Fuck.
That's the word that came to mind in this situation.
Simply a big old fuck.
I cautiously glanced around my room whilst chewing my bottom lip tentatively, I was late for college. Again. God I don't know what would kill me more my parents when I did my walk off shame out the front door or the demon like teachers at that place, I can practically hear their words already "Sanderson aren't you ever so dumb being late again?" Fuckkkk. I pushed my scruffy hair back with my hands and clumsily shoved myself up from bed tripping over the pile of clothes left from weeks before and long overdue a wash. "Time to go Max" I told myself.

Cold water hit my face with a splash and the steam clouded over my eyes making my pupils dilate with the added heat, I took a glance at myself In the misted mirror and widened my eyes remembering the reason for my whole rush to get ready "shit, 11:55" mentally cursing myself I opened the bathroom door and rushed downstairs to be greeted by the snake like look earthing from the woman I called my mother
"Late again dear?" Avoiding all eye contact from her I nodded and turned my back to her fumbling with my keys, before twisting the key I looked back to her "see you later mom" she forced a smile before hurrying me out the door and slamming it behind me.

As I pressed down on the unlock key to my car the amber lights lit up whilst it made a small beeping sound, swinging open the door I threw my bag on to the passenger seat and ever so quickly pushed in my seatbelt , satisfied after hearing the click I started the engine hearing it roar to life I put my foot down on the pedal and pulled out the driveway.Today would be another day where I would be pushing the speed limit way over its lines.

"Halfway there" I mumbled through gritted teeth I knew myself the look my face held , what did Reece call it? Resting Bitch Face? Well I had that look plastered all over my face right now, that's another thing to worry about Reece I hadn't saw her for weeks since our last argument, I should probably apologise to her to settle things but it wasn't just my fault she did say herself to be careful but I don't trust those birth control shits so I wore a condom and she got pissed at me saying "oh so you think you'll get an std from me then" and then I just gave her the silent treatment because heck she was being childish and that took it to worse things , as if wrapped up in my own thoughts I noticed myself parked in my casual space under the old tree ,and to my pure surprise/horror stood there was Reece with her pretty green eyes staring daggers throughout my soul she was still pissed and was waiting for an expected apology. Sometimes I hated that I loved that girl so much.

"So.." I started rubbing the back of my head
"You owe me you made me late for class waiting for you" she stated curling a piece of her red curly locks Around her finger and walking towards the main buildings, I took a deep breath in and got ready for the speech that was about to come from within me
"Babe listen, I am so so sorry it's not that I thought you had-" she glanced at me as if waiting for my answer with her eyes looking at me trying to find something "I was just scared Reece hell we're not ready for a baby, not yet anyway" she looked at me and smiled "I forgive you Maxxie,I just jumped to conclusions babe it's my fault" she gave me a nudge with her shoulder and lifted her phone out of her pocket showing the time 12:10
"Shit" we said in unison before rushing to our separate classes.

"And now class I'm assigning you partners for this Months Project for our galactic art season" I watched As Mrs Tyne let her voice boom throughout the room you wouldn't think such a strong voice could come from a woman with her stature ,I had to admit she was an oddly pretty woman with her black hair cut into a bob and she always wore these thick framed glasses aswell as her signature black dress and matching heels but the part that stood out most about her was her eyes they was Almost as big as saucers but there was so so many rumours about her sleeping with a countless number of students and that made me laugh and shiver with uneasiness all at the same time,she picked up the paper which I assumed showed the names of people doomed to be paired by her she had a thing to play with the students love life usually pairing boys with girls,girls with girls and boys with you guessed it boys,As she read it her glasses slowly slid down the bridge of her nose as she called out students name , they reacted by either huffing in annoyance or smiling in joy.
"Max Sanderson partnered with ahhh...Nora Graves" I could almost hear the Sneer from our teacher as I stood with a dumb founded look on my face,me paired with Nora? I assumed she would pair me with someone like Jenny or Cary but Nora well that's unexpected.
"Uhm Hey Partner?" I heard a shy voice from in front of me ,my eyes shifted a little further down to see the face of Nora, she has very distinct features about her. Nora's eye were a shade of dark Brown and they had a sort of sparkle to them she has long,thick lashes that batted like a butterfly's wings and her long blonde hair was pulled back into a high pony with her fringe shadowing the top of her head the clothes she wore matched her personality perfectly she was a quiet yet happy girl so the fact that her choice of clothing was sweaters and jeans fitted with a pair of brown combat boots matched her correctly.
"Hey Partner" I smiled back to her. We continued to talk throughout bits of the day and planned to meet tomorrow to start our project,We evidently decided on the theme of "Galactic Candy" mostly her choice but I could not be bothered arguing with her anymore. So our conversation ended with us swapping phone numbers with eachother and heading our separate ways. She's nice I guess.

At the end of the day I found Reece and had a chat with her and agreed to drop her off home
"Babe I'll be at your car whilst you get your things yeh?" I nodded and gave her a quick peck on the cheek and walked to my locker to retrieve my stuff but only five minutes after walking back with books piled up to my chin I got harshly shoved past and everything got knocked from my hands and i myself got sent flying to the floor "watch it." I shot my head up aggravated to see Ashton Brown looking down at me with a glare in his eyes "prick" I spat at him ,venom lacing my words he just smiled and picked a book and handed it to me "you dropped this?" Snatching it back off of him I hurried off to my car.

"What took so long hm?" I was greeted by Reeces concerned face ah she was gorgeous even when she was worried
"Just pricks" her mouth formed into a simple 'o' I usually saw that face when she was sucki-Oh god Max Shutup not the time to be thinking about that. Reece then grabbed some of the books off of me so I could unlock the car. Once we was both sat in the car I brought up how I had a project with Nora ,Reece nodded along contently her hand placed ontop of mine as I pulled out the parking spot and headed my way to Reece's House, I listened to her humming along to the Katy perry song on the radio and squeezed her hand as we drove down the street showcasing all the beautiful houses then we stopped outside my girls house god it was huge!I remembered the first time going there and having to get her to give me a tour around even though I still get lost around there. "Thanks Max,I'll call you after" she leans over and gave a soft yet sweet kiss on the lips.Fuck me she tasted like cherries mixed with a peppermint taste making the urge to kiss her double by ten times. Hopping out of the car she walked up the drive swinging her hips from side to side then turning to give me a wave before opening the door and going in.All the sudden I heard a ding from my phone
