Pete and Addison are sitting on the couch in Pete's office. Pete still had his arm around her. 

Addison, who had been thinking about telling Pete this, or even Sam, but didn't because of her promise to Naomi, because she couldn't keep this from him, anymore. 

Addison turned and looked at Pete and said, "I have something that I need to tell you".

"What is it"? Pete asked. 

"Now, I promised Naomi that I wouldn't say anything but I don't think I can keep this a secret any longer", She said,, 

Pete looked at her and said, "What is it, Addie"?

Addison sighed and then looked up at him and said, "Naomi she has...", she started to say, but then she looked donw. She couldn't say it. 

"She has? What"? Pete pressed her. 

"She has been putting the practice in debt", Addison said. 

Pete looked at her, surprised. "What"?

"She's put the practice in debt. She took $8,000 from the Madison's. And, she refinanced the mortgage and now a payment's due and now the practice could go under", Addison said, quickly. 

Pete looked at her, shocked. He couldn't believe what he was hearing. The practice is in trouble of going under.
