(#8) To Clear Things Up.
"So, that's about everything covered. As I told you before, I met Y/n at the supermarket. Nothing is going on between us, she has a boyfriend for god's sake."
The guys nodded as I sipped the remains of my hot chocolate. I set down the cup and looked back at them. Mark, after explaining everything about the tour, went on about the way we met. For some reason, they thought that Mark brought me back from a club or something. Weird, I don't look like that kind of person. I guess everyone could be suspicious of such things.
In addition to all that, I ship Matt and Ryan. Hashtag Ryatt.
...Don't tell anyone.
"Anyways, I better get going. Chris, my friend who came with me here, is probably waiting for me back at the hotel," I said as I got up from my seat. I was truly in a hurry, who knows how Chris will react if he wakes up to me missing... he'd probably go back to sleep, actually.
"Oh, let us show you out then," Matt said, as he started standing up along with Mark and Ryan. True gentlemen they are. I briefly left the place and started walking to my right, hoping that I'd know where to go.
After fifteen minutes, I was officially lost. Oh, how I hoped another Phil would magically show up to show me the way. This woman would have to do I guess.
"Sorry ma'am, do you know the way to Oscar's hotel? The one close to the center?" I asked, hoping that she'd know. Instead, I saw her turn around, her eyes wide.
"Oh my god, you're Arrow?!" She said, pretty loudly may I say.
As I was about to answer with a questionable yes, I saw a huge number of people in the park across the street. The one where Chris and I stopped for ice cream at, remember? I had a small thought about that meaning I was close, but really, all I could think of was the way they all turned around at the sound of my name.
All of them, wide eyed, started walking, no, sprinting across the street to get to me.
Flashbacks and wild memories came into my head from that one marking day, the day that scarred my whole life, the day that changed everything.
I gasped loudly and started running to somewhere I could lock myself at. Not the hotel, I had no idea where it was, not some random store, there was no going back to Mark's place and I couldn't simply confront them all, I would have a panic attack and die.
Okay, that was quite melodramatic.
I suddenly heard a loud flash go off somewhere, which distracted me enough for me to slow down. I suddenly saw some public bathrooms, where, with all the power I had left within me, ran for my god damned life.
I finally reached the bathrooms and, luckily, they were unlocked. I had made it to safety. Hyperventilating, I took a hold of my phone. My sight blurry, I try to call Chris.
Beep.
Beep.
Beep.
"Sup Y/n," Chris calmly said.
"Ohmygod Chris I can't I'm dying help me," I said through ragged breaths. I was barely breathing by now and I could still hear people outside.
"Woah, you sound like you just run a mile!"
"It's because I did." I said, "So... please... help..." I said, my vision blurring up. "Public bathrooms... close to... park..." I basically mumbled.
"Y/n? Y/n!" I all I heard before I fainted.
End of chapter 8.
