helping his mom out around her office, and playing all kinds of sports, such as baseball, rock-climbing, soccer, and animal-ball. Barry has dark green eyes and a snipped right ear, and his signature color is blue, as shown by his animal-ball padding, his dark blue high-tops, and him wearing a blue wristband on his left wrist and a blue health tracker on his right wrist.

  Andrew "Andy" Romeo Emerson- the sensitive and timid actor. When he's under the spotlight, he's as passionate and confident as can be, but when he's not onstage, he's very quiet and shy (especially towards Alice, whom he has a crush on). He also loves to paint, sing, write poetry and songs, and play the guitar and piano. Andy has gray eyes, and his signature color is indigo, as shown by his indigo wristbands and scarf.

  Percy Conroy Overwood- the technological genius. He's a straight-A student and incredibly tech-savvy and mechanically talented. However, he's very introverted, so he's not too socially skilled. His favorite hobbies include working on invention projects, fixing things, doing homework, studying hard for tests, and playing video games. He usually carries around a purple backpack that he calls his "Prep Pack." He also has gray eyes and a messy little tuft of front head fur, and his signature color is purple, as shown by his purple wristbands and Prep Pack.
