Caroline's P.O.V.

Now I know that my new daddy won't hurt me like my old dad did. He is my daddy now. I can see Mummy and Daddy smile wide when I call him Daddy. "Do you like the waffles, sweetie?" Daddy asks me. "Yes Daddy. They are yummy." I smile at him. "That's good. Are you ready to go shopping?" Mummy asks me when I finish eating. "Okay. Lets get you cleaned up." she says taking me to my room. She brushes my hair and changes my clothes and I brush my teeth. Soon we leave but in different cars. I look around confused. "Mummy, why is Daddy in a different car?" "Well, the first thing we are going to buy is a new bed for you and paint colors. So when we buy them Daddy will take them home and build your bed and paint the walls. Meanwhile we will buy you clothes and things." Mummy says. "Okay. What color is my room going to be?" I ask her. "Whatever color you want." she smiled at me.

Perrie's P.O.V.

"Okay, what bed to like better the white one or the black one?" Zayn asks Caroline. "Ummmmmm....." Caroline says looking from one to the next " I like the black.". "Okay, we will take this one." I say to the store owner. I was surprised that she picked this one. The white one was covered in pink paisley designs with some glitter accents. The black was just plain cast iron that had curled accents. I would have picked that one too. Then we take her to buy paint. "What colors do you like?" Zayn asks her. "I like red, black, and white. I want zebra." she looked at me. "Okay whatever you. Black and white zebra. Can you do that, Zayn?" I ask him. "Yeah," he says then whispers to me, "the lads are coming to help me. I'll make sure they leave before you get back.". "Okay. We will see you soon." I kiss him goodbye. "I love you Caroline." he says as she runs to hug him. "I love you too, Daddy." she says. She ran back to me and we went to buy her clothes.

Zayn's P.O.V.

I got in the car and called the lads. "Hey, Zayn. How's it going?" Liam answered. "Hey Liam, are the others with you?" I asks him."Yeah. We were at brunch. What do you need?" he asks. "Could you all come over and help me paint our guest bedroom?" "Sure. But why are you painting? You never use it." Liam said. "It's a surprise. I'll tell all of you when you get here. See you soon." I say. "Okay. See ya." He hangs up.

As soon as I get into the buildings parking lot I see the boys pull up. "Okay. Lets go up." I tell them as we head to the apartment. "So, why are we painting this room?" "Well lads, Perrie and I adopted a daughter." I look at the shocked expresses in all four of their faces. "You what?" Louis asks. "Well Friday the girls went to this orphanage to meet the girls who lived there. When they got there all the girls ran up to them but one. Perrie asked her if she wanted to join them but she said no. When Perrie got back one little girl told her that they didn't like this girl and she was always alone because they refused to play with her. It made Perrie upset and when she came home she told me about her and we decided to bring her home. Her name is Caroline and she's 5." I tell them. "Well where is she? We want to meet her!" Harry says looking around. "We'll that's the only problem. Her mom died and her dad abused her. Since then she has been extremely terrified of men. When we first brought her home she wouldn't even talk to me. Now she's better with me but I don't know how she will do around all of you. Perrie took her out to buy clothes, so they won't be home for a few hours. We have to paint her room and build her new bed. Can you help me?" I explain to them. "Yeah. Anytime buddy." Niall says. "Great, lets go.".

Caroline's P.O.V.

When Mummy and I get home from shopping, I'm really tired. "Hey baby how was shopping?" Daddy comes in and asks me. "It was fun. We got a lot of stuff." I tell him. "It's true we have about 20 giant bags coming up the lift." Mummy tells him. "Well that's great! Come here Caroline I want to show you something." Daddy says picking me up. "Close your eyes. It's a surprise.". I close my eyes. "Open them!", when I did I saw the most amazing thing ever. My room was all zebra and red. "Wow. It's so pretty, Daddy! I love it." I hug him. "I'm happy that you like it. It was a lot of work." He kisses my forehead. Mummy and Daddy put on my red sheets and put my clothes in my closet and dresser. I love it. "Is there anything else you want love?" Mummy asks me. "I want a puppy of my own!" I smile at her. She looks at Daddy and he looks back at her. "Okay. We can go tomorrow." he says. "But now, it's bedtime." Daddy throws me on my new bed and tickles me. I laugh and squeal. "Zayn stop you are going to get her wound up and she won't want to sleep." Mummy says grabbing Daddy. "Okay fine I'll stop." Daddy laughs.

Perrie's P.O.V.

We get Caroline into bed before going back to the living room. "What did the boys do when you told them about Caroline?" I asked Zayn. "They all wanted to meet her. But I told them that she was special and needed time. But she's doing good. Oh, this came in the mail this morning." he got up and brought back a packet. "It's from the orphanage. I wanted to wait for you, so we could open it together." he handed it to me. I open it to find a folder full of pictures, her Birth certificate, and a letter from Sarah the woman who runs the orphanage. 'Dear Perrie and Zayn, I forgot to give you this folder when you left it's her medical records and pictures from her old home. It has a picture of her real father in it. I wanted you two to know what he looked like so you can help her. I hope Caroline is happy with living with you. Sarah.'

We look through the pictures and see Caroline as a baby. She was adorable. The last picture was of her dad. And when we got to it our jaws dropped. He looked like he could be Liam's twin. His face was a little more mature but it was like looking into the future to see Liam in 10 years. "What are we going to do? If she sees Liam she will freak out." I look at Zayn. "I don't know. We can start off with her just meeting one of them like Louis. He is great children." he looks at me. "Tomorrow after we get her puppy, I have to go rehearse for our new music video and I can talk to Louis about coming over to meet her. While you tell her about the guys. Sound good?" he asks. "Yes. That's great. Now lets go to bed." I say grabbing his hand. And dragging him to our bedroom.
