A couple of minutes later

James:
"Good you are still here."

Caroline:
"I didn't want to go back to the orphanage even if I did
wanted to leave."

James:
"Well thank you for staying."

Caroline:
"Anytime it is not like I had a choice anyways James."

James:
"That is true."

Caroline:
"Ok let out this nose tube in and then we will start with the pre chemo."

After the nose tube is in

James:
"Look at me turn your head to the left..thank you now turn your head to right..that is good now come with me and we have a room ready for you."

In the room

Caroline:
"Can you please give me your arm...thank you can you look away I will put a iv line in but fist I need to put a needle in." I put ok my gloves and got everything ready and I pit in the blood trap in her arm. "Ok can you close your fist thank you now can you open them..one more time for me..ok the needle is going in 3 2 1." And with that I put the needle in her arm. "Is that ok."

James:
"Hurt a bit but you'rere good."

Caroline:
"Good." I type it up. "Ok now that the needle is in with the iv line I will start with your pre chemo now this is dexamethasone I will be doing this for 10 minutes and it will go through your iv line."

James:
"Ok."

10 minutes later

James:
"Good how do you feel?"

Caroline:
"A bit wired but I guess that is normal right?"

James:
"Yeah it is after I am done with your pre chemo you will take some medicine so you do not vomit while you are having chemo."

Caroline:
"Ok."

James:
"I will be back in 20 minutes and then we will move on with the next pre chemo."

After 20 minutes

James:
"Hello."

Caroline:
"Hi."

James:
"Bored."

Caroline:
"Kind of yes."

James:
"I will bring you something so you can do something but first this is diphenhydramine I will be doing this for the next 15 minutes and after that you will have a 18 minutes break."

18 minutes later

James:
"Hello hello here is a book and this is a colouring book."

Caroline:
"Thank you James."

James:
"Anytime now are you ready."

Caroline:
"Nope."

James:
"Well I am sorry but we have to this is omeprazole this will be going in you with me doing it for 20 minutes."

20 minutes later

James:
"I will need some blood and then I will type up the like and then we will use it for your chemo."

Caroline:
"Ok."

James:
I got the blood tubes and put them through the lines after that I got the blood that I needed. "Ok Caroline you have an hour break before as start with your chemo you can do whatever you want."

Caroline:
"Thank you."

James:
"Anytime I will see you in an hour."

Caroline:
"See you."
