1 hour drawing of my favorite witch in the coven (though i'm jeremyism all the way)

trying out some cel shading, which i haven't done in a looong time. might refine it and keep it, not sure yet (at least it's better than my old one)

also, i'm not sure where the shading on the shirt went kjtrhekjdhfjkds i spent 10 minutes on that and now it just poofed
