Quinn's Pov:

I knocked on my Dad's bedroom door and told him it was me.
"It's me Dad."
I opened the door since he didn't reply. He was sat on my bed with his head in his hand.
"Dad?" I heard him sniff and then he looked up at me with his tear stained face.
"I'm sorry for going and getting drunk," Deep down inside I wasn't even sorry, I don't even know why I'm being soft. Dad got up and hugged me tightly. He whispered "I love you," into my ear and kept hugging me.

When he let go, I was about to walk out when I saw Anthony stood in the doorway with his rams out. I hugged him as he repeated that he was sorry. Obviously, I excepted his apologies and he let go.

Then I remembered that I left Abby in my room. I walked inside of my room to see her sat on my bed playing on her phone.
"Hey," I said, startling her a bit.
"Hi, I woke up only 15 minutes ago," We chuckled.
"You can borrow some of my clothes if you want, just go pick something." She nodded, walked into my walk-in closet and shut the door behind her.

After half an hour, she came out of the closet with some light make-up on and one of my outfits from the orphanage.

I'm surprised that the outfit even fit her because she is 15 years old and I'm 14. Then again, she is really skinny.
"You look great!" I said and she smiled at me.
"Wanna post on Instagram again?" I asked.
"Sure," she replied

We decided to take a mirror picture.

"Where are we actually goin'?" Abby asked as I giggled
"Shopping and eating food!" We ran downstairs.

Firstly, I need to ask Dad for some money.
"Dad!" I shouted as he paused the telly and looked at me.
"Yeah."
"Can I have some money."
"Nope."
"Whhhyyyy."
"Your grounded but I'll give you money for something by different."
"What?"
"Your starting your school on Monday so get some school supplies please, and that's it. Grab some food aswell."
He gave me his bank card as I nodded.

I asked Bryce to drive us to the mall and he said he would. I also told Abby about how I'm only allowed to be school supplies and some food for lunch. She said she would help me get what I needed.

When we arrived, I told Bryce to pick us back up at 3pm (it's 11am) to drive us home. Our plan was look around for beauty things first, I'm not listening to my Dad. I only want to buy some new some face masks and some perfume.

It was 1pm, me and Abby were eating KFC for lunch while talking.

"I hope we will be in the same classes,"
I said.
"Yeah, let's hope your locker is near mine because there are a few bullies at my school."
"I'll fucking fight them, bullies are just ugly brats who want to hurt people for fun," she laughed
"We could also do homework together," Abby said while taking another bite of her chicken leg.

"Well, after this we can go get my school shit and whatever we see that interests us," I excitedly said as I ate another chip.
"By the way, I have a group of friends so you could meet them. They are all girls, no boys," I nodded and continued to eat.

Me and Abby finished our KFC and now we were looking at pencils and pens.
"Abby?," I heard s voice say, I turned to my side to see a blonde haired girl walking over to Abby. She looked the same age as Abby which is 15 years old.

"Kate!" Abby yelled excitedly and hugged this girl named Kate. I just stood there watching them.
"Oh Kate, this is my good friend Quinn," Abby introduced me.
"Nice to meet you, Kate," I said and went to shake her hand but she hugged me instead.

"It's nice to meet you too, Abby has told me a lot about you," That's when u got curious on what she has been saying.
"What has she said?"
"She said that she would love for me, Jamie and Rachel to meet you, she also said that you were coming to our school in a few days," Kate Replied
"Oh okay, I continued to look at the stationary stuff on the shelf.

I got all of the stuff I needed and it was 2:30pm so we decided to just walk around and talk with Kate. Me and Kate actually have a lot in common. Suddenly I got a text from Bryce.

Bryce😈

Bryce😈: I'm outside in the car waiting for you two
Quinn🖤: I'm coming now with a new friend
Bryce😈: at least your making friends I guess

I put my phone away and told Abby that Bryce was here. Kate said that she texted her parents and she could stay over for a few hours.

We put all of our shopping bags into the back of the car, and got inside.
