A/N This chapter here begins about ten chapters long extra content. It will mainly focus on the future of Adam and Eva after Oban. Adam is now nineteen and Eva is eighteen. Anyway, without further ado... Let's get started!

*Adam POV, three years later*

I'm outside of my and Aunt Ophelia's house, packing some last boxes into my car. Summer vacations are over and the start of the new academic year is right around the corner

Ophelia: Are you sure you packed everything, Adam?"

Adam: "I'm sure of it auntie. Clothes, laptop, some food for the first day"

Ophelia: Are you 100% sure you didn't forget about anything?"

Adam: "Hmm..." auntie throw me a set of keys "Oh right, the keys for the house"

Ophelia: "It would be funny if you and Eva get there and you suddenly remember you don't have keys" she giggles "Speaking of her, Don called she is almost ready packing her things too. He and Rick will help you get everything to the car"

'It's been three years since the Great Race of Oban. I and Eva got accepted to Rice University in Houston, the school with one of the most prestigious Star-racing engineering majors on Earth. As to my aunt and Don's agreement, we have no right to race until we get a proper 'education and background' in mechanics and engineering of star racers. The only difference is that I'm starting my second year now and Eva becomes a freshman, meaning I can always help her with some subjects she had a problem with'

Adam: "So I better hurry. I already made her wait once back at her prom. And for sure I don't want to repeat my mistakes"

'Right, about me and Eva. After she turned sixteen, Don finally loosened up and let us do our thing. We got on some dates, ones more romantic like a classy restaurant and some less strict like a cinema or a park. Time flew fast, and let's say... me and Eva not only got our first kiss together. Good thing Don wasn't in Dallas then, or I would end up with a pistol near my head'

I close the trunk to my car and turn to aunt Ophelia

Adam: "Guess this is it. See you after the finals, auntie" Aunt Ophelia walks to me and hug me

Ophelia: "Be safe there, Adam. And be sure to look after Eva, or else Don would pay you two unfriendly visits" she smiles and breaks the hug. I get behind the wheel and start my vehicle. backing up from our driveway, auntie waved me a goodbye. I wave back and get on my way to Wei's household. Turning on the radio I hear some news

Radio: "Witnesses report a yellow comet flying above Houston. This unusual sight was seen yesterday in the early morning hours. Local police and authorities say not to worry, as it's confirmed to not be Crog's battleship. More about the subject in our news at 10 AM. And now, back to our usual program. Queen 'The Show Must Go On' on-air of Dallas Rock!"

Adam: "Ahh, the classics. And to think Freddy Mercury died almost a hundred years ago, he still has fans all over the Earth" I drive, tapping on the steering wheel to the rhythm of the song. Not soon later I pulled off at the driveway of Wei's residence. I notice Rick and Eva walking outside with some boxes. I press the horn of my car to get their attention

Eva and Rick: "Huh?"

Adam: "Hey guys!" I get out of the car "You ready for college, Eva?"

Eva: "Adam!" She puts the boxes down and jumps on my neck. We spin around for a while before stopping. Then we share a quick kiss

'Of course, Eva changed by the years. She still dyes her hair in a red, but they got longer, about to mid of her back. She also started to look like Maya in the matter of overall figure'

Eva: "Hey honey"

Adam: "Hey sweetie. So, I see you hired Rick to help you" The man in question walks over to us

Rick: "Heh, long time no see, Wolfie"

Adam: "Yeah... you can say that again" We shake our hands "How's your school? Any good talents for me and Eva to beat after we graduate?" Rick snickers

Rick: "Good luck with that. I train them even harder than I trained you two back on Alwas. How're you?"

Adam: "The usual. Some college work, some work at the company, mainly simulator because, as you know, we're not allowed to race"

Rick: "That's Don and Ophelia for you" he chuckles "Care to help us with those boxes?"

Adam: "Sure, just let me open up the trunk and we can go" I got to the back and open up the trunk "Where's Don by the way?"

Eva: "Dad? I haven't seen him today. Rick?"

Rick: "Sorry, Little Mouse, but Don have a surprise for you two" We look at him

Eva: "And can't you tell us? Please! Pretty please!"

Rick: "No can do Eva. Your father would kick me out if I told you" Eva pouts

Eva: "You're no fun, you know that?" I get my arms around her

Adam: "Whatever it is, knowing Don it's something's big. Come on, boxes wouldn't pack themself" We get to work. About halfway of work, Don pulls off next to my car and gets out holding some bags

Don: "I see Adam is here already. Good morning, young man"

Adam: "Hey Don" I pack the box into the car, "Rick said you have a surprise for us"

Eva: "That's right! What is it, dad?"

Don: "Be patient, Eva. You two will know soon" with that we pack the rest of Eva's boxes to the car, filling all the backseat area and the rest of the trunk. Then we enter the house and Don gets us some tea "Adam. Eva" we turn to him "you two are sure you got everything in the car" We think for a little

Eva: "I got my clothes, my computer, and tools in. Adam said he left his in the house before he came back for a break. Hun, you got all the plates, cups, and other things there too?" I nod

Adam: "Yup. Plates, pans, and other kitchen accessories are there"

Don: "What about-"

Adam: "Blankets and other things are there too"

Rick: "What? You're worried you will become grandpa, Don?" I snicker, Eva blush, and Don growls

Don: "That's..." he looks at Eva and I holding hands "a private matter of Adam and Eva" our eyes widen "but please... try to be safe. I know young people's hormones are a ticking bomb but try not to make me a grandfather. At least not until you two get married"

Eva: "DAD! Private stuff, you just said that a while ago!" Rick and I laugh

Adam: "Don't worry Don. We use protection" Eva is now beat red

Eva: "ADAM!" she slaps my chest

Adam: "What? We're all adults here"

Rick: "Better be safe than sorry, huh kids?" I nod "Just look at how you two grew up"

Adam: "And now I understand how Don made you get those tattoos" I get my sleeve up, revealing a sun tattoo on my forearm "All it takes is to work for him for two years"

Rick: "Don't worry, you'll get a lot more by the time you get to my age, Wolfie. Don, I think it's time we let kiddos go to their adult life"

Don: "I... Yes, it's time" we walk outside. Eva and I stand opposite Don and Rick "Eva..." he hugs her with tears in his eyes "I love you, my sweetpea. I know you can do it" Eva hugs back

Eva: "Thanks, dad. I promise I will give my best shot"

Don: "I know you will. Eva..." he hugs Eva tighter

Eva: "I know you worry dad, I will be careful"

Don: "...Good..." they break the hug and Don turns to me "Adam, I trust you with Eva. You proved yourself and I know I can trust you with the good of my daughter"

Adam: "Come on. I and Eva are together for three years. You know not a single hair will fall from her head when she is with me"

Don: "I know. That's why I give you my blessing" He then gets back next to Rick "Give us a call when you get there. Be sure to eat healthily and don't party too much. I, Rick, and Ophelia will pay you a visit if we find some free time. I..." tears get back to his eyes "I'm so proud of you Eva. You grew up so much. M-my little girl is a woman now" Rick gives him a tissue

Rick: "Better pack yourselves to the car before Don gets the idea to stop you. Good luck Little Mouse, Wolfie" I and Eva get to the car and I slowly reverse it to the street. Don and Rick wave us goodbye, and Eva waves back while getting some tears from her eyes. Soon we're on our way to Houston

Eva: "I can't believe we're finally going there. College life, here we go!"

Adam: "*chuckle* that's what you can't believe? Evie, three years ago we saved the universe, we got your father back, and well... our friend is the Avatar"

Eva: "Right... Jordan. He promised us to visit, but there is no sign it will happen anytime soon"

Adam: "Same as Aikka *sigh* Guess we couldn't keep contact with them after all" I look at the navigation to see we will arrive at our destination in three hours. "We have some time until we get there. So, how did you did at exams?"

Eva: "Perfect scores from math and physics. And all thanks for your old notes you left me" she looks through the windshield "How's it in college, Adam?"

Adam: "You want the more party-like view or scholarship view?"

Eva: "Anything would be good"

Adam: "I once went to the party in the dorms. I get there all sober and everything. I left drunk, high, and with a lizard on my head"

Eva: "Lizard? How?" she giggles

Adam: "I apparently stole it from the guy who lived next door from the party place. I returned it the next day. Still, waking up with a hangover and the first thing you see is a gecko, oh man. Since then I avoid partying in dorms. I mostly go out with some friends"

Eva: "What were their names? Matthew and Christian?" I nod "I can't wait to meet them"

Adam: "They are our neighbors, so you will meet them as soon as we get there. Matt lives with his girlfriend, Susan and Chris live with his brother Zach. We get our little pack there. When I told them my girlfriend will be joining me, they couldn't believe I got one" I chuckle "Now they will see"

Eva: "So... what will we do after we get there?"

Adam: "We will unpack, get some pizza, and put on a movie"

Eva: "How about..." she whispers to my ear "You and I, bubble bath and some wine?"

Adam: "And?" I tease

Eva: "And later we will have some fun~ You remembered about them?" I nod "Good. Dad was right. I don't want to be a mother so young"

Adam: "Hah. I imagined Don's face if you told him we would have a kid. Let's say I got some .45 gun too close to my head" I chuckle and Eva giggles

Eva: "Good thing it won't happen anytime soon" she sighs "Adam, how much more?" she whined

Adam: "2 hours, 40 minutes"

Eva: "*groan* If we had Arrow we would be there long ago"

Adam: "One, star-racers are illegal outside the race track. Two, Arrow got smashed by that weird, rock figure back on Oban. Three, Stan and Koji said Muigel abandoned the project and is focusing on another thing"

Eva: "Ohh..."

Adam: "Don't worry, Star. We will be there soon"

Eva: "*groan*" she slumps back and looks out the side window

*Timeskip, 2h:40m later*

We finally get in front of our apartment. I park the car in the spot reserved for our home. Looking to my right I see Eva sleeping

Adam: "Eva" I shake her shoulder "Eva, honey, we're here" she opens up her eyes and yawns

Eva: "Are we there yet?" I nod "Sweet" We exit the car and get to the back

???: "Hey, hey hey! Look who is back on his old trash" I turn around, spotting a blonde guy with a beard, wearing a checkered shirt, jeans shorts, and black flip flops. In his hand is a can of coke

Adam: "Chris you fucking imbecile!" We get in front of each other and bro shake "So, how long have you been here?"

Chris: "I got back yesterday. Zach is still home, packing our 'special stuff'" he winks "And who is this chick with you?"

Adam: "Star, come here! You need to meet someone!" Eva gets next to me "Chris, this is Eva Wei. My girlfriend and our freshman. Eva, this is Christian Lintch, our special task guy. You want anything, Chris is sure to have it"

Eva: "It's nice to meet you, Chris"

Chris: "Same here. Say, you're the same Wei. As in Maya Wei?" Eva nods slowly

Eva: "The same... Maya was my mom"

Chris: "Damn... I'm sorry about that, Eva. I was watching that race on TV" Eva wants to change the topic

Eva: "What's your major, Chris?"

Chris: "Adam didn't tell you? I, him, and Matt are all on star-racer engineering. We get dirty in oils and get high with gasoline fumes. What about you, firehead?"

Eva: "I'm on engineering too"

Adam: "Her father and my aunt decided that we 'need a degree' before they allow us into star racing. And so she is here with me"

Chris: "Man" he chuckles "Just wait when Matt gets to learn you really have a girlfriend"

Adam: "He always preen how 'he is the only one to have a girlfriend' among us. Eva, even when I showed him our photo from our trip to Paris two years ago, he thought that was photoshopped" I laugh "So, I can't wait for him to learn" Eva chuckles

Eva: "Is he really like that?"

Adam and Chris: He's even worse" we both laugh

Adam: "Okay, I assume you have your things to do too, Chris. We still need to get our things inside our house"

Chris: "Hey! Let me help you two"

Eva: "We're are thankful Chris, but" she picks up a box of her clothes and I grab her tools "We can handle them"

Chris: "Pff, nonsense" he picks up another box from the car "What're friends for?" Upon this, I remember Jordan. I stop for a while and Eva seems to think about him too "Hey, what happened?"

Adam: "Nothing serious. Come on" I get in front of our door and open them. Eva looks around it"

Eva: "Wow..." Eva put the box down and inspects the drawers with our photos

Adam: "Evie, you can look around later. Come on"

Eva: "Right behind you, hun"

*timeskip*

We finally have our last box inside. Eva crashed down the couch. I and Chris look at our work

Adam: "Thanks, bro. I owe you one"

Chris: "Haha, you serious? Adam, bud, thanks to you we got an A at the last finals. It's more like I owe you"

Adam: "Nevertheless. Thanks for the help. We appreciate that"

Chris: "Anytime guys. If you need a favor, you know where to find me" he leaves our house and I look at Eva, still lying on our sofa

Adam: "Eva, come on. We still need to unpack"

Eva: "Do we have to? Can't we eat something first?"

Adam: "I don't see why not. So, pizza?" Eva nods "Pizza it is" I get my phone and call the pizzeria

Eva: "Can we have cheese sticks too?"

Adam: "Sure. And some soda too. But someone needs to wash our cups" Eva sighs and rolls off the couch, landing on a soft green carpet "Welcome to adulthood, Eva. Come on" Eva gets up from the floor

Eva: "Fine, I will wash the cups... where are they by the way?"

Adam: "Cabinet above the sink" Eva goes on her way to the kitchen and I meanwhile open up the box with my laptop. I plug it in and set it nearby my desk in the corner of the room "You want to watch any movie, Evie?" Eva pokes her head from the kitchen

Eva: "How about Lion King?" I slump

Adam: "Eva, you always cry when Mufasa dies. No"

Eva: "Oh come on! I swear I won't cry this time"

Adam: "Okay, we will see" after eating pizza and unpacking our essentials I decided to go for a shower. Eva went after me and later I did our bed. By the way, our house has a living room and bedroom, kitchen and a quite large bathroom. So yeah, there is a lot of space, not like in dorms. After the bed is done and I and Eva get to our sleepwear and lie on it. I put on the Lion King on a TV in our bedroom and... Eva becomes a crying mess

Eva: "*sniff*M-Mufassa no..." I roll my eyes and offer her a shoulder to cry "W-why? *sniff* Why is it always this moment?"

Adam: "Because you're like Simba. And Scar is like... Canaletto..." Eva's eyes widen and crying intensifies "There, there Eva. He is gone, he won't harm us anymore"

Eva: "I *sniff* I know. Jordan is keeping our galaxy safe"

Adam: "Yeah... Jordan... Thanks to him we have what we have now"

We continue to watch the movie until Eva starts feeling sleepy

Adam: "Evie, I think it's enough for one day. Tomorrow we will need to unpack the rest of our stuff. Classes start next week, so I can give you a tour around campus" Eva nods

Eva: "I would *yawn* love that. Goodnight Adam"

Adam: "Night Eva. Love you" I kiss her forehead

Eva: "Love you too, Adam"
