On the second stage, Multimouths have no patterns, hair or anything distinctive. However they have a mouth in the back of their head.

The third stage, they finally grow wings and the mouth on their head goes down to their body for quick processing of eating and digesting.

The forth stage, they finally grow any other main feature.
Horns are rare and so is mouth on face. When they hit adult size, the tribe will hold a coronation like ritual so the young adults get their main features.
