Chandini was sitting in the hall of SM with Veeranshu, Daksh and Ponky. She was talking like she had been doing it for a while now. The only difference was that now someone was listening to her. That someone was Veeranshu. He was hanging onto her every word as if anything that fell out of her mouth was a precious drop of elixir that he couldn't afford to waste. Ponky and Daksh also noticed this shift in Veer's behaviour and studied him with confusion and doubt.

P: Ye Veer bhai ko kya hua hai?

D: Haan yr...Is chipkali ko kaise dekh rahe hai?! Chi!

P: Bhai ki tabyat kharab hai kya?

A staff person came there.

S: Lunch is served. Bhabhi bula rahi hai..

Daksh, Ponky, Veer, Chandini and Bani were the only ones home having lunch at that time. Tapish would have it later and rest weren't home. To everyone's surprise, Veer sat at one end of the table and pulled Chandini to sit beside him. Bani frowned and her eyes depicted confusion. She sat across him.

B: Veer? Dal doon?

V:....

B: Veeranshu?

V:....

C: Veeranshoee? Daaaaaaal?

V: Haan off course.

Bani clenched her jaw in anger and kept shut post that. She studied Veer interact with Chandini and her anger kept on increasing.

The entire meal they flirted while Veer royally ignored Bani. Ponky and Daksh frowned at this strange interaction with worry but kept mum. After lunch Chandini and Veer went away.

Bani picked up her plate and went to keep it in the sink. The staff cleared the rest of the table.

B: Ye Veeranshu khud ko samajtha kya hai? Mujhe jealous krne ki scheme lagayega? Iski toh mai?!!! Jaane do iss safed kabootri ko....Iss Cheel ke ek ek pankh na noch diye na toh mai bhi Adi Naagin nahi!!!

Bani was stomping towards her room when she heard Veer and Chandini inside their shared bedroom. She lowered her steps and walked cautiously.

C: Mai keh rahi hoon na Veeranshoee. Chand pr sab milega. Dharti se much better aur jo mangoge, jitna mangoge, sb tumhare kehte hi hazir ho jayega...Tu chaloge na mere saath?

V: Obviously! Ye sb nahi hota na toh bhi chalta...jahan tum wahan mai..

C: Awe baby. You are so cheesy! But mai tumse gussa hoon...Tumne yahan shaadi kyu kr li?

V: Ab tumne Chand se ana chod hi diya tha. Kitne saal baad ayi ho...Tum is tarah gayab nahi hoti toh tumhari jagah koi aur nahi le pata...

Bani's heart broke into pieces. She went to the backyard and started to sob. She saw Veer leave out of their bedroom window with Chandini in his arms and started to sob louder.

A while later, Balwant was flying back home with Pawan. He saw Bani crying in the backyard and got down in front of her.

Ba: Bani?! Beta sb thik toh hai na? Tu thik hai? Veer thik hai?

B: (sobs) kuch thik nahi hai daddyji!! (Tells him everything)

Ba: Nahi beta, tum galat samaj rahi ho! Hey Garud dev! Jiska mujhe dar tha, wahi hua...Bani beta, zarur usne Veer ko apne vash me kiya hai...Vo bachpan me bhi Veer ko lekr obsessed thi aur mujhe dr tha kahin usse chand na le jaye isliye maine uske pita se baat krke uska dharti pr ana rukwa diya tha. Tb vo choti thi, bina adesh ke nahi aa skti thi pr kuch dino pehle uske pita ki mrityu ho gayi...ab Chaand ka rajpaat uske haath hai aur vo yahan dharti pr aa gayi hai...usne zarur mere bete ko vash me kiya hai Bani..

Daksh and Ponky also came there and heard all this.

D: Haan bhabhi! Humne bhi notice kiya tha. We were discussing why suddenly he became strange..Ponky made me realise ki Veer bhai vo juice peene ke baad se behka hua sa behave kr rahe they..

B: Hey Bholenath..pr ab?

Ba: Vo to mujhe bhi nahi pata...Chaand pr jaana hr cheel ke bs ki baat nahi hai...aur wahan se aagya bhi toh honi chahiye...Permission to hume vo ghatiya ladki degi nahi..

D: To kya bhai kabhi.....

Ponky elbowed him to shut up.

B: Nahi! I cannot let that happen. Mai nag mandir jaati hoon...panditayan ji se baat karungi...Bholenath koi na koi rasta zarur dikhayenge...

Bani quickly slithered away to the nag temple.

Bani entered the temple grounds and started to look for the panditayan. She couldn't find her. She directly went to the idol of Bholenath and started to pray.

B: Hey Bholenath! Mujhe rasta dikhaiye aap...Mera pati...vo us Chandini ke vash me hai...vo usse Chand tk le gayi hai...mai usse khona nahi chahti Bholenath. Kitne divyavarsh baad toh hume ye saath milla hai...mujhe usse bachane ka koi rasta dikhaiye...

TATHASTU!

Bani turned when she heard this strange voice. Coming behind a pillar was Chandini. She giggled.

C: Oops...sorry I couldn't resist saying this...tum mujhtk, apne Veer tk aane ka rasta chahti thi na...lo 'tathastu'...mai prakat ho gayi...waise tumhara pati toh aram se is mandir me aa gaya, mujhe laga cheel aa nahi payega..

B: CHUP KR CHUDAIL! PATI HAI VO MERA. VO AA SKTA HAI...TU USKA PEECHA CHOD AUR JAA YAHAN SE..

C: Now now Bani, that is not the way to talk to someone jisne tumhari prathna suni...also jiske saath tum deal krne wali ho..

B: Kaisi deal? Mera Veeranshu tumhe dena pade, aise mujhe koi deal manzur nahi hai...

C: Awe! Uski jaan ke badle bhi koi deal manzur nahi hai?

Horror washed over Bani.

B: Kya mtlb?

C: Mtlb udhr dekho...

Chandini hinted at a corner. Bani looked over and was shocked. There laid Veer- unconscious. His veins were all blue and popping out of his pale skin.

B: VEERANSHU!! YE KYA KIYA TUNE USKE SAATH???

She started to run over to him. Chandini stopped her.

C: Ruko...zyada time nahi hai. Na tumhare pass, na tumhare is pati ke pass so ye ro-dho kr time waste mt kro...zyada se zyada do ghante hai...ab tum decide kr lo kaise spend karogi?

B: Akhir chahti kya ho tum? Tum to Veer se obsessed ho na? Usse chand pr le jane aayi thi, phir ye sb?

C: Tumhari information correct hai. Bs updated nahi hai. Mai Veer se obsessed THI. Use Chand pr le jana chahti THI. That was childhood crush, I got over it. Or wasie bhi, ek ladke ke peeche diwane bankr ghoomna jbki vo mujhe bhaav na de is not my style!

B: To tum yahan kyu ayi ho?chod kyu nahi deti meri pati ko? Tum chand pr khush raho na, is dharti pr tumhara kya kaam?

C: Kaam nahi, inaam.....

B: Inaam?

C: Haan, vo inaam jo mai khud ko dena chahti hoon...jiske liye mai yahan aayi...You see, mere yahan aane ka maksad shuru se hi tum thi- Veeranshu nahi...

B: What? Ab tumhe bhi adi naagin ki shaktiyan chahiye?

C: Get over yourself. I want my crowning glory- the nagmani...

B: What?

C: Chonko mt...maine uske baare me suna hai...safed, sundar, chamchamati hui mani...vo har cheez jo sirf aur sirf Chandini ke taaj pr lagi hui honi chahiye...akhiri baar nagmani ko Dev naam ke ek nag ke mathe se azad kiya gaya tha jiske baad adi naagin ne wapis aakr prachin nag mandir aur nagmani ki protector hone ki position wapis sambhali...so you are the only one who knows where it is..maine breakfast pr koshish ki thi tumhe vash me krne ki but it didn't work so I targeted your husband. Ab vo mere vash me hai pr jaise jaise mere vashikaran se vo mukt hota jayega, uske shareer me zeher failta jayega....iska antidote mere pass hai...tum mujhe nagmani do, mai tumhe tumhara Veer dungi wrna mai usse marne dungi....soch lo..choice is yours..

Saying this Chandini stood in front of Veer. Blocking her view of her husband, she demanded Bani to give her the mani.

B: (Thinks) Hey Bholenath mai kya karu? Nagmani ki raksha krna mera kartavya hai aur Veeranshu mera pyaar hai, uske saath mai kuch bura kaise hone doon? Mai kya karu??

C: Zyada time waste mt kro, smjhi na...

B: (Thinks) jldi soch kuch Bani jldi soch...

Bani tried to reach Veer but Chandini understood her intention. She walked closer to Veer and pointed a dagger at his heart.

C: Bina nagmani ke mere pass ayi toh mai ye khanjar iske seene ke aar-paar kr dungi. Do ghante ka kaam do pal me ho jayega..

B: nahi nahi...mt krna aisa kuch. Mai door khadi hoon...

C: Good. Ab Nagmani lekr aao...

B: Vo naagon ki amanat hai. Bholenath ki hai...

C: Chup kr Adi naagin. Gyan nahi chahiye mujhe...vo nagmani sirf Chandini ke crown pr acchi lagegi...tum naagon ke pass nahi..

B: (thinks) I need some time but wahi nahi hai mere pass...

She started to think of an idea.

B: Thik hai. Mai nagmani dene ko tayar hoon...

C: Great! Do!

B: Tum Veer ko pehle antidote do?

C: Ghadhi samjha hai kya? Ek haath do ek haath lo...

B: (ye aise nahi manegi..) Mai mani ko summon krti hoon...

Bani folded her hands in front of Bholenath.

B: (in mind: Hey Bholenath! Aap jaante hai mere man me kya chal raha hai. Phir bhi mani ko sankat me dalne ke liye mujhe maaf kr dijiye...

Bani closed her eyes and turned into a naagin.

C: Chalaki mt krna..

B: Nahi kr rahi. Mani ko maine is mandir me seal kr diya hai. Usse bahar nikalne ke liye mujhe ye roop lena padega..

She started to sway and prayed from her heart. Soon a blinding white light filled the temple and the mani rose out of the temple of Lord Shiva's idol. It flew to Bani and she took it her hands.

B: Tum pehle antidote dikhao..

Chandini kept the dagger aside and showed her the antidote with was in a small vile. She wore it in her necklace.

Bani started to move towards her. Chandini rose up with the antidote in her hands. Her other hand raised to take the mani. As soon as Chandini was a little away from Veer. Bani turned half human and captured Chandini in her tail. She quickly turned to Bholenath and prayed. The mani went back into the idol.

C: You cheat!!!

B: Chup Chudail. Antidote de..

C: Nahi dungi..

B: Aise kaise nahi degi...

She pulled Chandini towards her. She was completely wrapped in her tail. Chandini closed her eyes and opened them. They were purple. She tried to hypnotise Bani but thanks to Veer's forward thinking, Bani wasn't trapped in her magic. She snatched the antidote and threw Chandini out of the temple. Chandini tripped down the stairs.

B: MAI, ADI NAAGIN, IS PRACHIN MANDIR KI RAKSHAK HONE KE NATE SABHI CHAND WASIYON KA IS MANDIR ME PRAVESH NISHEDH KRTI HOON..

She quickly rushed to Veer and gave him the antidote. She kept his head in her lap and turned to Bholenath's idol.

B: Hey Bholenath! Mere pati ko baccha lijiye...ye dawa ka asar ho jaye bs.

She began to rub his hands and soon, warmth returned into Veer's body. He was fine but a little weak.

V: Gharwali? Hum yahan kaise? Tum- Tum ro kyu rahi ho?

B: Kuch nahi patidev...chalo ghar chalo..

Bani carefully got him out of the temple after thanking Bholenath.

C: You cheat! Tujhe nahi chodungi mai..

She again made her eyes purple.

B: Veeranshu close your eyes.

V: What?

B: Jaise mai keh rahi hoon waise kro..

Veer did the same and Bani made Veer sit on the temple steps itself as Chandini could not physically reach there.

B: Tu bhi na bohot ziddi chudail hai. Aisa nahi manegi..

Bani became a naagin and reached Chandini..

C: Ugh!!! Tumpr mera jadoo asar kyu nahi kr raha?

B: Awe! It frustrates you? You want to know why?

C: Yes!

B: Nahi bataungi...

She slapped Chandini.

B: Ye mere pati pr gandi nazar daalne ke liye..*slap* Aur ye uski jaan khatre me daalne ke liye. ..*slap* Ye naglok ki amanat ko hadapne ki koshish ke liye..

C: How dare you! I am the moon princess! Kuch dino me mai wahan ki rani ban jaungi..

B: Rani hogi tu moon ki. Yahan pr tu kuch bhi nahi hai...doobara mera pati ko ya nagmani ko dekha bhi na toh accha nahi hoga...Chand se dharti ko dekhna bhi mt...

Bani pulled her hair and threw her against a tree. Chandini got very angry and closed her eyes again. A sword appeared in her hands. Bani also closed her eyes and prayed to Bholenath, a trident appeared in front of her.

They began to fight and the clash of metal made Veer open his eyes. He looked at his wife, looking super hot fighting the witch! He wanted to help her but he was also very weak. Chandini must have done something. He heard Bani yell at her and to him, it was really hot hearing her defend him like this. He was also worried but seeing Chandini's poor fighting skills, he knew Bani was safe.

Soon Bani, bought the trident by force and it broke through Chandini's sword and pierced her stomach.

C: Ahhhh!!!!

B: This is for my husband you bi***

Chandini was scared and quickly closed her eyes. Rays of moon fell on her and she went back to moon.

Bani rushed back to Veer.

V: Uff! So hot sweetheart..Kya panja maara usse..

Bani put a hand around his waist and blushed.

Vani reached home. Everyone was worried for them. Bani told them the whole story. They were relieved that Chandini was gone and that Veer was safe and sound. They were shocked to hear her true motives and thanked Bani for all she did.

B: Mujhe sharminda mt kijiye aise thank you keh kr...apke bete ki jaan bachai hai toh aapkr ehsaan thodi kiya hai..mera bhi to pati hai na..

She guided Veer and made him sit on the bed. She turned to leave and Veer caught her hands.

V: Sweetheart. Mere pass baitho na..

B: Sure? Subah lunch pr to uss chudail ko bithaya tha apne pass..

V: Uff gharwali (flicks her nose) I was in her control na..

B: To mujhe jaise ring di hai na, waisi ek khud ke liye bhi banwa lo...

V: Accha Sweetheart, I will look for another stone like this okay...abhi aao na yahan..

Bani got in bed with him and hugged him.

B: I thought I lost you. I thought vo tumhe chaand pr lejakr tumse shaadi kr legi..

V: Uss psycho ka aisa koi plan nahi tha...but agar le jati toh?

B: To kya? Toh mujhe move on krna padta..(says sadly)

V: WHAT???

B: (giggles) Just kidding sweetheart!

She pecked his nose.

B: Mai na uss chudail ke changul ne tumhe kahin se bhi bacha laati, kaise bhi krke....jb tk tumhe apne pass nahi le aati na, tb tk chain se nahi baithti..

Veer smiled and kissed her cheeks.

V: Ek dum asli bhartya naari ki tarah bola hai, pati ki jaan kahin se bhi chuda lati...

B: (blushes) Accha ab chodo mujhe, tumhe khana bhi khilana hai na..

V: Thodi der ruko na..

B: Mai kahan bhagi jaa rahi hoon? Aa rahi hoon bs abhi..

She went and bought their dinner. She fed Veer with love and he did the same. Veer was feeling much better now. They changed and snuggled into each other. Bani looked out and saw it was a full moon night. She frowned and showed her tongue to the moon and drew the curtains.

Veer laughed and side her hugged Bani.

V: Tu na kb se ek dum angry bird jaise ghum rahi hoo...relax na gharwali..

B: Tu krro relax...

V: kaho to tumhe bhi krwa doon relax? Vo kya hai na tum ye jealous angry bird bankr cute toh bohot lgti hoo pr mujhe meri pehle wali jungle billi zyada pasand hai..

He lifted her and twirled her.

B: arey Veeranshu! Tumhe lg na jaaye..

V: Come on! I am cheel prince. Abhi to bohot jaan hai mujhme, tumhe aur bhi tang krna hai..

He bought her to the bed and laid her down. He hovered over her and kissed her softly. What started as a soft kiss progressed into a fiery reciprocation of passion. They made love and slept in each other's arms.
