Rosabella's P.O.V.

He left really annoyed and I said, "Finally that guy left. He will not leave me alone!"

I put my head in my hands and Jacob said, "Yeah. He used to hang out with us before he became a jerk."

There was awkward silence before one of the boys said, "I'm Camden and this is Kyler. I think Jacob failed to tell you."

I laughed and said, "Haha. I'm Rosabella and if you didn't already know, this is Jordyn."

Jordyn blushed and waved. I put down my hood because it was getting in my way.

Lunch then ended as we headed to free period.

Just then, I got stopped by a girl who apparently didn't know what a shirt is because she was wearing a sports bra, short shorts, and high heels.

"Uhh, Jordyn, you can go. Save me a spot next to you."

She looked worried and nodded while backing away.

"Hi. I'm Rosabella."

"I know who you are and I just wanted to say, Stay Away From My Tavian! You have no business being with him. He's mine!"

I just roll my eyes.

"Look, I want nothing to do with you, or your precious Tavian. I don't even want a boyfriend!

She looked really annoyed.

"I know your lying. So now, I'm going to make your life hell. Watch your back."

As she disappeared from sight, I walked to my free period class.

I saw Jordyn and mimicked her fake and dumb voice "Watch your back."

She gasped, "You got a death threat on your first day? I'm so glad I met you today and not at your funeral."

"What are you talking about? That slut won't do shit. What is she gonna do? Twerk me to death?"

I sit down and start on some of my homework.

"You have only been here for one day. And this is really bad. She will do anything to make your life hell. I'll make sure she doesn't though. I'll at least try."

I shrug and that ended the conversation.

I picked up all of my stuff and head outside. I see and guy with a hood and sunglasses. He sees me first and motions me over so I assume it was one of the guys. Before I could head over, I felt a top on m shoulder.

I jump but resist the urge to slap the person.

I see that it was Jacob and I smile.

"Hey."

"Hey."

"How was your first day?"

"It was good. Minus the death threat from a slut..."

"What? She didn't. I can't believe Melissa would do that."

"So her name is Melissa. Yea. She threatened me and told me to watch my back."

"Oh my god. She is so unbelievable. I got your back don't worry."

"Thanks. I got to go but I'll text you later."

"K bye!"

I turn around but I still feel like he is watching me.

I walk over to the guy in the hoodie and realize it's Dan.

I take my sunglasses out of my backpack and put them on so no one realizes it's me. (Okay. Maybe the hood would let a few people know that it was me.) I walk up to him and give him a giant hug which he returns instantly.

I put up my hood and jump on his back.

"Onward my noble steed!"

He spins he around while I laugh. I notice Jacob was still watching and he looked really sad.

"Shall we go get ice cream to celebrate you surviving your first day of school?"

"Yes! Onward!"

He gives me a piggy back ride the whole way there.

Jacob's P.O.V.

She has a boyfriend. I should have guessed.

She would never go for a guy like me.

The way she laughed as he spun her around. I should have asked her instead of letting my feelings for her grow.

But one thing I don't understand. She put sunglasses on. It's not even sunny out. The clouds are covering it. I think shes hiding something.

And I intend on finding out her secret.
