You followed Roman out of the locker room and back into the hallway. "We should try and find Seth and Dean so we can figure out how to include you as a member of the Shield," Roman told you. You nodded your head in agreement before asking, "Are they really okay with me becoming part of the Shield? You guys have been in a group for a long time and I'm not sure a girl would be a good addition to the group..."

"You'll be great. It might be a little weird for everyone to get used to at first, including the fans, but once we get to know you a little better, I'm sure we'll have great chemistry," Roman stated, blushing at his own words.

Luckily, somebody else approached Roman this time to break up the awkward moment that was about to ensue. "Hey, Seth asked me to tell you he and Dean would be in the training room," a woman with orange hair and an accent said.

"Okay thanks, Becky," Roman responded, before continuing to say, "Oh, I'm sorry. Becky, this is Y/N. Y/N, this is Becky, Seth's girlfriend." You gave her a polite smile as you shook her hand and she returned it. "So, you're the newest member of the Shield," she told you. "I guess you could say that," you replied with a small laugh.

"Good luck with that," she stated before walking away. You could tell she didn't mean it in a mean way. If anything, she said it more to tease Roman than anything. After all, if she's dating Seth Rollins, she's probably hung out with Roman and Dean a decent amount too.

"She seems nice," you told Roman as she walked away. Roman just let out a small chuckle in response before leading you to the training room. Inside, sure enough, Dean and Seth were there, working out; but, they quickly stopped upon yours' and Roman's entrance.

"Hey," Roman said simply, sitting down on one of the chairs, leaving you to stand there a bit awkwardly. "Hey, did you get a chance to talk?" Dean asked, sitting down next to Roman as Seth joined the three of you with a towel in his hand, wiping off the sweat.

"Yeah, we're good, right?" Roman asked, looking up at you. You gave him a small nod before adding, "Yeah, all good." "Great, then should we start talking about where we go from here?" Seth questioned, sitting down next to Dean.

You felt weird being the only one standing up, so you timidly sat down next to Roman. "Well, the Shield is supposed to represent a group of three tough guys who run Raw the way they want to, right?" you asked the boys and they all nodded their heads in response.

"So, I don't think they would just show up with a girl in their group. Something has to happen. Something where I can prove myself as a valuable member of the group and then we can slowly start incorporating myself more and more," you explained.

"That's about what I was thinking," Dean said. "Well, how are you going to "prove" yourself?" Roman asked, clearly thinking hard about a good way to use your character. You were about to say something when someone opened the door to the training room, stealing everyone's attention. A shorter man with brown hair and blue eyes stood in the doorway.

"Sorry to interrupt, have you guys heard the news?" the man asked. You looked at the boys, waiting for them to respond, but they just looked at the man in confusion. "What happened?" Seth finally asked.

"Stephanie McMahon has temporarily replaced Kurt Angle as the general manager of Raw," the man stated. "What? Who's replacing him?" you asked, and it was as if the man was seeing you for the first time because his mannerism completely changed.

"Oh, sorry, I didn't mean to be rude. I'm Finn Balor, you must be the new girl, Y/N, right?" Finn asked you and you shyly nodded your head. "Well, you three are very lucky," Finn replied, sending a wink your way. You blushed at his comment, as Roman stood up standing between you and Finn. He clearly wasn't happy at Finn's move, so Finn backed down.

"Who's replacing him?" Roman asked Finn again. "Baron Corbin," Finn stated, almost through gritted teeth. Baron Corbin? You had heard that name before, but you didn't know too much about him. However, the boys were not very happy to hear that news.

"Is that bad?" you asked quietly, not wanting to sound stupid. "That's the worst. Corbin is the worst. Raw is about to get overrun by wrestlers who don't know how to win without cheating," Dean stated, a frown on his face at the thought.

"I'm going to be taking the fight to the man himself, but I wanted to warn you three because I heard him talking with Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre. They want to end the Shield, and with no general manager to stop them, they might just succeed," Finn explained.

Now, Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre were two names you did know well. Dolph had been in the WWE for what felt like forever and Drew McIntyre was the ultimate comeback story. He started in WWE as a wrestler nobody bet on, and eventually he left. But, when he came back he was better than ever - they called him the Scottish Terminator - and he and Dolph had been wreaking havoc wherever they went. If they were focusing on going after the Shield, that would definitely be a challenge.

The boys seemed to be deep in thought, each contemplating a solution to their current problem. "Thank you for letting us know," Seth told Finn. Finn took the hint that they wanted to be left alone with their thoughts, so he nodded his head before taking his leave, flashing one more smile at you.

Nobody spoke, unsure of what to say or do. "We are supposed to do a promo tonight that calls out Ziggler and McIntyre," Dean pointed out, clearly making the mood worse. If they went out to the ring tonight, who knows what could happen.

If Ziggler and McIntyre had teamed up with the new acting-general manager of Raw to take down the Shield, who knows who else they could have teamed up with. "We still have to go out there. We can't show them that we're scared of them," Roman stated, and it seemed like Seth and Dean were already on the same page as him, all three of them agreeing.

You stayed out of the conversation. You weren't even officially a part of the group yet, so you felt like it wasn't your place to get involved. After another few minutes, the boys all parted ways to get ready for their appearance on Raw. You decided to wander the hallways by yourself while they did that, trying to get familiar with everything.

You must have looked lost because a woman approached within the first few minutes of exploring. "Are you okay? You look confused," the woman told you. She was tall with long blonde hair and green eyes. "Oh, I'm fine. I'm just trying to figure out where I'm going, that's all," you replied honestly.

Suddenly, it was as if a light bulb went off in her head. "Oh! You're Y/N, right? Kurt told us that he was bringing a new talent in," the woman told you. You nodded your head and she continued to say, "I'm Charlotte Flair. I don't think you'll be seeing too much of me because I'm on Smackdown and you're on Raw, but it's still good to meet you."

"Yeah, it's good to meet you too," you said with a smile. "Have you been able to meet any of the other wrestlers?" she asked you. "A few, but I've mostly just been with the guys I'm working with, the Shield," you replied.

"You're working with those three?" Charlotte asked. "Yeah, and I've already been wished good luck by Becky," you joked. She let out a small chuckle and responded, "Well, if there's any other woman who knows what it's like to try and handle all three men, it's Becky. Are you doing anything right now?"

"No, I was going to watch the guys' promo tonight, but they're still getting ready," you stated. "Come on, let me introduce you to a few more people," she told you. "Okay," you replied with a smile, following Charlotte.

You were thankful that she was being so nice to you. After all, if you were going to be here for a while, you wanted to meet everybody. She led you to the gorilla - the backstage area where wrestlers wait to go out to the ring - and there was a group of people standing there.

"Hey guys, this is the new talent, Y/N, I'm trying to introduce her to a few more people," Charlotte began before introducing you to everyone, starting with a man with long, dark brown hair and blue eyes. "That's A.J. Styles, he's on Smackdown too along with Daniel Bryan," she stated, motioning towards the man standing next to him. He had medium-length brown hair and blue eyes. "That's Natalya, she'll be here with you on Raw," she added, introducing you to the blonde woman with brown eyes. You recognized her because she was a legacy, part of the Hart family, a big part of WWE's history.

Lastly, this is Ronda Rousey, she'll also be with you on Raw," Charlotte finished, pointing at the woman who stood next to Natalya. She had brown hair and gray eyes. You had heard she was a UFC champion before she came to WWE, but she also seemed really nice.

Each member of the group greeted you, making small talk with you. They asked you questions that made you feel like you were having a normal conversation with any of your friends like you weren't a foreigner to their world, and you appreciated that.

After about another ten minutes of chatting with the group, you saw Seth, Dean, and Roman walk into the gorilla. You asked the group to excuse you as you left them and approached the three men. "Hey," you greeted softly. "Hey," Roman replied as Dean seemed to be scanning the gorilla for any sign of McIntyre or Ziggler.

"Good luck tonight," you told them. "Thank you," Seth replied, before patting Roman on the back. Usually, the three men entered from the crowd, it was one of their signature moves, but tonight they were being cautious, afraid of getting jumped before they got to the ring.

The theme music started playing and the crowd went wild as the three men started approaching the ring. They all got in one by one, before they each grabbed a microphone. As they began speaking, you noticed a blonde man with blue eyes enter. He looked like he walked straight out of Hollywood, and next to him stood a tall man with long black hair and blue eyes. Ziggler and McIntyre.

You began to get nervous as you saw Ziggler with a microphone in his hand, approaching the curtain to go out. But, what stressed you out, even more, was the fact that Braun Strowman - a large man with dark brown hair and dark brown eyes - was standing right behind him.

Strowman was known as the Monster Among Men because he could do things that some people would think were impossible. He was an absolute beast, and if he was going out to the ring to ambush the Shield, they wouldn't know what hit them.

You began to fidget nervously as Ziggler and McIntyre began walking to the ring, cutting the Shield off. Instead of following them though, Strowman went around to surprise attack the Shield - that way they would have no chance.

You watched with anticipation as you began debating whether you should go help them or let them handle it. You decided to go with the latter and trust the guys. Sure enough, Dolph and Drew entered the ring and began fighting the Shield.

Dean and Seth fought with Drew, clearly the bigger threat between the two. Meanwhile, Roman took on Ziggler. They were starting to win the three on two when Braun Strowman entered the ring, taking out both Dean and Seth, effectively leaving Roman by himself against all three men.

Roman looked at Seth and Dean who were laying on the floor of the ring and he took a step back. You felt bad for not doing anything, so you told the worker who was sitting in the gorilla to play your theme music.

You weren't in your usual ring gear, but you were in clothes that you could wrestle in. So, as your music hit, you ran out to the ring. All of them looked confused as you sprinted into the ring. You attacked Dolph first, quickly climbing up on the ropes before jumping off and wrapping your legs around Dolph's head. You spun your body around and performed a perfect hurricanrana.

With Dolph now on the ground, Roman snapped out of his trance that you put him in and began attacking Strowman. You and Drew made eye contact and he seemed unsure if he should attack you or not since you were a female. You took his hesitation as an opportunity to run behind him, turn around, wrap your arm around his neck, and sling blade him.

He hit the mat hard and winced in pain before rolling out of the ring. You looked up to see where Strowman was but you were only met with the sight of Roman, Seth, and Dean all working together to knock him out of the ring, along with Dolph.

Ziggler, McIntyre, and Strowman looked confused as to what just happened, mostly staring at you trying to figure out where you came from before walking away. The Shield men then turned to look at you, surprised at how easily you just helped them take down the men. You just gave them a sweet smile before sliding out of the ring and making your way to the gorilla.

The crowd was going wild and you felt proud of what had just happened. Being in the ring with those three was a lot of fun and the crowd seemed to enjoy it. You entered the gorilla to find the wrestlers you had met earlier still there, looking just as shocked as everyone and you walked past them continuing down the hallways until you got to the Shield's locker room. You entered it and sat down on a chair, calming yourself down from the adrenaline that was coursing through you as you waited for the other three to join you, knowing the locker room would be their first stop after getting out of the ring.
