Starlight Serenity

Beneath a quilt of snow on Christmas night,

A world aglow with soft and tranquil light.

The air adorned with whispers of delight,

As silver snowflakes danced in sheer delight.

A canopy of stars, a cosmic ballet,

Watched over the earth in a gentle array.

The Silent night has embraced a serene ballet,

Where dreams alighted, in the moon's soft ray.

Through frosted windows, warm hues unfold,

Fireside shares tales of silver and of gold.

The Candles flicker telling tales of old retold,

In every heart there's a kindness to uphold.

Families gather sharing a tapestry of love,

They are linked by grace which are descending from above.

Laughter echoed, harmonizing like a dove,

As joyous carols serenaded from above.

In the quietude of the night's reprieve,

A sense of wonder - a moment to believe.

Underneath the boughs, where memories weave,
