I started out by holding a shirt. "Six schools in six years, been kicked outta every place, Ev'ry thing I ever do is wrong never find where I belong, ev'ry body on my case." I put the shirt on and marched out of my cabin. "The same old story, the same old song, don't act up, don't act down. Stay strong." I ran my hand through my hair. I just walked away to the training arena and started hacking dummies. "Gabe, was a world-class jerk dad, was never there, the only family that really mattered, well she vanished into the air. "But no one will take my side, all I ever do is take the fall! I swear, I swear that I'm a good kid, yes I'm good for nothing at all." I stopped for a second, realizing how similar to my life Percy's was. "The schools in six years, every battle every day, no one ever tells you that they're proud, no one asked me, 'Percy how'd you like to come around and stay?' All you get are bad grades and a bum rap and a bad rep and a good smack with no friends and no home and no mom...." I looked down the hill side. "She's taken away." I started crying, remembering my own mom. "I swear I never did anything, I never meant to hurt anyone, I swear, I swear that I'm a good kid, a good kid, just had a bad run. And all I need is one last chance, to prove I'm good enough for someone." I stood up. "good enough for someone..." Percy started singing, "six schools in six years" "I'm good enough for someone..." "Six schools in six years" "I'M GOOD ENOUGH FOR SOMEO-ONE!" I ran into Percy's cabin.
