I was at home playing with Skyler when an owl swooped in and landed face first on my floor. "OH MY GOD" I cried out. I gently picked the owl and laid him on the couch. I opened the letter to find it was from Ron.

Hey Ellie,

It's best that you don't call Harry, because when I did, he got in trouble. Well there is no use in calling him now since he's staying at my place. He ran away from home and we found him in Diagon Alley. We've already bought everything for school. Harry and Ginny were wondering if you would like to come over for the last week before we're off to school.

I ran off and showed the letter to mum and she said, "of course you can go. Just remember to write to us." I nodded and went back to Skyler who was poking the owl.

"It's alive." He said and I nodded ok. I wrote on the back of the parchment,

Dear Ron,

I'd love to come over to your place. I just don't know how to get there. Please send me directions or pick me up. Don't tell Harry and Ginny yet, I want to surprise them. By the way, your owl almost died.

A couple days later I got another letter,

Dear Ellie,

Sorry about Errol, he's a tad bit old. Meet us at The Leaky Cauldron , I'll be there with Mum and we will take you over to our house. Ever try floo powder? If you haven't... It's not very fun. We will be there next Sunday at 6:00 PM.

I responded on the back of the parchment and sent it back. I feel bad for the poor owl. I went to mum and told her and she said, "Ok, we'll leave 5:30 on Sunday." I nodded. I also handed over a Hogwarts form which granted me access to Hogsmeade on Saturdays, Mum signed it and gave it back to me.

The days passed and it was now Sunday. I packed all my bags and we drove to London. I walked in with Mum and said bye to dad and Skyler and just as we stepped in, Mrs. Weasley ran and gave me a hug. She spoke to mum for a bit and I spoke to Ron. "Why did Harry run away?" I asked.

Ron sighed and answered, "Harry got mad at his aunt and accidentally inflated her and he ran away from his family who was furious at him." I was shocked. He blew up his aunt?!

I said bye to mum and left with Ron and Mrs. Weasley. She took some dust out of a pot and threw it into a fireplace, which then erupted into green flames. "Watch Ron, then you will go, and I we go last." Mrs. Weasley said.

Ron stepped into the fireplace and yelled, "THE BURROW." And he disappeared. I copied him and appeared in a run down, but big house. I stepped out and dusted all to soot off of me.

Mrs. Weasley then came and yelled, "I'M HOME!!" I heard multiple footsteps and I hid. Ginny, then Harry, then the twins, and finally Percy came down the stairs.

I jumped out yelling, "Hi!!!!" And they all turned to me. Harry and Ginny ran over and hugged me.

"Why didn't you tell us you were coming?" Harry asked.

"I wanted to surprise you." I replied.

Both of them smiled, "Well, you really did surprise us." Ginny said.
