Melody's POV

I walked over to the front office, rubbing my hands together out of nervousness. I took a deep breath and turned to Will and Lizzy. Those two gave me a thumbs-up and I smiled. They always were my cheerleading squad, giving me the best encouragement possible. I continued walking to the office until I opened the door to the office and saw the principal talking to two people.

"Ah, Melody!" the principal said with a smile. "You've come just in time. I would like to introduce you to the new students that will be joining your class this year." The principal turned to them and said, "This is Melody Kingston, one of our exemplary students here in Golden Valley High School. She will be helping you with your schedule and adjusting to school life." The two nodded. To be honest, the two new students, who happen to be guys, looked a bit peculiar to me. They wore the uniform quite well....maybe a little too well. But they both looked so similar to each other, like twins! They have the same tri-colored spiky hair with black and purple and the same bright red violet eyes. However, one was shorter than the other so I doubted they were twins.

"My name is Yugi Muto!" the shorter one said with a cheerful smile. "It's nice to meet you!"

"And my name is Yami Muto," the taller one said with a regular smile. "Nice to meet you as well."

"Same to the both of you!" I grinned. A wave of relief flowed through my body, knowing that those two looked very friendly. Yugi looked especially friendly with his sweet smile.

"All right Melody, take them to class," the principal said. "And remember to abide by the rules."

"Yes, sir!" I said. I turned to the boys and told them to follow me. They nodded and I left the office to go over to our first class with them.

Lizzy's POV

"Lizzy, did you hear?" one of my classmates said. I turned away from the book I was reading and said,

"Heard what, Ryan?"

"There's gonna be new kids in our class!" Ryan exclaimed. Everyone else turned to Ryan and I in surprise. Well, except for Will but he acted like he was surprised.

"New people in our class?" Harry said. "Let's hope that they are easy to get along with."

"I wonder if they're good at games," Edward said, holding his glasses upright.

"Or sports?" Thomas suggested. Soon the entire class was talking of what the new students could be like. I chuckled softly and went back to my book. That was until I heard someone call out my name. I sighed softly and turned to the voice.

"What do you need me for, Dylan?" I asked.

"Are you reading ahead again?" Dylan asked curiously.

"Of course!" I laughed. "I love reading ahead. I can't put the book down."

"I expect nothing less from the good ol' bookworm," Sam chuckled. I grinned at him before the classroom door opened and Melody came in with two other people. I was a bit surprised to see that the new students were both boys. I could already hear Aaliyah and Valerie talking softly of how good looking they were.

"Guys, these are our new friends!" Melody announced to us. "This is Yugi and Yami Muto and they came from out of the country."

"Welcome to our class!" Edward said.

"Wait, I have a question!" Aaliyah said suddenly. "Which guy is which because I can't figure it out."

"The taller one is Yami and the shorter one is Yugi," Melody explained. "Sorry if I was being blunt."

"It's okay," Yami said. "People get confused with us all the time."

"So..." Valerie began, "are you guys single?" Everyone bursted out laughing, leaving Yami and Yugi kind of embarrassed. I felt sorry for those boys so I said,

"I am so sorry you two. We are a bit crazy and that's just how we are."

"Val, you shouldn't have asked that question!" William said.

"I'm sorry!" Valerie said. "I just wanted to ask.

"Oh boy," I thought. "This is gonna be interesting."
