Jai was healing. His wounds were fresh. They could have been healed supernaturally but he had also lost a considerable amount of powers as Vani were fully mated now. He was no more the Adi Nag but just a simple nag. Ironic, in quest of more powers, he lost the ones he had. What he failed to understand was that 'bholenath ne koi anaye nahi kiya hai.' Nageshwari had won and earned her powers. Hriday only got a fraction of it as he was mated to her. Now that he was not mated to her, those powers are rightfully Veeranshu's . He was still pissed. It is often said- 'Vinashkal Vipreet Buddhi' and that is what happened with him. He felt cheated and was looking for ways to gather powers.

Karishma, on the other hand, had always been a runt. A powerless Cheel. People had been kind to her but she became obsessed with Gandhak. It would make her powerful- something she desired deeply. She had won a lot of powers by dark rituals, she had sacrificed a lot of lives, human and animal lives alike for these rituals. Still she dreamed of Gandhak. Now that she was weak due to the potion, she had no other option but to work with Shukla and Jai against Singhanias. Her only demand was that she should be given the stone and a fraction of Bani's powers so that she can control it.

Shukla had a different story than the two, while they were hungry for power, he was hungry for freedom. Due to his crimes in Satyug, he suspected Balwant to punish him now. After all, he did break the Royal family's trust and caused the death of Akesh. Not only Balwant, but many cheels were angry at him. They blamed him as the royal blood line died with Akesh and Gandhak disappeared. Now that he was reborn as Veeranshu, many cheels had grown anxious to keep him away. He was always hiding because of it. His children were also never able to mix well with other cheels. He wanted the end of Singhanias so that he could live again in peace.

Now, sitting in the cave, Jai and Karishma were busy thinking of ways to gain powers while Shukla started to think of ways to separate Vani because attacking them when they are not together would be much easier. He had thought of an idea, it was risky but it was all he had. He bid adieu to his two partners and told them to collect powers and develop ideas while he separates Vani.

The families had returned from the picnic and Sharmas had gone back to their home. Vani were sleeping when Shukla flew into the mansion. He had a special instrument with him. It produced a sound only nags-naagins could hear. He blew into that whistle and Bani woke up. She frowned and tried to listen. Shukla went to the backyard and kept whistling. Bani got worried and turned to Veer who was sleeping. Therefore, she went to check on her own.

As soon as Bani left. Jai, who was weak but had come for a while to assist started to scream. His voice was modulated to sound like Bani's and he screamed for help. Veer woke up panicking and rushed outside.

V: Bani, tumhe kuch nahi hoga sweetheart..

He rushed and soon, he was trapped in a cage. He was confused. This was a special cage. It shocked him when he tried to break him, it was like it was sucking his powers.

J: Awe, dekho dekho, rajkumar ji ko takleef ho rahi hai..

He laughed but then coughed and fell to his kness.

S: Sambhal kr, abhi tum poori tarah thik nahi ho. We should leave.

They left with the cage. On his way, Shukla stopped by a cottage.

S: Kaam ho gaya?

Man: Haan..

He turned and Jai smacked his forehead. Shukla was confused and angry.

S: Ye kya kr diya, ye photo di thi kya humne? Ye konsi shakal le li hai tune???

Man: Abey chup! Mujhe kya sapna ayega kya shakal leni hai. Jo photo dikhai wahi li hai maine. Bs yaad rakhna, mai tumhara kaam krunga aur badle me tum mujhe vo chabbi doge. Usse nasht krke mere sir pr wapis kaid hone ka khatra kabhi nahi mandrayega...

Shukla saw that the picture he gave to him had indeed changed. Him and Jai were shocked but they'd have to make do with him. They taught him all they could and left.

Inside Veer's personal locker, a red stone tried to escape, banging against the box sealed with magic.

It was morning, the Singhanias came down to see Bani sleeping on the sofa.

D: Bhabhi yahan?

P: Lgta hai bhai se jhagda hua hai..

Ba: Jhagda hota toh Veer bhi yahin hota, vo usse akela nahi chorta..

Pa: Arey bhaisaab jhagda hota to Veer bahar hota, Bani khud thodi bahar aati...

All laughed. Bani woke up and looked around.

B: 9 bj gaye!?..daddyji? Veeranshu kahan hai?

Ba: kahan hai mtlb?

B: Vo daddy ji kl raat mujhe kuch awaz ayi thi, mai check krne gayi aur wapis ayi toh Veeranshu nahi tha. Maine socha vo bhi check krne gaya hai pr jb kafi der tk nahi aya toh maine call kiya pr vo phone bhi room me chor gaya hai. Aur to aur poore ghar me bhi nahi hai...mai raat se uska wait kr rahi hoon..

Ba: What???

All were worried. They began searching for Veer in the entire house. Tapish called office and his friends. They called the popular places he used to hangout. Daksh and Ponky flew to the locations they knew he might go to but all ended up empty handed.

B: Daddyji...mujhe bohot dr lg raha hai, kahin Karishma?...mujhe kuch krna hoga..

'KYA KARNA HOGA SWEETHEART...??'

They heard a voice and turned to see a man come into the house. What shocked them all was that it was the face of Akesh!!

B: Akesh!!?

Ba: Veer ye tu hai kya?

The man spoke to them the way he was trained to. Yes, he was the man Shukla and Jai had sent. Though he spoke like Veer and claimed to be Veer- his face was making them all suspicious.

B: Tumhara chehra..

Man: Accha hai na sweetheart? Vo I figured it was better..

B: Lekin ek cheel hokr tumne apni shakal badli kaise? Tumhare pass to ye shakti hoti nahi hai..

Man: Tum nahi sawal bohot poochti ho sweetheart, ye nahi ki bhooke pati ko kuch khilaya jaye, uski seva ki jaye...

He went towards their room.

B: Daddyji ye Veer Akesh ka roop lekr kyu aya hai? Kuch toh gadbad hai..

Pa: Sahi toh mujhe bhi nahi lg raha hai Bhaisaab...ye chaakr kya hai..

Ba: ye baat toh bilkul Veer jaise hi kr raha tha..

The family was confused.

One and a half day was gone. Bani was getting more and more sceptic of the new avatar of Veer. Veer loved calling her sweetheart but also called her gharwali, a name this person seemed to be unaware of. He was eyeing everything in the room, like it wasn't his. His every move was causing suspicion. He opened her cupboard for his clothes first and then opened his cupboard. He barged in on Bani when she was changing. Upon her questioning this, he claimed to be her husband and tried to touch her.

Bani knew Veer had a thing for physical proximity but he also never pushed her. He was persistent but he never touched her without consent. Then, she asked him for water, the man wandered aimlessly into the house before locating the kitchen.

Bani told all this to Balwant.

Ba: Bani shaq to mujhe bhi ho raha hai...ye baaten toh Veer ke style me kr raha hai pr baki baaton me haan me haan mila raha hai bs... Garud dev gawah hai maine kabhi Veer ke mu se itni baar haan nahi suna hai..

B: Daddy ji, ek rasta hai..

Ba: Kya?

B: Gandhak! Karishma ne kaha tha ki adi naagin bhi usse kaboo kr skti hai. Mai gandhak se kahungi mujhe Veer tk le jane..agr yahi Veer hai toh Gandhak mujhe iske pass le jayega aur agr ye nahi hai  to gandhak mujhe asli Veer tk le jayega aur hum isse nipat lenge...

Balwant liked her plan. Bani went to her room and took the stone out of Veer's locker. She asked the stone to guide her to Veer. The stone rose up in the air and started to leave. Bani was about to follow it when the man came into the room.

The man: (thinks) Kya hot hai ye ....barson baad kissi aurat ko dekha hai aur jo dikhi vo bhi ye..qayamat hai poori...iska pati kitna lucky hai, oops...soon-to-be tha...lekin isse to Shukla aur uske saathi maarne ka plan kr rahe hai ...nahi, mujhe isse apne saath le jana hoga...

He started to flirt with Bani.

B: (thinks) Gandhak iske pass nahi aya mtlb ye Veer nahi hai, ab ye mere raste se hatte to mai mere pati tk pahunchu..

She asked him to shut up and started to leave when something heavy hit her head and she passed out.

Veer was in a cage, trapped. The cage was consuming his powers. He saw a man laugh at him, he was Shukla, his father's old priest and minister in satyug.

S: Mujhe pata hai tum kya soch rahe ho, yahi na ki tumhari patni tumhe bachane ayegi...chinta mt kro, usse pata bhi nahi chalega ki tum wahan nahi ho...vo kya hai na, naya pati jo bhej diya hai use...waise bhi bs ek din aur , phir tum mr jaoge aur tumhari naagin akeli reh jayegi..usse hum maar denge..

V: (thinks) Meri naagin kissi aur ko apna pati maan hi nahi skti, vo pehchan hi legi...tujhe to mai chorunga nahi buddhe takle..

He passed out due to pain and weakness.

The man was driving away with Bani, she was in the backseat of the car, unconscious. She woke up and tried to make sense of her surroundings. She realised what was happening.

B: Nahi, mai is haivan ke saath nahi jaungi, mujhe mere Veer ko bachana hoga...

She quickly took her naagin roop and slipped out of the car as soon as she could. She turned human.

B: Veeranshu, mujhe usse dhoonda hai..

She noticed she was in the outskirts of the city near the woods, she started to run.

B: Hey Bholenath! Mai mere pati ko kahan doondu? Kash Gandhak us tk pahunch gaya ho aur usski madat kr de..

'SWEETHEART!!!!!??????'

Bani heard an angry voice call.

B: Usse pata chal gaya mai wahan nahi hoon!!

She started to run while the man chased after her.
