1. Singhania Family

Balwant is the eldest, his wife is Chandrakala. Their two sons are the eldest children, Tapish and Veeranshu. Pawan is Balwant's younger brother. His wife Karishma faced some complications during child birth and died. His fraternal twins- Pawan Jr. and Daksh were born special. As they grew older, Daksh's vision became weak while his sense of smell got heightened. As for Pawan Jr., who was lovingly called Ponky, one can never be sure of what exactly he lost. He didn't have any mental issues but Ponky acted like his mental age was actually less than his actual age. His vision got heightened and he got see farther than most Cheels.

Veeranshu Singhania, the second child of Balwant and Chandrakala is our protagonist. He was born special too but not in the sense that he lost something and gained something else. What he had was beyond any ordinary cheel. He was the reincarnation of Akesh. When in Satyug, the Cheel king died grieving his only son Akesh, he left no legal heirs. Since then, the throne awaited Akesh. Gandhak disappeared out of existence. The legend stated that it will reappear only when it's master would come back. So, when the Gandhak stone magically appeared in the cradle of Veeranshu when he was a child, the realm knew that a king is born!

Balwant studied the ancient scriptures to know the story of his son's past life and realized what he and the Adi Naagin had was very pure. He regretted not accepting his son's love earlier and somehow supporting cheel priest's plans. Since then, he started to try to have better relationships with their realm and avoided any attacks on them. Naags appreciated the peace offering and returned it as well. It is safe to say that nags and cheels aren't friends but after Balwant's efforts, they are not enemies either. There were some people who hated this new equation on both sides but they were a sad, envious minority. He has also been searching for his son's partner but left it on fate after multiple failed attempts.

Presently, the family of seven live in a beautiful mansion in the outskirts of the city. They own various businesses. Tapish has joined his father's empire. Veer just gave his final exams of college and is now debating if he wants to study further. Meanwhile, he is also heading his own line of pubs called 'Mercury' and training for the throne. He is unaware of his past. Daksh and Ponky are in first year of college.

2. Sharma Family

Manoj and Mahesh are brothers. Mahesh is married to Ritu and though Manoj is elder, Ritu and Mahesh have a daughter first called Meera. Post, this Manoj and Bhawna's daughter, Bani was born and then Mahesh and Ritu had their second child, Mayank.

Bhawna was actually a naagin but lost her powers after mating with Manoj, a human. Her only child, Bani will gain powers when she grows up. She is our protagonist, the reincarnation of Nageshwari but everyone is unaware of the fact. Only the elders of Nag lok know that Adi naagin is reborn but until she will gain her powers and resume her role in the naglok, no one is bother her human form. All others are humans.

3. Mathur Family.

Jai Mathur

Mandakini Mehra

Jai Mathur is the only son of Jatin and Ashika Mathur. Both were nag-naagin. They died in a car accident when Jai was three. Since then, his widowed Masi, Mandakini took care of him and bought him up. He is reincarnation of Hriday but is unaware as well. His Masi was very learned in ancient scriptures and was an elder as well so she deduced that Jai is Hriday's reincarnation but couldn't remind him of his nag powers but still raised him with a lot of knowledge and told him his life goal was to fight Nageshwari for her powers.

As a child, Jai didn't understand who she was but he grew up with a lot of envy and greed in his heart.

Other Characters:

1. Mayuri Raichand: She is a morni who had hidden this fact from others and is Veer's girlfriend. She is flirty and is only dating Veer because he is popular but still flirts around.

2. Shaliesh Shukla or Shukla: Kul Guru's reincarnation. He hid himself away from the Cheel realm the moment he realized that Akesh was reborn and Balwant dug out the story. He knew that if they ever found him, he would be killed for his cheating ways.

Other Characters might get introduced later on in the story.
