"Hanukkah? What's That?"

Blackpelt: So how was school?

Stripekit: Great!

Lionkit: Yeah, in Math we got a study hall because the teacher was out having a baby.

Leafkit: It was nice. But in English we had to write an essay about Hanukkah.

Stripekit: I found that quite interesting actually.

Leafkit: That's because you're smart. And you take joy in others' pain.

Bubble: *frowning* What's Hanukkah?

Lionkit: A Jewish holiday.

Stripekit: Basically, there was a lamp with not a lot of oil. By some miracle, the lamp burned for eight days, so now there's a holiday. Every day for eight days, Jews receive a present and play traditional games and eat traditional food. Quite interesting.

Bubble: Oh.

Lionkit: Mhmm. That's what I thought.

Leafkit: That's because you don't have the mental capacity to comprehend the concept.

Lionkit: Huh?

Leafkit: *facepaws* My point exactly.

Stripekit: Yeah, I think he got a G on the paper.

Leafkit: Is that even a grade?

Stripekit: *shrugs* Apparently.

Lionkit: So what's Hanukkah? I wasn't listening.
