Serenity's P.O.V.

Rosemary B was getting tired. This fight had been going on for a long time now.

Where's Sailor Neol?

"NEOL PARALLEL SLICE!" I heard her voice say. I see a flash of light and then the next thing I knew was that Sailor Neol was crouched on the ground, flower petals swirling around her, and the monster literally sliced in half, right down the middle.

Sailor Neol smirked before whipping out her leg in a spin, tripping the halves, and pulling a couple quick moves to render them powerless.

A light shined from her, and then something like the Neol Wand firmed in front of her.

"The Crystal Legend Staff..." I heard her say. She smiled. "Let's finish this. NEOL MEMORY COLLAPSE!!!"

I then witnessed her simply brush a spec of debris off her collar as the monster was purified.

Some time after detransforming, it was time to leave.

"You coming, Claire?" I asked her, seeing she wasn't following us out.

"You go on ahead. I'll catch up."

Max's P.O.V.

"MAX!" friends and family shouted upon my return.

"I AM SO SORRY for pushing you into the pond!" Piper cried in apology. "I wasn't watching where I was going and then the root and then the fall and then... I'm sorry..."

"Don't worry about it, Piper."

"Let's go home," Carol suggested.

"Yeah. A storm seems to be coming," Maddie added.

I felt the presence of someone. It was very near... Claire.

"You all go on ahead," I told them. "I'll catch up."

Claire's P.O.V.

I've never seen Max's family before...

I just wanted to make sure he was okay, and thankfully, he is.

I saw everyone but Max start to leave. Time to go.

"Claire, wait!" I heard him shout as I ran. I know he's following me now. The situation is very familiar.

"Claire, please stop!" I felt the rain start pouring. Not having any common sense, I continued to run. I slipped and fell to the ground.

"Claire! Why are you running?"

"We're not trapped away from our individual power anymore, Max. I can no longer be around you!"

"But why Claire? Why can't things be just like they were before? When we were both just friends having a good time. When we could just talk and be there for each other. I mean, you had one or two secrets, but those were of your otherworldly identities! You had to. So why are you acting this way?"

"There's more going on than you realize, Max!"
