Kyle's P.O.V.

It didn't take her as long as I thought to trust me, but not enough to talk to me. Which was totally fine by me. I knew that from the start I was going to have to take things slow with her.  And when she left to go into the other room, I turned to the guys, and said, "What do you think is wrong with Dan?"

"I'm not sure. Maybe it has something to do with Rosie." Will suggested.  "Maybe. I'm going to go check on her. I'll be right back."  I said excusing myself for a moment.

I went into the other room, and saw Rosabella on the couch sleeping. She looked really uncomfortable so I picked her up bridal style and walked into the kitchen, then up the stairs, then finally up to her room.

I placed her in the bed and covered her up. I took her head phones off and found her charger in her bag. I plugged in her phone and noticed a book on the edge of her bed. So I picked it up and opened it up. It was a song book.

I brought it downstairs to show the boys. When I got downstairs, I tossed Will the book.  He opened it up and said, "These are amazing. Did Rosie write these?"  He asks still reading.  I nod and motion him to keep reading.

When he gets done reading, he hands the book to Woody so he could look at it, and when he was done, he tossed it back to me.  "I think this girl has some talent here. Now if only she would talk to us." Will says.

The next thing we hear is a scream coming from Rosie's room and we all run up there to find her in tears.  I run up to her and she yells louder. I try to calm her by pulling her into a hug and rubbing her back but it didn't work very well.

After a few minutes, she finally calmed down enough to talk to us.  "Rosie, what happened?"  But she just put her head in her hands and shook her head.  "Guys, can you give us a minute?"  I ask, looking at the guys.

"Sure."  Will says pulling Woody out of the room and closing the door behind them.

As they left, she leaned into me and cried harder.  And after a couple more minutes later, she finally calmed down. I still rubbed her back while trying to get her breathing back to normal.

"What happened honey?"  I ask quietly.  "He tried to kill me." She said just above a whisper.  "Who did? Who tried to kill you?"  I ask again.  "My father." She whispered again.

"What did he do to you?"  I stupidly ask.  "He tried to kill me!" She burst into another fit of tears.  I pulled out my phone while she cried and texted Woody to bring some water up.  And while waiting for Woody, I held her bridal style and rocked her.

When Woody came up, he handed Rosie the water and sat down next to her.  Will came upstairs next with his laptop in hand.  "Guys, she has a twitter." Says Will.  "Not our main priority right now."  I say quite exhausted.

"But I found one of her earlier tweets. She tweeted that one of the only things that help her calm down is her favorite song." Will said.  "Do any of you know it?"  He asks a moment later.

"No." Woody said. I could tell that he hated seeing her like this. Even though they only met her a while ago.  "Oh! She told me earlier but I forgot."  I say with a small bit of hope.  I took out my phone and looked through previous messages.

"Will, hand me her phone."  When he handed me her phone I scrolled through her music until I found "Willow"  And when the song finished for the first time, she was silently sobbing into my shoulder. I plugged her headphones into her phone and put them on her and replayed the song as I walked down with her in my arms.

When I walked downstairs, Dan was raiding the fridge.  "When did you get here?"  I ask still holding Rosie.  "A couple of minutes ago. Why are you holding her?"  Dan asks.  "She had a nightmare and wouldn't stop crying."  I say walking a bit closer to him.

"Oh."  Is all he says.

"Yea. I'm going to bring her into the other room and I have to talk to you."  I say walking to the other room.  "Mkay."  He says turning back to the fridge.  I brought her into the other room and laid her down on the couch, and covered her with a blanket.  Next I walked into the kitchen again to talk to Dan. The guys left minutes prior to Rosie calming down so it was just Dan, Rosie, and I left in the house.

"So. What did you need to talk to me about?"  He asks closing the fridge door and taking a seat in one of the barstools at the counter.  "I wanted to talk about Rosie."  I say sitting next to him.  "Oh."  Is all he says again.

"So, why did you walk out earlier?"  I ask turning t'words him.  "Because I felt like she hates me and she doesn't even know me."  He says looking out the large window.  "I should have told you guys sooner, but I wanted it to be a surprise."  I say with a slight smile.

"Oh."  Dan sure is a man of few words.

"Yea. And she has a really bad past with guys and I'm the only one she trusts at the moment. So you have to be slow with her."

"Ok.  I can try."  He says.  "Good.  You better."  I say.

Rosabella's POV

When Kyle brought me downstairs, I fell asleep in his arms. But when I woke up, I was asleep on the couch.  I got up and took my headphones off and set them and my phone on the end table. I then made my way into the kitchen.

I saw Kyle talking to Dan. I was feeling much better than before so I snuck up behind Kyle, and tazed him.  He jumped and let out a girly shriek, while I started giggling. When he turned around, he put his hands on my shoulders and said with a smile, "Never, do, that, again."

I just shrugged and laughed.  "Do you want something to eat?" Kyle asked me.  "Sure." I said quietly.  Kyle just smiled bigger and said, "Help yourself to anything in the fridge."  I walked over to the fridge and pulled out a pudding cup.

As I ate it, my phone started ringing. I excused myself and answered my phone. It was Charlie!

"Hey girlie!"

"Hey Charlie."

"Hows everything going?"

"It's actually going really well. I only screamed once."

"That's good?"

"One of Kyle's friends came over and thought I broke in and he cornered me."

"Oh. Are you ok?"

"Yea.

"That's good. Well, I just wanted to check up on you. But it seems that you are doing fine. I'm gonna let you go. Bye Bella."

"Bye Charlie."
