Time skip to lunch
Natalie pov

School was going great so far in fact I made 3 new friends. Their names are  Amanda, Jasmine, and Cody. It was lunch time the best part of the day. For lunch I got a chicken salad, a cookie,an apple and some water. I sat in between Cody and Amanda and Jasmine on the side of Amanda. "So Natalie do you like being the new kid" Cody said. "Not really well first of all that Bianca girl over there punched me because I did something wrong for some reason and  second of all people in my other school bullied me all the time just because I'm adopted" I said. "Who are you adopted by" Jasmine asked in a girly voice. "By joey graceffa"I said. "OMG the joey graceffa,I'm in love with him" Amanda yelled. Lunch was over and it was time to go to dance class. The best part of dance class is getting to show my talent. When I got to dance class I saw that Jonathan was in my dance class. "Hello beautiful" he said to me.  "Hi handsome" I said. "Ready to come to my house after this class"he said.  "Yeah so excited" I said. The teacher Mrs. Linndsy finally came. "Hello class today I  will be showing you how to do professional dancing" the teacher said in an accent. "Does anyone want to demonstrate first ? "How about you" she pointed at me. "Me are you sure about that"I said. "Yeah come and show yor talent". So I went up and showed my dance. I felt really good dancing to someone for the first time in forever. "Great job Natalie you danced amazing" she said. A few minutes later class was over. I called joey to let him know that I was going to my friends house. "You ready" Jonathon said. "Yeah let me just grab my backpack" . We walked to his house together. Out of no where Jonathon stopped and he looked really pale like if something wrong. "Are you okay"I said. He didn't answer instead he fainted and he touched his heart. I think he had a heart attack. "Oh no Jonathon stay with me you cannot die on me I love you" I cried and sobbed really hard. I called 911 so the ambulance could take him to the hospiatal. A few minutes later the ambulance came. I went in the ambulance with him. On the way to the hospital I called joey. "Dad something horrible happened my friend Jonathan had a heart attack and now he's going to the hospital please come I need your help" I said. "Okay don't worry I'll be right there in a bit"joey said. We got to the hospital and they rushed Jonathon to a room. They ran some test on him and the doctor came in to tell me the news. "Hi Natalie I got the news from the test, Jonathon is fine he just had a small heart attack right now he is in a small coma but he will wake up soon" the doctor said. "Thank you doc"I said. Joey came in the room with Daniel. "Any luck" joey said. "No he's in a small coma" I said as I cried in his shoulder.

Jonathon pov

I could hear Natalie saying that I was in a coma. I wish that I could just open my eyes and kiss Natalie on her soft luxurious  pink lips. I tried to open my eyes but I just couldn't. I wonder if she likes me because I like her a lot. I was going to ask her to be my girlfriend today but now I can't. I also heard poor Natalie crying because she was so scared of would happen to me.

Natalie pov

It was 3:00am and I was so tired but I had to use the bathroom. When I was going to the bathroom I saw that Jonathon had his eyes open. "Natalie is that you" he said. "Jonathan your awake omg I missed  you so much". "I'll call the doctor right now". "Wait Natalie come give me a kiss"he said. So I did. The doctor came and said that we could leave first day tomorrow. I was so happy that Jonathon was okay because I love him so much. I wonder how he feels about me?

The next day
Kimberly pov

I was now 5 months pregnant. Today I was going to find out the gender of the baby. I called Natalie to see if she could come with me. "Sup Natalie can you come with me to my ultrasound today"I said. "Sure can Jonathon joey and Daniel come to"Natalie said. "Of course they can, see you in a bit" I said. I went to take a quick shower. When I was done I put on a blue loose long sleeve shirt to show my baby bump, some gray sweat pants, and my vans. A while later Natalie came with all the other boys and all together we went to the doctor.

Natalie pov

Jonathon was doing much better. Just to make sure that nothing would happen to him while I  was gone I took him with me to the ultrasound.  He was wearing a white t-shirt and some sweat pants. I was wearing a flannel some red pants and some white sandals.  Daniel drove us to the orphanage along with joey then me and Jonathon. We stopped at the orphanage to pick up Kimberly. "Wow Kimberly your baby bump is big"I said. "I know right so who's this Natalie" Kimberly said. "Oh yeah Kimberly this is Jonathon, and Jonathan this is Kimberly my best friend.  They greeted each other. We got to the doctor and we signed in. We all sat down in the same row of seats. I saw this girl about my age who was pregnant. I smiled at her and she smiled back. "Kimberly Sanchez " the doctor called out. We followed the doctor to the room. "Please lift up your shirt so I can put on the gel".the doctor said. Kimberly lifted her shirt and the doctor put on the cold gel. "Congratulations you're  having twin girls" the doctor said happily." The babies are very healthy but you need to rest" the doctor added  "OMG thank you so much doctor I will "Kimberly said. "I'm so excited to have twin girls" Kimberly said to me. "I know right and I'll always be there for you whenever you need me" I said. "Thanks natalie" "No problem that's what friends are for" I said.
