(Meanwhile)

Later on a building Shredder was preparing the toxin to be unleashed. Soon the city was going to be a quarantine zone. Meanwhile in the Maintenance tunnels, The Group had been sliding down the maintenance shaft.

Y/n (Future Soldier): Slippery! Where are the brakes?

Y/n (Scav): In situations like these there aren't any!

Y/n (Assassin): Heads Up! We Got a gap!

Y/n (Sharpshooter): Let's Go!

The group slide over the gap and into the next part of the tunnel. After minutes of sliding , The group burst through a grate as they were on the lower levels of the building.

Y/n: So Shredder is on the top floor?

Cloud: No Duh.

Y/n: Then lets go after him!

Y/n then runs towards the upper floors.

Y/n (Future Soldier): Dammit Y/n!

The alternates then chase after him and find him standing still.

Y/n (Assassin): You dumbass! Do have any idea you--Oh...

The Alternates and Turtles froze as they came across a room full of foot soldiers. The two groups stare at each other as the awkward silence grows eerie.

Y/n (Assassin): What did we do to deserve this--AAAAHHHH!!!!

The foot soldiers begin to shoot at both groups as the doors closed. Once the door was shut, Donatello destroyed the controls.

Donatello: Not the elevator!

Leonardo:.... Nope.

(Timeskip)

The turtles and alternates made it to an elevator and had now made it to the roof of the building to confront Shredder.

Y/n: If it isn't the walking cheese grater

Y/n (Chosen Undead): Your comedy is horrible. HORRIBLE!!!!

Ryuko: Can it, trash can....We have work to do...

Y/n (Scav): She is right. Now let's bust open this man of canned goods!!!!

The group charges at Shredder thinking that if they overwhelm him he will back down. But this doesn't work for he is jump resistant.

Shredder picks off the turtles all at the same time, leaving Leo to hold his own. Shredder lunges at Leo and gets him on his back. He hurls Leonardo off the building and does the same for the other turtles.

Y/n: Don't worry Guys I got this!

Griff: Wait Y/n!!!

Ryuko: Dumbass!!! What are you doing?!?!!

Y/n (Chosen Undead): This chump...

The Alternates rush in after Y/n to prevent him from fighting Shredder.

Y/n picks up a metal bar and lifts it overhead as it hits Shredder in the dome. Shredder swings an arm hoping to cut Y/n, only for him to dodge the attack and punch Shredder in the back. Shredder goes for another swipe, and Y/n punches Shredder.

Y/n: I can't tell which fanbase your from!! Ratchet and Clank or Wolverine?!?

Y/n stabs Shredder's leg and kicks him to the ground. Shredder is able to grab Y/n and throws him into the tower. The turtles get back on the tower. The Future Soldier and Scavenger were about to assist Y/n, until a portal opened. Gasket and Karma step into the fray with the assist of Quaritch.

Cloud: We've got company!

Y/n (Wolverine): These guys again?!

The other alternates engage the shadowkeep forces. Y/n and the turtles fought Shredder as the chaos ensued.

Y/n: We need some help with Megatron Jr.!!!!

Y/n (Wolverine): I'm held up at the moment!!!!

Quaritch kick the Y/n alternate into the air and slams him into the ground. Meanwhile with Shredder and the Turtles, things were not looking good for them. The only person at the moment cooking was Y/n. Shredder was trying to reach for him to get him off for Y/n was his back and was making the human grater struggle to reach. He eventually shakes him of and Y/n skids across the floor and get ready for the rebound. He crawls back up and lunges at Shredder. But Shredder stabs Y/n and throws him off the building. Y/n hangs and the wound on him regenerates.

Y/n: Ow...Thanks Griff...

Griff: Yeah....You're Welcome..!

Y/n: Okay...Who nutted in your cheerios?

Griff: Nobody!!! Just getting

Y/n: Okay...Jeez...

Y/n jumps back up and joins the turtles.

Raphael: We're getting our asses kicked out there?

Michelangelo:....Hey, Who wants to play Buck-Buck?

Y/n: You mean leap frog?

Donatello: Some people call it "Johnny on a rock"

Y/n: I thought it was...Oh....I see why....Count me in.

Later with the others that were fighting Shadowkeep allies, They were having a hard time trying to fight them.

Y/n (Chosen Undead): We're having so much trouble for a brute, a sloppy fighter and a Megazord!!

Y/n (Future Soldier): Well, Let's send them back!!!

The sound of Shredder falling off the tower catches everyone's attention as they then stop.

Cloud: At least they have everything undercontrol...

Y/n (Assassin): Get your head out of it, Cloud!! Focus!!!

The Shadowkeep forces fight the alternates as they struggle to hold out. One of the Alternates sees red mist come from the top of the antenna as it slowly disperses.

Y/n (Sharpshooter): Uhhhh...Red mist can't be good....

Y/n (Future Soldier): It never is...

A blade goes flying past the Future Soldier as he narrowly dodges the blade. They turn around to see Shredder trying to throw blades at Donatello, but are being deflected away from him but the other Turtles along with Y/n.

Y/n (Future Soldier): Hey!! Watch your fire!!!!

Y/n (Assassin): Nevermind the blades the tower is falling!!

Karma: And so are you!

Karma hit the Assassin off the building sending him flying off of it. The Future Soldier tries to wrestle with Karma only for Quaritch to grab him and hold by the torso.

General Quaritch: You're not gonna do anything...

Later with Y/n, he was helping the turtles hold up the antenna tower until he notices his alternate-selves getting completely getting there asses whooped as Karma, Gasket and Quaritch had caught them lacking.

Leonardo: Y/n, Your friends need help!! Go!

Y/n: But what about you guys?

Raphael: We'll be fine...Now Go!! GO!!!

Y/n lets go of the tower and sprint towards the group of Shadowkeepers. Y/n sling-strikes Karma into Gasket, Moments before kicks Quaritch off the building. Quaritch grabs Y/n's pulling him down with him. Y/n form a purple energy blade and plunges it into the wall to slow his fall. The Y/n alternates along with Ryuko and Cloud, jump down and kick Quaritch off.

Y/n (Sharpshooter): Hold On!!!!

Y/n: Why?

Y/n (Sharpshooter): We're about to warp!!

Griff: Here we go....

The team warps out of the universe as they head to a different one.

(Somewhere in New York)

Somewhere in New York, Spider-Man and Faith were Navigating the terrain as they were still looking for Y/n.

Faith: I thought you knew this city?

Spider-Man: I do...But this isn't my New York.

Faith: All I know is that little glowstick has chaos follow him everywhere he goes.

Spider-Man: That can't be true. Y/n's a good kid...Also why did you call him glowstick?

Faith: U-Uh no reason. He just glows like a glowstick.

Spider-Man: I'm getting the feeling that you like him m--

Before Spider man could finish he notices a tower fall down from a building.

Spider-Man: I think we found him...

The head off to scene to see if anyone was hurt and hopefully find Y/n.

(Unknown)

Y/n slowly begins to wake up on a street with no one around him. He gets up slowly and Griff emerges out of him.

Y/n: Griff? Hey Griff where are we?

Griff: I don't...but I it seems like we're in a city....Oh no....

Y/n: Oh no what?

Griff:...We're in Metropolis....

Y/n: Why is that bad?

Griff: We're not just in a Metropolis.....This is Earth-22....
