(#4) The Gamer.

"I will miss you so much and your pretty little face, the way your accent is heavier when you laugh, the way your blue eyes light up when I joke..."

I woke up.

I remember when that happened. Phil said all that in her funeral.

Her funeral...

"...and thank you for traveling through Aegean Airlines!" The airplane lady said, as everyone started to buckle up their seat belts. I turned off my phone and so did Chris, as that annoying kid started kicking my seat again. The old lady next to the boy did nothing to stop him. Would you look at that.

I was about to turn around and slap that stupid piece of-

"Relax, Y/n. It's just a kid," Chris said as he patted my shoulder. I have a short temper when it comes to stuff like this.

After half an hour, we are walking out the airport, our bags in our hands. Chris obviously offered carrying my bag full of clothes, but I declined. We wouldn't be able to carry so much stuff and himself altogether. Remember: he is still around six feet tall.

We got into a taxi quicker than I expected and finally reached our hotel. Jetlag will catch up with us, so I better go buy things to eat. Like potato chips and chocolate. Only to keep the energy, not because I'm hungry for candy or anything...

Chris passed out as he reached one of the beds. He was very sleepy, probably because he was too stubborn to sleep on the plane. What an idiot.

I dropped my stuff on the other bed, took money and my key card and left the room. It was easy for me to find a supermarket, so I just got in, oblivious to America's money system. I still had the pounds on me and not dollars.

I grab some potato chips, chocolate and energy drinks and went to pay, only to then remember my money. I was going to tell beg the cashier to let me go if I gave him pounds, but another person puts his things on the table.

"She's with me."

I know that voice. I definitely know it.

It was Markiplier.

He paid for both our stuff and left, so I followed him outside, carrying my bags. I had to thank him.

"Thanks for paying, even though you didn't have to, I promise I will pay you back as soon as I change my money," I said quickly.

"C'mon, there's no need to pay me back or thank me. I was only doing this because I wanted to."

"You're Mark Fischbach," Is all I said back, and trying to hide the fangirl inside of me was difficult.

"And you are Y/n Y/l/n," he said ironically.

"Yeah, but you are famous."

"You are famous too."

But I'm not worth as much as you, even though our subscriber count was almost equal.

"But you Mark are the kindest man alive."

He blushed. "You win this time. Wanna go for some coffee?" He said, and I only nodded.

After a quarter, we were at a café, me sipping my second cup of coffee. I was jetlagged and slowly falling asleep. And I was pretty open about it.

We have been talking for about five minutes, and he seemed like such a nice guy. He is an idol to so many people, and also a great and brave man. He deserved it all, unlike me. I had been a wimp with my actual identity and I don't think I will ever accomplish the things that he did.

"You deserve double the subscribers Mark," I said all of a sudden. It must have been the sleepiness.

"So I've been told."

We both laughed.

"Wanna play twenty questions?" He asked me after a while.

"Sure, go on."

"Why did you want to keep your identity a secret?" I see Mark, going deep already. That's what Jack said. Hashtag septiplier away.

"I didn't want friends and family back in the country to know. How does it feel to be shipped to the extreme with all your friends?"

"You know already. Are you and Chris dating?"

Does it seem like we are?

"No."

"You hesitated."

I stopped and looked down onto my feet. I had to keep my relationship with Pj secret. Chris and Dan's relationship too. I mustn't screw up. I mustn't let it slip out.

"I did."

"Are you in a relationship with one of the boys? Tell me the truth."

It was only one person and I could trust him, right? He was a youtuber, he knew about invasion of privacy, he wouldn't tell.

"I'm not."

"You aren't?"

"I don't... I-I shouldn't..."

"Tell?"

"Yeah..."

"So there is something, but you won't tell because of the others?"

"Exactly."

"I can respect that."

I smiled at him. He is the most under appreciated person on YouTube. Tom was right.

Did I forget to tell you that I made a collab with both TomSka and Joe Sugg? That happened, amazing.

"We should film a video together," I told him, as the idea popped up in my head. "I have to go though. I have to get back to Chris. Do you want to exchange phone numbers?"

"For sure."

After that, he drove me to my hotel. It was a short drive, and I thanked him. A lot. He is so nice.

I took my key card out and unlocked the door. It had been an hour since I left, and Chris was on the same spot on the bed. I giggled quietly so as not to wake him up, and put the stuff that I bought, or Mark bought, on the mini fridge under the TV. This was a nice hotel, and I was thankful that I could find a cheap room.

"Y/n..." Chris mumbled in his sleep and I giggled. He was dreaming of me, that's just funny. Later it will be awkward as hell though.

I tucked him under the sheets and he snuggled onto the pillow. He did that often, as known from the many sleepovers we have. We may as well move in together. That would be even more awkward.

I started feeling tired again and this time, I didn't fight it. I went straight to bed.

End of chapter 4.
