Lori's Actions and Consequences 2
Ready to see the second part of the world!
"Ready as we'll ever be." Ronnie Anne muttered softly.
Rita
I was staring at my son with tears flowing down my eyes in waves. My baby boy with a smile that was like the sun was now unconscious with an object in his left eye. As I kept staring at him, I couldn't help myself from thinking that this was my fault. This would've been avoided if I treated the girls more stricter and helped solve their problems then hiding in my room and letting my daughters run the house.
"So Mrs. Loud sees the error of her ways in this after seeing the aftermath?" Clyde said.
Yep. Too bad the same doesn't happen here.
When I said that, Rita looked down in shame while some of the sisters tried to glare at me which I ignored.
"My baby boy. I'm so sorry." I whispered as I could see some teardrops landing on his pale face. I could hear sirens coming in the distance, but none of that mattered at the moment. I still had to decide what I should do with Lori. The daughter who purposely stabbed her brother in the eye and showed no regret what so ever.
I couldn't allow her to go unpunished and I certainly couldn't let her around her sisters. She could easily do something like this again which I wanted to avoid at all costs. Not to mention that my daughters would gang up on her and everyone would get injured.I couldn't leave her in the care of one of our relatives either since many would be on edge with her around them and their own children. Which left one other option:
Arrest. I could let the police arrest her and let the law punish her. I knew that their punishments could easily ruin someone's life, but...what other choice did I have? If I tried to prevent her from jail then she would start thinking that she could do anything that she wanted without punishment. I could picture her purposely killing someone who disagreed with her and being thrown in jail for life. I refuse to let someone's family suffer due to my inability to reign in my daughter.
"That's a tough choice to make." Maria said.
"Surely Mrs. Loud won't allow them to arrest her right?" Bobby said.
"Right. Mom and Dad love me too much for them to send me away." Lori said with some of the audience agreeing. While the rest thought differently.
Which brought another thought to mind....Did I have to disown her as well? This was my first born, the first daughter who I had hoped that she would have a bright future with a man who would love her and have many children. However, that same daughter stabbed her brother in the eye due to him choosing to back Leni. I knew that my other daughters would never trust her after doing this. I quickly looked at her and saw that she had wounds on her face....I could still see that she still wasn't regretful.
"Rita, What are we going to do?" Lynn said as I looked at him and said what needed to be done.
"Disownment is a little too far..." Bobby started to say before Carol cut in.
"Actually...it isn't. I mean....She's thinking about the chances of Lori hurting one of her other siblings for something minor." Carol said.
"Something that I can totally agree with since she hurt Lincoln just for choosing the opposite side." Lisa said.
"Why you little..." Lori started to say before I continued the world while wondering how to protect the rest of the audience from her temper.
Lori
I was on the floor looking at my sister, Luna. She hit me. She really hit me. I was ready to make her pay when I heard sirens coming towards the household. Must be for the twerp. Speaking of him, I hoped that this would teach him not to follow Leni's lead for now on.
"Seriously. She's not even sorry for what she just did." Ronnie Anne said.
In this world, she'll have to go through several hardships before she started to feel regret. Then...she will start the process of fixing things with her family and friends.
"Why do I need to fix things with them? Don't I just need to make things right with Lincoln?" Lori asked.
"It's because in that moment...you broke what you had with your siblings and parents. After that...there's a chance that your friends will feel so disgusted and appalled by your actions that they break off their friendship with you." Carol said.
It's almost scary that you got it correct. Anyway...Let's continue.
BANG BANG
My sister, Lynn opened the door and two paramedics came in and carefully tended to Lincoln. A sight that made me sorta guilty, but I quickly shook that feeling off. He deserved to suffer for what he did after all, he didn't stick by my side. A couple of minutes later, two police officers walked in as the paramedics lifted my brother up and headed towards the ambulance. My mother greeted them and told them something before she pointed at me. As they both looked at me, I could see the disgust and anger on their faces.
"Lori Loud?" One said as he came closer to me.
"Yes?" I said.
"You're under arrest for the attempted murder of Lincoln Loud along with assault." The police man said as my eye's widened in horror.
"What?! You seriously let them arrest me?" Lori exclaimed.
"It's to be expected considering they let you be out of control for far too long." Maria said.
"To be honest, I figured that would be the case since Mom and Dad rarely taught any of us any morals or lessons to be proper adults in society." Lincoln admitted.
"What are you talking about? They did..." Lynn said before Lincoln continued.
"No. If they did then why would they hide in their room while you're in a disagreement. In addition, they ignored things that should've been fixed a long time ago." Lincoln said.
"Like what?" Rita asked.
Lynn's poor sportsmanship skills for one. But we'll get into that soon...for now...we need to move on.
"Mom? What's going on?" I said with a nervous tone in my voice.
"Lori, you're my daughter. The first born who's job is to set an example towards her younger siblings. However, it seems like you didn't take your job seriously. No sibling would do something so heinous and unforgivable as what you did today. I know that part of this is my fault, but I will have to set an example towards your younger sisters to show that you can't get away with what you want without getting punished." Mom stated.
"So you're sending me to jail? For teaching that twerp a lesson?" I shouted as I tried to fight back against the officer.
"A lesson? You almost KILLED LINCOLN FOR YOUR OWN SELFISH WISHES!!!" She shouted at me.
"Then he would actually do something useful for once." I stated which caused my mother to look at me with horror and disgust.
"I can't believe that my oldest daughter would so selfish that she can't see what she's truly done. I had hoped that you would show your sisters how to become proper adults yet I see the exact opposite. I can't believe that I'm doing this, but it seems like I have no choice." Mom said.
"And I thought our Lori was extremely selfish sometimes?" Luan said.
"Hey! I'm not selfish." Lori said.
"You tried to get Lincoln and I together for the shake of your own relationship. If that's not selfish than what is?" Ronnie Anne said.
"Then there's the fact that you've been using your status of being the first born to get things your way. While also having us do things in order to get rides to places that we want to go." Luna said. Lori stayed silent and reflected on her past actions which was amazing considering how she hardly did it in the show. The audience turned their attention back to the screen...just in time to watch a scene that caused shockwaves across the entire theater.
"What do you mean?" I asked. Mom slowly looked at me and said one thing that made my blood run cold:
I sorry to say this, but I'm disowning you from our family.
Hope you liked the chapter...Bye 👋
Also it's a tie between Stunned and Lady Dimitrescu's Husband to be the second book to be looked at.
