Naina was walking towards the main gathering hall....when she met Bela on the way.....

Bela: Are beta...bhagwaan jhoot naa bulaaye...kahan chali gyi thi tu haan? Pata h Preeti ne poora villa sar p utha lia hai...sb kbse tujhe dhoondh re hain...

Naina: I'm sorry aunty...vo mai....khair vo jaane dijiye...mai jldi se Preeti k paas jaati hun...

Bela: Haan jaa...aur tujhe kitni baar kaha hai...ki ye aunty uncle bht paraya saa lgta hai...tu to humein chacha chachi hi bola kr..hain?

Naina: Jii aunt...mera mtlb h chachi....aage se yaad rakhungi....ab mai bhaagti hun...

Bela: Haan...jaa....are dhyaan se Naina....gir mt jana beta...

Naina: Jii....

Saying this Naina runs away from there....and directly goes to Preeti.....Where Preehan, Mundit and Swati and Amrita was present.....Preeti was very tensed and others were trying to calm her down....Naina comes running and stands on the door breathing hard because of running...hearing her voice all turn towards the door....and find Naina there...Preeti runs to her and hugs her tightly....almost on the verge of crying...

Preeti: Kahan chali gyi thi bhn....mai kitna darr gyi thi...sb jgh dhoondha tujhe...pata hai jaan nikal gyi thi meri..

Naina: (rubbing her back) Yrr I'm really sorry...mai tere peechhe peechhe hi aa rii thi..par...

Preeti: Par kya haan? (geeting angry) Tu pagal to nii h naa? Itne saal se India se bahar hai...yahan kisi ko jaanti b nii h.....kuchh ho jata to....

Naina: Nii....vo actually hua ye ki...mai tere peeche hi aa rii thi...fir achanak...

She tells everyone about how she heard her uncle talking nonsense about her family and what all he said...Hearing this everyone feels angry on that man for saying such things about a girl....just because she followed her dreams...Preeti gets angry hearing all this...

Preeti: Unki itni himmat...tu chal bhn mai abhi unhe sahi krti hu...

Preeti holds her hand and starts to drag her...but before she can take a step outside...a voice from outside catches their attention...

Voice: Uski Zaroorat nii h Preeti...

Preeti: Sameer ye tum kya bol re ho...aise kaise koi b meri frnd ko kuchh b bol k jaa skta h..

Sameer: Of course koi b aise kisi b ldki ko bol k nii jaa skta...lekin tumhaari dost self-efficient h...usne unhe aache se sabak sikhaya h...agli baar kisi b ldki p ungli uthaane se phle sau baar sochenge....

Everyone (together) : Matlab?

Sameer: Matlab ye ki...

And Sameer starts telling them how Naina confidently confronted her uncle....and took a stand for herself and also her parents...Everyone felt proud of her.....even Sameer was looking at her with a proud smile...Preeti hugs her again...

Preeti: Naina...I'm so proud of uhh bhn...tune aaj jo bola bilkul sahi bola....mujhe nii pata tha ki meri chup rhne waali Naina itna bol skti hai....

But before Naina could say anything...Sameer again started speaking teasing her...

Sameer: Preeti baaki to tumne theek bola...but chup rehne waali to ye bilkul nii h...haan chup karane waali zaroor hai...

Preeti: Matlab?

Sameer: Matlab.....ye ki....

Naina was looking at him with pleading eyes....but Sameer just gave her a smirk smile and then started with the narration of the event that took place after her outburst on her uncle...including how She apologized to him...before coming back here....

Shock was an understatement for everyone....they were looking continuously at Naina and then at Sameer...Naina became hell nervous seeing all their reactions......and started fidgeting with her fingers looking at her feet...and Sameer had the same teasing smirk on his face....and suddenly all burst into spurts of laughter.....including Sameer....and Naina was seeing everyone with shocked expressions.....

Munna: Waah Naina!! Sachi pehle to bas humein tujhpe garv tha...ab to soch re hain ki tujhe ikkees topon ki salami dein...

Pandit: Haan ek dum theek bola chhenu.....aaj ka din to school ki history book mei record krna chahiye...

Rohan: Exactly......Hahahhahha....roz roz thode hi aisa hota h...it's once in a blue moon situation...

Seeing Naina totally confused and Others still laughing hard...Swati comes to Naina....and keeps her hands on her shoulder from behind...

Swati: Naina...tum tension mt lo...ye log tum p nii Sameer p hns re hain...actually aaj tk Sameer ko koi chup nii krwa paya...hum bhi nii...aur kitni hi baar to ghr k bade b nii bol paate iske aage....tumne to ek hi din mei kamaal kr dia...the Sadu Maheshwari ko chup krwa dia

Everyone (shouts): We r proud of uhh....

And again starts laughing...whereas Sameer was giving them whatever look...but deep down he was happy seeing Naina getting normal and laughing with everyone...

Preeti: By the way Naina..ye Sameer hai...Rohan k bade bhai...aur mera best friend cum bhai aur Sameer ye Naina meri dost, bhn aur colleague.

Naina was a bit confused as she was aware of Rohan being a Somani and Sameer being a Maheshwari but thought not to ask anything......They both shake hands with each other.....They all talk for some more time....when Bela calls them for lunch....they all proceed outside in the garden area where food tables were set up....

Naina sees Nanu standing alone...and excuses herself to go and talk to him....receiving loads of instructions from Preeti to not go anywhere alone....and come within 5 minutes else she will come looking for her...to which she agreed chuckling on her friend's protectiveness towards her...Sameer found this protective behaviour of Preeti a bit weird as he knew nothing about Naina and decided to ask Preeti later...

Naina: Nana jii....aap akele kyun khade hain? Khana kha lijiye naa fir aapko dawai b leni hogi....

Nanu: Haan haan tujhe sb pata hota h..jaa hi raa tha...teri Nani ka wait krra tha....maine shaadi k baad se aaj tk unke bina nii khaya...office se b lunch p ghr aata tha..yaa vo jaati thi mere paas...

Naina smiled on this cute bond....

Nanu: Achha ab muskurana chhod aur ye bata...uss Sadu Maheshwari ne tujhe maaf kia yaa nii...

Naina: Haan Nanu kr dia....vo itne b sadu nii h I guess...but ek baat smjh nii aayi...aapne kaha ye aapke naati ki shaadi h...aur andar Preeti ne kaha ki Sameer is Rohan's elder brother...but u said u don't know Mr. Maheshwari.....

Before Nanu could say anything...Sameer called him from a distance.....

Sameer: Nanu...aap yahan hain? Nani aapko kb se dhoondh rii h...chaliye khana khaane...

Naina's eyes were wide  and Nanu slapped his forehead....Seeing both of them....Sameer was confused as to what happened just now....

Sameer: Nanu kya hua? And Ms. Confident? All ok?

Naina: (turning towards Nanu) Sir? Aap Mr. Maheshwari k Nanaji hain? Aap b Maheshwari hain kya?
