I recently watch Thomas Sanders's Stage Mistakes video and was inspired to post this.

Back in November, I was in a production of Wizard of Oz as a Tree. During the scene before our song, we were standing onstage as our Dorothy and Scarecrow where trying to find the oil can.

Well, they had left it off stage.

So, our Scarecrow (let's call him Ethan) picked up an apple that one of the trees had thrown. He started hitting Tin-Man (let's call him Jacob) with the apple. Jacob started moving, as normal. Instead of his normal line, he said, "Thanks! I guess I didn't need to oil Can after all!" And we continued in with the scene.

We thought that we would be done with the oil can. Well, that was before we got to the Poppy scene.

Three of the four were onstage, when Ethan comes running onstage, holding, you guessed it, the oil can. He starts randomly yelling "I found the oil can" until we finally had to go on with the scene.

So, that's my favorite stage mess up. What's your's?
