Annabeths POV:

Oh great here it comes.  The pity. The empathy. Damnit Sonja! I push my face into her shoulder, hiding my humiliation from Angie. Here it comes! I brace myself, holding my breath.
Suddenly I hear a- gasp of joy?! What the hell?!
Taking my face out of her shoulder, I look over curiously at Angie.  My face shows the clear confusion I am feeling.  It shows on my parents faces as well. "Angie...?" I question slowly.  Seeing my face, she coughs slightly, gaining composer. 
"Oh uh. Yah, I'm adopted as well." 
My eyebrows shoot up in surprise.  "Why didn't I see you at the orphanage then? It was the only one in the area!"  Angie chuckles at my confusion.
"I was originally born in Florida.  But my parents had died when I was only a month old.  They were on a business trip, as they are both managers in their company. But the engine on their plane short circuited, and they crashed. My father died immediately from the crash itself, while my mother drowned trying to get out of the plane, as they were flying over the Atlantic Ocean to go to London, to meet with their boss.".  Stopping to take a breath, she looked like she was going to continue, but I stopped her.
"Angie, you seriously don't have to keep going if you don't want to!  I don't want you to become upset.". She shakes her head sadly.  "No it's okay- I want to.  I trust you."  I give a kind smile, and give her a quick hug before she continues.
"I was put into adoption for about a month before my current parents adopted me.  My parents were both business members as well, just like my biological parents ironically.  They also adopted Adrian there.  He was the brother I was talking about earlier Annabeth.  After they adopted us, we moved to Delaware.  We lived there until I was about twelve, then we moved here.  This was about three months ago. As it was the beginning of June at this point, I wasn't put into school, and hadn't been able to make any friends. Until you came along, and now I'm actually happy."  She ends there, and I stand there in awe. 
Going and giving her a big hug, I tell her, "I can't believe you went through all that yourself.  But, now that I'm here, I am going to help you.  We are going to become even better friends, and you are going to be happy!"  She was about to reply back, when I hear someones extremely loud stomach rumbling.  I look up, while hugging Angie. Guilt flashed across Tuckers face.  I mentally facepalm.
"Thanks for ruining the moment Tucker!" scolds Sonja.
I feel Angie let go of me and start chuckling.  I chuckle around along with her.
I hear Sonja sign.  She then says, "Okay, that is sign we need to eat. Who's hungry?  Besides you know, Tucker." Angie and I start jumping up and down. "Food food food!" We say in sync. Sonja laughs at our childish behavior, and directs towards the door.
"C'mon, lets go get food.". We all rush out of the room, determined to get food.

And here is where I am going to leave off! Thank you guys so much for waiting patiently.  I know it has been a very long time. I am very sorry! Busyness and procrastination at its finest xD
