I'm sorry but during the finals week I read a lot of fanfiction and lost complete interest in the jeffmads ship and this story. I might never complete it and if I do it will take a lot time until that happens. Sorry

If you want to know how the story goes here is a quick summary:

James gets back his place and finds out that there was a problem about where to put the meeting room. James, Hamilton and Thomas have a meeting, arranged by Thomas, and discuss it. They come to an agreement.

Burr takes over Philip Schuyler's (Angelica twin brother(Angelica: Senior Eliza: Junior Peggy: Sophomore)) place in the school newspaper. He and Hamilton get into yet another fight but it seems to last longer. Laurens, Lafayette and Mulligan are setting up a play.

After Hamilton had won yet another debate James and Tomas get Burr to find some information. Angelica informs James that he had forgotten his book at their party and when they are at the Schuyler mansion James notice a missing vase and concludes that Hamilton and Laurens are stealing from the Schuylers.

Headmaster Washington gets into a car accident and a man named John Adams takes over. After a new debate with Hamilton, Adams fires Hamilton and Hamilton submit an open letter to the newspaper for everyone to read. To celebrate James, Burr and Thomas go to a bar. After a long conversation with Thomas James finds himself falling in love with him. Afraid of the feeling he gets drunk and tries to hook up with a woman named Dolly. She sees right through him and gives him some advice.

The next day they find out that Hamilton is even more popular than before and decided to try to blackmail him. When Burr admit that he hasn't found evidence that Hamilton may have cheated again, James comes clean about what he knows. They confront Hamilton about the stealing and he denies. He ends up telling them that he cheating on Eliza with Laurens and says:" Eliza is nothing more than a person that can give me money and power, " He leaves them shocked and decide to stay silent.

The next day James and Tomas go out to eat lunch to clear their heads. They have a long conversation and end up almost kissing. James runs out and bumps into Laurens. To avoid Thomas he helps him hang up flyers about the play. They talk for a while and James finds out that Laurens is going to play a Character named Phillip that dies at the end of the play. When James returns to the dorm he finds Burr sitting inside and waiting for Hamilton to be done with some papers.

Two days later Hamilton publishes the pamphlet. In which he breaks up with Eliza and confesses his love for Laurens. In the evening Peggy confronts Eliza in the middle of campus asking why she's so calm. Eliza tells her that she herself was cheating. With Hamilton's old side chick Maria Lewis.

The play is getting closer and closer and the day before it's going to premiere there is heard a loud gunshot from campus. James being scared it's Tomas calls out for him by his first name. He finds John Laurens on the ground bleeding with many people surrounding him. He's shot in the chest and dies in James's arms.

After Laurens death, Hamilton stays locked up in his room. Burr and Eliza keeps an eye on him the whole time to make sure he doesn't do something stupid. Thomas asks James why he called him by his first name after the gunshot and James mistakenly says that he wished it was Thomas instead of John.

Thomas quits the debate team and distances himself from James completely. James begins to feel major guilt and regret because of what he said and asks Angelica for help. She advises him to give Thomas some time to think and when things feel right open up and apologize.

John Laurens's funeral. Everybody but Hamilton and Burr attends it. It's long and heartbreaking for everyone. James reaches for Angelica's hand during Lafayette's speech, to find that it's Thomas's hand. Before James can let go Thomas intertwine their fingers. After the funeral is done talk and both apologizes(James more) and finally kiss.

Burrs perspective:
Burr is sick of Alexander only opening up his room to get food and drags Alexander out. Alexander tries to fight back but gives up quickly because he's so tired. Burr tells him that the funeral was a month ago and that he missed it. Alex begins yelling at him saying that he could never understand how it feels to lose the most important thing in his life. Then Burr tells him about his now dead girlfriend Theodosia. He says that he cares about Alex and wishes that they were friends again. Alex ends up crying in Burr's lap.

Everyone graduate but Hamilton (And John) and James and Thomas begin to plan their future together. They end up agreeing about living together in an apartment in New York.
Cut to five years later. They are now married and walking home from the story when they see Burr sitting in the Park. James asks how it went after college and Burr tells them that he lived in an apartment outside the college for a year and waited for Hamilton to graduate, then they moved to New York and worked in the newspapers together, and are now roommates. James tells Burr that they got married and opened a cafe together.

"James waved goodbye to Burr and felt Thomas tightening his grip around James' waist. "What is it, " James asked him. Thomas was looking in disgust at Burrs back. "I can't believe that he stayed friends with him and live with him,"

James chuckled and brought his hand up to Thomas's face. "How about you think a little less about Hamilton and a little more about us, " he said and turned Thomas' face towards. Thomas sighed but bent down and kissed him."
