Finally! New chapter! I'm not going to say anything about this chapter, I hope you enjoy. 

Over the next month I took the pills everyday and play with my new puppy. Puppy? You may asked. Yes, since Thomas missed my birthday, him and the sides all worked together and got my a teacup puppy! As for the chemo it wasn't a strong dosage so it would not hurt me. Over the next month I started wearing beanies more and making sure my hair is in the beanie. Every time I took off the beanie more hair was sitting in the hat. It scared me every time.

~Flashback~

The first time it happened was probably the scariest. I was home, brushing out my hair as I put the brush down, I turned to my phone as it went off with a text from Alex. I smiled and texted them back. Once I was done, I turned back to my hair brush, there staring up at me was a clump of hair. My eyes went wide and I grabbed the hair brush before sprinting downstairs. "Thomas!" I got no response. "Thomas!" I cried again, this time I heard rapid footsteps upstairs. I ran back upstairs and met him halfway. "T-Thomas, m-my hair." I said, biting back a sob (The only reason she's making a big deal out of it is because I love my hair and I'd be devastated if this happened). His brow furrowed in confusion, so I held out my brush for him to see. He took it and looked. Suddenly he rushed forward and ran his hand through my hair. When he pulled away there was a clump of hair in his hand. My eyes went wide, I backed away from Thomas and ran my hand through my hair. Tears streamed down my face when I pulled my hand away. Suddenly I was pulled into someones arms. I gripped the back of his shirt and sobbed.

When I calmed down, Thomas pulled away and looked my in the eye. "It'll be okay, I promise it'll be okay." Thomas said. I just nodded and went to my room. Once I got there I put My Immortal by Evanenesance on repeat and fell asleep listening to it.

~End Flashback~

Here I am again, putting on a beanie because Aricka is coming over. Just as I put on the beanie, the door bell rang. I sprinted downstairs, a big smile on my face. I pulled the door open and Aricka stood there smiling at me. I giggles and wrapped my arms around her. "I missed you!" I said. She laughed before responding. "You saw me yesterday." She said. I giggles and decided to pull a Roman. I gasped dramatically and pulled myself into a dip, wrapping one arm around her neck. "It's been ages!" Aricka laughed before dropping me on the floor, thankfully I was close enough to it that I didn't hurt myself. "Hey!" I cried, a smile still on my face. She laughed again and helped me up. "Nice job being Roman." She said. Speak of the devil and he shall appear. "Who dares impersonate me!" He exclaimed and Aricka and I pointed and each other. "It was her!" We exclaimed at the same time. Roman looked confused before shaking his head and leaving. We giggle and walked into the house fully. "Make yourself at home, I have to get some stuff." I said, but before I could go upstairs I watched Aricka walk into the kitchen, go to the top cupboard and pull out some granola. "I found some Granola!" She said, turning to look at me as she quoted Thomas. I laughed again, shaking my head. "Enjoy!" I said and walked upstairs.

As I gathered some stuff I heard a loud gasp from downstairs. I shrugged it off as one of the Youtubers Aricka watches posted a new video. But I was proven wrong when I heard loud footsteps followed by my door being opened and her falling to the ground wrapping her arms around my knees. "I already lost Amity, please tell me I'm not going to lose you too!" She all but screamed. I looked at her confused, but then she held up a clump of hair. I looked at it horrified. "How did you find that?" I asked. Tears streamed down her face as she answered. "I f-found i-it on the c-couch." She sobbed. I reached down and took the hair as she gripped me tighter. I quickly threw it away before I turned back. Her eyes bounced to my trash can (AKA my home, I'll go now) where more clumps of hair sat, once again tears filled her eyes. I did my best to bend down so I could hug her. "Aricka?" I asked, getting her attention. "Let's sit on my bed, we can cuddle (As friends people!) if you want." She nodded and let go of my knees, only to grip my hand and pull me to my bed where we pulled the blankets, crawled in and fell asleep, cuddling (They are friend! There will be NO romance!).

~Time skip~

For the next month I began to notice it was getting harder to do certain things on my own. But I smiled through it no matter what. Today I was going to the Doctor's. Thomas, along with the sides and Aricka were all coming. We were hoping for good news. We walked in and then checked in with the nurse. We sat down until the doctor called us in. He gave me a smile when I walked in. I smiled back before sitting on Virgil's lap. "Okay, Rae. We're going to take another MRI and see if there is any progress." I nodded and stood up. As I followed the Doctor I felt a hand grab my wrist. I turned around and saw Patton had grabbed my wrist. He had tears in his eyes. I smiled sadly at him, and took a step closer. "Hey, Dada." I said, wiping a tear away. "C-can I come w-with you?" He asked, shakily. I nodded and pulled him up. I looked at the others before speaking. "We'll be right back." I said, and led Patton to where the MRI would be taken.

Patton stayed outside the door after a bit of arguing. The doctor handed me a gown to change into, which I did. Once I was changed into the gown, I hopped onto the bed and laid down. The doctor explained what would happen, then let those things happened. Finally once it was done I hopped off the MRI bed and quickly changed back into my clothes and walked to the door. Once I opened the door, I came face to face with Patton pacing in front of the door. Once his back was to me, I jumped on his back. He stumbled a little but didn't allow us to fall. "Hey, Patton!" I said, excitedly. He laughed and placed me in a more comfortable position on his back. "Onward noble steed!" I said, pointing forward. He laughed again before "prancing" down the hall to the room. Once we got to the room, we knocked due to the room being closed, it was opened, and Patton pranced into the room. Everyone looked at us in wonder. "Hey, Roman!" I said, getting his attention. "Do you like my steed?" I asked, gesturing towards Patton. A playful jealous look passed across his face. He stood up and walked behind me. Suddenly I was lifted off Patton's back, causing me to yelp, and everyone else to laugh. I was then placed on Roman's back. "Only the best for a Princess!" He said. "Correction, she is a queen!" Logan said, causing more laughter. But a small frown was on my face. "But...Patton was a good horse." I said. Patton giggled and walked over to me. A smiled crossed my lips. "Yay! Now I have two horses!" I said, laughing. Everyone else laughed along with me, including Logan.

Roman sat down with me in his lap, but I quickly hopped down and turned to him. "Sorry, Ro. Is it okay if I go to my bookworm?" I asked. He looked confused, so I pointed to Logan, who had picked his book back up. Roman laughed and nodded. I skipped over to Logan and crawled under the book to sit on his lap. Laughter filled the room again, confused I looked up at Logan and he had a startled look on his face. I giggled, before turning back to the book. I grabbed the side of the book to look at the cover. "The Glass Sword, book two in the Red Queen series? But I thought you finished those books." I said. "I did, but I liked it so I decided to reread them." Logan said. I nodded, and began to read along with Logan.

Not long after I started reading with Logan, the doctor came in with the results. Logan closed the book and turned to face the doctor. "Is it good news?" Virgil asked, shakily as the doctor put up the x-rays. He put up two different x-rays then turned to face us all. "This was the first x-ray we took, two months ago." The doctor said pointing at it. "This one is from today. As you can see the first is significantly smaller then the more resent one." He continued. Thomas cleared his throat before speaking. "What do you mean 'Significantly smaller'?" He asked. "I mean, the brain tumor has grown by about 3 inches since you last visited." The news registered first with me, I sat there numb. Logan was next I think, I'm not really sure, all I know is that his arms tightened their grip around my waist. After that, there was a loud gasp, probably from Aricka. Patton started crying. Roman sat there numb like me. Virgil and Thomas were trying to hide the beginning of a panic attack. I reached over slightly and gripped Virgil's hand, my presence seemed to calm them both down.

After that, the doctor gave me more chemo. I had to take them every morning and every night. We went home after that, I sat next to Roman in the back. I was curled into his side. Once we got home, Aricka helped me upstairs where we crawled into my bed, and just sat there. She tried to get me to talk, but I didn't feel like it, so we sat in awkward silence until she spoke up again. "Prom is coming up in the next week. Who are you gonna ask?" She asked. I smiled at her, clearly excited.

"I'm gonna ask Alex."

And cut! That's a wrap. Not going to into say anything about the next chapter. I hope this chapter was good, it was difficult to write because I'm not very good with medical stuff.
