Lia hugged y/n tightly not letting her go even for a second. From the time y/n told Enwoo and Lia what had happened they both didn't say anything just Lia kept hugging y/n.

Y/n: Lia, are you planning to be like this forever

Lia nodded while still hugging her.

Lia: if it means I can be there with you if smth like this happens again then, yes

She sniffed not letting go of y/n. Enwoo was also sitting there with a zoned out face.

Y/n: nothing like that will happen again, Lia. Oppas are there with me right?

Enwoo: we know but...still

He finally spoke. Y/n looked at both of them and smiled sadly.

"Sry for not telling you the entire thing, guys," she thought to herself.

Y/n; stop crying, Lia. It was ten freaking years back. I'm fine now, hmm?

She sniffed again and finally pulled away from y/n.

Enwoo: we are- *cut off*

Y/n: do not say sry. I didn't even know you guys back then. What are you sry for huh?

She tried to sound angry but that didn't actually work. Y/n gaze shifted towards the clock and she saw it was all dinner time.

Y/n: where are they?

She mumbled to herself but ofc Enwoo and Lia heard it as well.

Y/n at least mom and dad should be home by now.

Lia: don't worry. They must be busy.

Y/n nodded shaking away her negative thoughts from her mind.

Y/n: let's have dinner, shall we?

She asked both of them.

Lia: I'm hungry as well.

Enwoo: should we order?

Y/n shook her head.

Y/n: you want Jin oppa to kill you?

She asked and ENWOO quickly shook his head.

Y/n: mom and oppa already made dinner for us. So let's have it.

Lia and Enwoo nodded. All three of them got up and walked towards the dining room. They all settled down on the chairs.

Maid: y/n? Should we serve you the dinner?

She asked as she saw all three of them sitting in he duniya room. Y/n nodded.

Y/n: yes pls.

The maid nodded and went away to serve them their food.

Lia: just curious, the maids don't call you Ma'am or miss?

Y/n shook her head.

Y/n: at first they did. But I told them not to. It sounds kinda weird you know

Enwoo: that's right.

Soon the food was served to al three of them.

Y/n: let's eat.

They all started eating.

As they almost finished eating Lia's phone rang. She frowned and picked it up.

Lia: hello?...yeah?....WHAT?.... I'm coming

She said on the phone and quickly hung up as a tear escaped her eye.

Y/n: Lia, what's wrong?

She asked with concern.

Lia: m-my mom... something happened to her

She wipped her tears.

Lia: I-i need to go to the hospital

She said in a panicked voice as she started to go out.

Enwoo: let's go. I'll drive you there.

Lia nodded as her tears didn't stop.

Y/n: I'll come along.

Enwoo nodded as there was not much time to argue about this come and who's not. He ran out as y/n held Lia's hand guiding her out. Enwoo started the car as y/n and Lia sat at the back. Lia was crying continuously as y/n stroked her hand giving her as much as comfort she could.

Soon they reached as Enwoo parked the car. Without wasting anytime, Lia ran inside the hospital.

Y/n: wait.. lia!

She shouted running behind her as Enwoo followed. Lia asked the receptionist about her mom and she told them that she's on the third floor.

They all went to the third floor but a nurse stopped them telling that Lia's mom is still under doctor's examination so they need to wait.

Lia fell down on the chair as Enwoo held her by her shoulders. Burring her face in her plam Lia was not in a mood to stop crying. Enwoo and Y/n both sat beside Lia comforting her.

Enwoo: she'll be fine, Lia.

Lia didn't speak a word but kept crying silently.

Nurse: are you related to the patient?

She asked softly.

Y/n: yeah she's the patient's daughter.

Nurse: actually I know I we shouldn't say this at the moment but to further examine the patient you need to pay the bills first.

Enwoo: can't you see she's not even in a state to talk right now? How will she pay for the bills

Enwoo tried to keep his voice calm but it just came out angry.

Nurse: but sir it's the protocol of the hospital

Enwoo: fuck the protocol and-*cut off*

Y/n: calm down Enwoo. Lia is already stressed out and you are just getting angry about it.

Enwoo: what do you expect me to do when the protocol of this hospital are fucked up?

Y/n: I'll handle it hmm?

Enwoo: how will you?

Y/n: be with Lia. I'll pay the bills and come.

Y/n then looked at the nurse.

Y/n: I'll pay. Tell me the amount

Nurse: ma'am you need to come with us to the reception.

Y/n nodded and followed the nurse to the reception. The receptionist gave the bill to y/n as y/n looked into it.

"oppa's gonna ask a lot of question about this but that's not important right now" she thought to herself.

Shre removed a credit card which was given to her but Jin but she never really used it much. She always keeps the credit card in her phone's cover just so that she could use it in emergency situation and guess today it really worked out for her.

Swiping the card on the machines y/n paid the bills.

Y/n: done..

She told the receptionist as she nodded.

Receptionist: As you told the girl is the patients daughter but I guess she is in no state to do any right now so will you pls fill this form from her side?

She said politely as she passed a form to her. Y/n nodded taking the phone from her. She took the pen and filled all the details she knew about Lia and her mother.

Y/n: here..

She passed the form back to the receptionist.

Receptionist: thank you so much ma'am. And sry for causing trouble in a situations like this

She bowed.

Y/n: no worries but pls try to change this protocol. It's not suitable for patients family.

The reception nodded and bowed again. As y/n was about to go back to Lia and Enwoo she heard a voice call her

"Y/n?"
