Backstory: Lucas D. Marvelous, was just an ordinary Horse Racer just like Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli. They were the only friends Lucas had in this world while it was being governed by the 23rd United States President Funny Valentine. His life was all normal and all. But until it went upside down when he was searching for Dinosaur bones to dig in a cave. He stumbled upon one of the Holy Corpse parts. Which is the skull and Spine. Both if those would give him a special power and a special someone. The first was the unique power. He can morph into dinosaurs and turn everyone else into dinosaurs. Then for that special someone. It was a blue humanoid rabbit with a mask. It had the power to travel to different dimensions. These were his Stands. Scary Monsters and Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap. Or D4C for short. With this power he can travel to different universes and make everyone dinosaurs. Not only that, as he was traveling to different universes. He became the Administrator of the SCP Foundation.

Wiz, a sword as black as the single testicle of King Charles the Second of the Hapsburg dynasty, with the power to rot and decay everything it touches. The sword holds the soul of a lich archwizard from another world, her name also being Wiz.

Filho da Puta, his horse who was partnered with him ever since before he was in the Steel Ball Run.

Scorching/SCP 250 the Living Alosaurus Skeleton, as his nickname suggests, he is a living skeleton of an unknown species of Alosaurid theropod dinosaur.

His Stands: due to his first contact with the Saint's Corpse being by touching both the skull and spine at the same time, Lucas was able to manifest two different stands.

Scary Monsters: This stand does not have a physical form of it's own, as it is an infection that allows Lucas to transform people and animals into dinosaurs and prehistoric reptiles which obey his orders, and anyone wounded by said dinosaurs gets infected as well. Lucas can transmit the infection to all living creatures in a ten meters radius and there is no limit on how far the infected can go, working as a hivemind until Lucas turns them back to normal. Besides that, Lucas is able to transform himself into a dinosaur or prehystoric reptile, either completely or partially.

Scary Monsters Act Two: An evolution of Scary Monsters, allows Lucas to expand the potential of his infection to not only regular dinosaurs and prehistoric reptiles, but Permian creatures, Cenozoic creatures, and even anomalous dinosaur-adjascent creatures such as certaun species of giant monsters known as kaijus.

Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap (or D4C for short): A humanoid short-range stand, it's main ability is to hop between dimensions, allowing Lucas to travel across the multiverse, which is what led to the creation of the SCP Foundation in first place.

Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap: Love Train: An evolution Lucas' D4C reached during his final battle on his native dimension against the United States president Funny Valentine as his stand, Filthy Acts for a Reasonable Price. With Love Train activated, misfortune simply does not affect Lucas, with all of his misfortune being sent to another random sentient being in the same planet.

Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap Requiem: An evolution beyond Love Train, D4CR not only gains immunity to the Golden Spin and the ability to choose what person the misfortune of the user is directed to, but it also gains the power of Dimensional Manipulation, allowing Lucas to manipulate dimensions.

Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap Over Heaven: The strongest version of D4C, arguably the strongest stand as a whole, not only it gains immunity to other requiem stands but also the ability to alter the reality of anything it touches.

Currently only normal D4C and Love Train are unlocked, and Love Train has a huge cost in stamina preventing Lucas from overusing it.

Lucas' Cursed Technique: Due to being a descendant of the Zenin family, Lucas was able to inherit the cursed technique known as the Ten Shadows Technique, which allows him to use his own shadows as a gateway to summon up to ten different Shikigami, companion spirits which can fight by his side if he proves himself worthy of their loyalty.

Domain Expansion: Chimera Shadow Garden: A natural progression of a Cursed Technique is a Domain Expansion, and for the Ten Shadows it would be the Chimera Shadow Garden, which has as it's main ability the fact the entire area is covered in the user's shadows, allowing Lucas to make his shikigami appear from anywhere.
