5 years later

At the Forrest area of the the place known as the 'Plain of Origin' we could see a black haired boy with three whiskers on each side of his cheeks jump up from tree to tree while a white haired boy was furiously trying to catch up to him.

"BIG BROTHER WAIT UP!" The white haired boy yelled.

"LESS TALKING MORE CATCHING LIL' BRO!" He retorted.

The white haired boy then looked at his brother and smiled smugly, he then concentrated and closed his eyes for a few seconds before reopening them, now his previous blue eyes became an eerie green colour, as a white cloak of aura surrounded him as he began to fly.

"HEY NO FAIR YOU TURNED INTO A GHOST!" The older boy said as he was being telekineticly lifted off the tree.

"Hey you said I can use anything at my disposal to try and catch you... so I did." The younger brother said with a smile.

"Ok then Danny you want to play it that way fine... KURAMA!" The older boy yelled as he was engulfed in an orange cloak made out of pure energy.

The boy now clad in an orange cloak managed to break free, he then flipped of off a tree and landing perfectly on the ground.

"You still need to work on your telekinesis bro... it's becoming a bit weaker for my taste." The boy said with a smile.

"Actually I knew you were going to land there... KUROMU, SHIRONA GET HIM!" The white haired boy yelled.

A pair of growling noises could be heared behind the trees as a pair of dogs without their back legs pounced on the boy clad in orange effectively pinning him down.

"Dang it I always forget about you two -sigh- fine so whats the score now?" The boy being pinned asked.

"Thats 22 me, and 20 you." Danny said with a smile.

"So I am down 2 right now... dang it." He said.

"Naruto, Danny time to head back now." A feminine voice rang through their heads.

"Coming mom." Both the boys said as they looked towards the direction of their home.

"... Race ya home!" Danny said as he sped towards their home.

"HEY THATS CHEATING!" Naruto yelled as he bagan jumping again.

Back at the main house

A man with white hair was waiting for his two sons to arrive home, but suddenly a white portal appeared out of thin air, a boy wearing a white students uniform came out of the portal, his skin complexion was a light chocolate brown, his hair was bery dark and short in length, he also has a Japanese Katana on his back while two pistols were on his waist, the man smiled and greeted the boy.

"Hello Cross, its rare for you to visit us, is something wrong?" The man asked.

"Nothing is wrong master Shurui, I only came here to give my resignation to be an agent." The boy named cross said as he presented his blade and guns.

"Oh my... did something happen?" The man named Shurui asked with a worried tone.

"No master... its just I feel unworthy after all I am only human, unlike the other agents they are more powerful than I, I just dont want to sully your name by having someone like me in their ranks." The boy said.

"Lift your head my child." The man said now acting like a divine being.

The boy lifted his head his sad expression clear on his face.

"Listen to me... you ARE special, you are one of the best agents I have the pleasure of having, true you are not capable of using special magic... but unlike the others you have the ability to travel on your own... and that is something you should be proud of, also unlike the other agents you help everyone in need not just the worlds assigned to you, you are a strong boy with a kind heart... so as one of the Divine beings that watch over the multiverse I deny your resignation." Shurui said with a smile.

The boy known as cross only smiled and strapped his weapons back into his body, he stood up and gave the divine being a wide smile.

"I understand master, and thank you for the pep talk." He said with a smile.

Before the two can continue their friendly chat loud voices came from the sky, the two of them looked up and saw 2 figures falling down, one was glowing white while the other was glowing orange, the two soon landed with a loud boom and a large crater could be seen and in tge middle were 2 boys arguing over who landed first.

"I LANDED FIRST, YA KNOW!" Naruto said.

"NO I DID!" Danny retorted.

"WHAT, NO YOU DID NOT!" Naruto said as both of them began to but heads.

"Oh boys~" The two boys looked at the direction of the sweet sounding boice and saw their father with a smile on his face.

"O-oh hello father." The two boys said while stuttering.

"Hello... you two seem to be having fun~" he said with a smile.

"S-sorry father." Naruto said.

"We will not do it again." Danny added.

"I know... but mom might say something considering you stepped on those." The man pointed below their feets.

The boys looked down and widened their eyes in horror because they accidentally destroyed thier mother's favourite flowers.

The two boys looked at each other and began to speed off trying to avoid their mothers rath... again.

"-sigh- They ran again... Cross be a dear and bring them back to Hikari, I am really not in the mood to catch both of them." Shurui said.

"Hahaha ok master." The boy said with a laugh, he then closed his eyes and pinpointed the wear abouts of the two boys, he then saw a white and orange aura hiding at the farthest edge of the 'Plain of Origin'.

"Man those two sure run fast, they are already at the edge of the island." The boy said.

"Ok please retrieve them." The man said.

The boy nodded and slashed the air around him creating a circular portal.

With Naruto and Danny

"-huff- -huff- We should be -huff- safe here for now." Naruto said.

"-huff- We are so -huff- dead, mom loves those flowers." Danny said

"I know... we should just hide here until moms imminent rage subsides." Naruto said.

"Right." Danny replied.

"You know the longer you two wait the heavier your punishment is going to be." A voice called out to the two boys.

They looked at the top of the tree and saw Cross standing on a branch, his sword on his right hand.

"H-how did you find us so fast!?" Danny asked with a shocked tone.

"Oh Its wasn't that hard." He said as he began to twirl his sword around with complete mastery.

"What do uou want from us?" Naruto asked wryly.

"Master Shurui said I should bring you two back to Mistress Hikari to re-" Before he can continue his sentence the two children bolted to the other direction.

"-sigh- No choice." Cross said as he once again opened a portal.

Hidden Falls

Naruto and Danny were now hiding in the unseen part of the waterfall, this place is their hide away when they misbehave and try to avoid being scolded.

"Ok I am sure he will not find us here." Naruto said.

"Are you sure?" Danny asked.

"Of course I am, the two of us are the only ones who know about this place." Naruto said.

But before both of them can relax a white portal appeared below them and they fell right through it.

The children fell and landed on a soft couch inside a massive room decorated in gold silver and gems and sitting infront of them was a black haired woman with a happy but angry expression and the boy that was chasing them.

"Hello boys." The mother said with her sweet smile.

"H-hello mom." The two said wryly.

"I heard you boys enjoyed yourselves earlier... I am glad to hear that... now care to explain what happened to my flowers?" The woman said.

The two ten year olds looked at each other and began pointing fingers at each other.

"HE DID IT!" Both Danny and Naruto yelled.

"WHAT NO I DID NOT!" They said at the same time.

"WHAT!? YES YOU DID!" Once again saying it at the same time.

"Boys~" their mother said effectively quieting both of them.

"S-sorry mom." Both of tgem said with their heads down.

"-sigh- I know you boys like having fun, but please try not to destroy anything, those flowers were very rare... I don't even know were I can get anymore." Hikari said.

"Were sorry mom." Naruto started.

"Yeah... we did not know your flowers were there... were sorry." Danny said.

Hikari tgen smiled and hugged both of her boys.

"Its ok... it was only a flower the two of you are my greatest treasures." She said.

"Mistress Hikari." The boy named Cross said.

"Yes Cross?" She replied back still hugging her sons.

"Those flowers you love, dont worry I have a friend that agreed to make you a new flower, she said she will get right to it." Cross said with a smile.

"But how... that flower is extremely rare, it needs magic for it to bloom." Hikari said.

"Dont worry Mistress, just believe in her." Cross said.

"I dont know this girl you speak of, but I do know you, and I know that you will never lie to me, so I believe you." She said with a smile.

"Thank you Mistress." Cross said with a large smile.

"Ok, now can you bring my boys back to their rooms." She said.

"Ehhh but why?" Danny asked.

Hikari only smiled and looked at them sweetly.

"Because your grounded for a week, thats why." Hikari said.

"NO FAIR MOM, WE ALREADY SAID WERE SORRY!" Naruto said.

"YEAH AND THAT GUY OVER THERE SAID HE WILL GET YOU A NEW FLOWER, SO PLEASE DONT GROUND US!" Danny pleaded.

"No your still grounded, now go to your rooms." Naruto and Danny slumped their shoulders in defeat as they walked towards their rooms.

"Sorry about my boys, I promise they're good kids." Hikari said.

"Its no trouble at all Mistress, besides Master told me to catch them and bring them back." Cross said.

"Also I heared from Shu that you wanted to quit... are the others bullying you just because your human?" She said with a worried tone.

"It doesn't matter anymore maam, I will not quit just because the other agents are being mean to me." Cross said with a smile.

"Thats good, now if you'll excuse me, I have a multiverse to watch over." She said as she teleported away.

"Now lets see how we can cheer those boys up." Cross said as he opened a small portal using his hand.

In Naruto and Danny's room

The two boys were laying down on their respective beds just staring out into space.

"I'm so bored Big Bro." Danny said.

"I know Danny, but we cant leave or mom will be mad at us again." Naruto said as he was reading a book of some kind.

"Are you guys enjoying yourselves?" A voice called out to them followed by a portal appearing out of nowhere.

The two boys became defensive and Danny's dogs were ready to attack, but then the same boy that caught them came out of the portal holding a box of doughnuts in his hands.

"Thought you guys can use a bite to eat." The guy named Cross said as he placed the box on a table near them.

The two boys were sceptical and refused to approach him, but then their stomachs grumbled and the two boys blushed in embarrassment.

"Hahaha come on I promise you'll like these." The boy said as he opened the box and took a doughnut with shiny glaze on it and took a bite.

The two boys the lowered their guards and approached the box, the two boys took a doughnut each and as soon as they bit into the round treat their eyes lit up and began to quickly eat it.

"Hey slow down or you'll choke." Cross said.

He then took out a metalic water bottle and took out 2 cups as he poured hot chocolate on each their cups.

"Here something to wash it down." He said as the boys eagerly accepted their cup.

"Thank you!" The two boys said with a smile.

Cross then smiled and looked at the two boys who were happily eating infront of him, it reminded him of his simpler days as an agent.

"Well I should probably go." He said.

"Ehhh stay for a bit longer." Naruto said.

"Yeah! yeah!" Danny said happily.

"-sigh- Fine." Cross said with a smile.

For the next few hours the three of them played games and did alot of fun stuff together, Cross told tgem stories from his travels and told jokes which made the two laugh.

"Hey Big Brother Cross, can we ask something?" Naruto asked.

"Sure!" He replied with a smile.

"What exactly do you agents do?" Naruto asked.

"Hmmm... well we go around the multiverses to make sure that monsters that cross over from multiverses doesn't do too much damage, I am actually the 2nd ranked agent amongst the 200 agents present." He said.

"Wow so cool!" Both Naruto and Danny said while their eyes sparkled.

"Thanks you two." He said.

"So can everyone do what you can, make portals I mean?" Naruto asked.

"Nope only I can do that, the other agents use a temporal remote to get around." Cross said.

"Wow so cool... I wish I can teleport through tge dimensions... that would be one heck of an adventure." Danny said.

"Well what's stopping ya?" Cross said.

"What do you mean?" Naruto asked.

"I wasn't born with this skill, I was trained by your father, it took me 4 years to master this, but with your aura and chakra I know you will learn how to jump in no time." Cross said.

"REALLY, THEN WILL YOU TEACH US?!" Both children asked.

"Woah, woah, woah, easy there." Cross said calming the children down.

"-ahem- So you both want to learn how to jump?" Cross asked.

"YEAH!" Both of them eagerly yelled.

"I am sorry to tell you this but I cant-" He was cut offby them.

"But you said we can learn it too, was that all just a lie!?" Danny asked.

"You said we can do it, was that just lip service!?" Naruto added.

"WE HA-" they were cut off.

"SHUT IT, AND LET ME FINISH!" Cross yelled.

Both children instantly shut up.

"-sigh- Master And Mistress were right tge two of you always rush into things head first without thinking, listen you cant learn how to jump right now." Cross said.

"What do you mean?" Naruto asked.

"You two may have the power but you dont have the mental and physical aptitude to learn the technique." Cross said.

"Are you calling us scrawny/stupid?" Both of them asked.

"Yes and yes, look you need to know tge correct location of the world you are going to, as agents we needed to memorise at least the coordinates of our stations and as for me I memorised them all, it took me 2 whole years to know them and another year to strengthen my body because jumping puts alot of strain on the body... so here is the deal botg of you are 10 years old, when you turn 15 or 16 and you still want to learn then press this button and I will be happy to teach both of you." Cross said as he handed them a small detonator shaped casing with a blue button on the top.

"Thank you mister, we promise to work hard!" Danny said.

"You better believe it!" Naruto added.

Cross smiled as a red flash began to blink on his pocket.

"Whoops thats a mission call for me, so see you guys in 5 or 6 years?" He asked.

"YEAH!" They said eagerly.

"Thats what I like to hear... see ya!" Cross said as he slashed the air with his sword and disappeared in a gray portal.

"So cool." Both of the boys said.
