~ 2 days later ~

Rosie's POV

I just woke up and am now sitting on my bed watching Austin and Ally. It's the episode where Austin can't talk becase of his vocal chords. Ross walked through the door with messy hair and he looked really tired. He sat down next to me and when it got to the end he started singing. I laughed at him because he tripped over the bed when he started dancing. He started chasing me so i ran out of the room. I ran into his room, sat in his closet and shut the door. I stayed silent when i heard him walk through the door. "I know you're in here!" He yelled. Suddenly the doors flew open and he picked me up and flung me over his shoulder. I knew it was no use screaming or hitting him or anything, it wouldn't work. He took me to the kitchen and dropped me in a chair, he smirked evily at me. I giggled and so did he before looking in the fridge for breakfast. He took the orange juice and drunk it out of the carton. "Eeewww" I said. He made two bowls of lucky charms and we both started eating. 

"Hey do you wanna go to the mall with Riker and Rocky?" Ross asked. I nodded and went to get ready. I wore an R5 shirt with yellow skinny jeans and light blue converse.

When Riker and Rocky got here we all got in the van to drive to the mall. "So where should we go first?" Riker asked once we'd got there. "McDonalds!" I shouted. We ran there and got food. When we'd finished eating we walked out and to my horror I came face to face with one of the worst bullies from the childrens home. Jacob Cameron.

"Hey fatty, i see you've been pigging put on more food!" He said laughing at me. Suddenly Rocky pushed me away and stood in front of him. "You better stop insulting her or trust me you're gonna regret it!" He threatened. "What're you gonna do about it, you're just a stupid pop star." He scoffed back. "This!" Rocky yelled, punching him in the jaw, knocking him over. Suddenly 3 security gaurds ran over and dragged Rocky away. Then a few minutes later some policemen came in and handcuffed Rocky.

"Rocky Mark Lynch, you are under arrest for child abuse." The policeman said. While they were dragging him away the last policeman said if we came to the police station we might be able to bail him out.

I just stood there shocked. "Come on." Ross said, running to the van. As we were getting in we saw the police car with Rocky in the back. He mouthed at us to help him and i saw Riker mouth back don't worry. We drove back to Rikers house to find only Ryland and Rydel home. Ross's parents went somewhere for the night and were coming home tomorrow. We quickly told them what happened while Riker phoned Ratliff. "You know we're gonna have to tell our parents about this." Ryland said. "I know, but lets wait till we find out how much the bail is." Ross said. Rydel nodded at his plan. The door flew open and a very out of breath Ratliff ran in. We all got back into the van and drove to the olice station.

I knew this was my fault, he was insulting me and Rocky was just trying to stand up for me. I started crying on the way because i felt so bad about Rocky. Ross put his arm around me. "It'll be alright, we'll bail him out and there will be nothing to worry about." Ross told me. I managed to stop crying just as we pulled into the police station. We walked in and Riker said something the a woman at the desk. She typed something into her computar and Riker walked back to us. "His bails $2000, we do have the money but moms got it and she won't be getting back until tomorrow." He told us.

We all drove home in silence. When we got to the Lynch's house Riker called his mom to tell her. She said she'd be back first thing tomorrow morning. I was gonna stay here tonight in Ross's old room with him so we were all here in the morning. I feel so bad for poor Rocky, he has to stay in prison all night!

Rocky's POV

I'm currently sitting in a prison cell crying my eyes out. I can't believe i actually got arrested, for 6 months! I really hope the guys will bail me out soon, I'm really counting on them right now more than anything.

It's getting late so I'm trying to go to sleep but i can't. Where are you guys? Please come soon!
