"Hey, Mira. The usual please."
Lucy said as she sat on the stools of the Fairytail bar. Mira saddly smiled and nodded.
"Are you doing okay?"
Mira asked as she began making her friends' favorite drink.

Lucy forced a smile on her face and nodded.
"Im doing...better now."
She replied.

A lie.
Mira frowned.
"If you say so. Here.
You don't need to pay, 'kay? My treat."

"B-but Mira-!"

"Ah ah ah! No buts!"
Mira placed the drink infront of Lucy.
Knowing Mira was so persistent, Lucy sighed, gave in and began drinking the vanilla strawberry milkshake. (Is it?)

"Lucy-nee!" Wendy called from behind her.
"Oh, Wendy!"
Lucy smiled at the little dragon slayer. She patted the seat next to her, signaling her to sit down.
Wendy nodded and sat down beside the blonde.

But before Wendy could even say anything a glass bottle was thrown at Lucy's back. The shattering of glass and laughter were heard throughout the guild.

Lucy just continued drinking.

Don't. Not now. I promised him.

Another bottle was thrown in her direction, this time, it hit the back of her head. They laughed again.

"L-lucy-nee! Are you okay?!"
Wendy frantically asked. The girl was very worried for her elder sister figure.
Lucy turned to her and painfully smiled.
"Lucy!"
Mira exclaimed from behind the bar table.
"Guys! Stop it!!"
A voice was heard.
They all turned their heads to the person who said that.

"Liss, why do you even care for that weakling?"
Another voice asked.
Natsu Dragneel.

Tsk. If only you knew, idiotic ass

"Why do i-no we, care?! We care because she's a fellow guildmember! Family!!!"
Lissana's face was full of anger. She was angry that they even went against the rule that they so proudly brag about. Such hypocrypts.

"Lissana-nee's right!! What happened to the Fairytail that treasures family the most?! What happened to that?! Was it all a lie?! A big lie?!?!" Having enough of this, the tips of Wendy's hair became pink and her magic was increasing. Everybody's eyes widened at her sudden outburst.
"WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT?!?" Tears flowed out of Wendy's eyes as her face scrunched up in rage.

"Wendy..." Lucy gently put a hand on the bluenette's shoulder. Wendy looked at Lucy.
"But Lucy-nee-!"

"Its fine."
Lucy paused before smiling. "Let them be."

Another bottle was thrown at Lucy.

"Stop it!!!"
Happy screamed.
"Stop hurting Lushee!!!"
Tears continued to fall out of the blue exceeds' eyes.

"What makes you say that? Cat?"
A guildmember spat.

"Happy, get over here!"
Natsu shouted at his partner.

"Why should i when you're treating someone like this?! I don't want to be friends with some jerk who does mean things to people!!! You- you...ass!!!"
They all stared at the exceed in shock. He just cursed and called Natsu, his partner, a jerk.
Natsu was furious but at the same time hurt.

"Happy..."
Lucy touched the feline who was standing protectively infront of her.
Happy turned around, his eyes wet from the tears that still flowed.
Lucy gently smiled.
"Thank you, but please, don't fight them." Lucy stood up and began walking to the middle of the guildhall before stoping in the middle of the crowd.
"Because,"
She paused before a sinister smile appered on her face.

Ah fuck it.Just this time. Just once.

"I'll fight them."

Lucy's hair grew longer, her golden blonde hair now a pitch black, her breast size became smaller, skin became paler, and her chocolate honey brown eyes became a deep sea blue with a tint of dark purple. It was as if the galaxy itself were in them.

Just once.

Her magic increased and the rukh fluttered excitedly around her.
Everybody's eyes widened but later scoffed and smirked cockily. (Except Lucy's friends, of course.)

"How can a weakling like you even do that? Hah, just a change in your look won't scare us."
Levy scoffed as a mocking grin made way to her lips. The guild nodded their heads in agreement and smirked.

Such cocky humans.

They all went into a battle stance before charging strait at Lucy.
Lucy just stood there and in a blink of an eye, she was gone, appearing behind one of the guildmemebers, she flicked his head with her thumb and pointer finger and made him flying to the wall.
She dissapeared again and reapeared behind Erza. This time, she kicked her back and sent her face first to the floor with a loud crash. A small crater was formed.
Lucy dissapeared again and reapeared, standing on the cealing, upside down.
"Duplicate."
She muttered.

White smoke suddenly appeared inside the guild hall. Once the smoke cleared, behind all of the guildmembers, with the exception of Lucy's friends, was a clone of Lucy pointing a small dagger at the back of their necks.
"One wrong move and this goes in your throat."
They all said at the sametime.
The guildmembers all widened their eyes. Fear evident on their faces.
Seeing this, Lucy giggled.

The real Lucy was seen on the second floor.
She held out her hand where the proud Fairytail insignia was and put her other hand infront of it.
The insignia was now removed from her hand.

"Goodbye...."

Their eyes widened.

"Fairytail."

They were all unconscious once Lucy muttered those words. Including Lucy's friends who still stuck beside her.

The only one conscious was Lucy herself. At that point, all of the clones have dissapeared.
Lucy sighed.
"Mavis,"

Mavis appeared beside her. "Yes?"

"Please remove their memories of this. Replace it with another scenario, please." Lucy turned to the shorter girl.
Mavis smiled and nodded her head. She chuckled.

"You're in big trouble, Lucy. Achnologia's going to get mad if he hears of this." Mavis teased with a playfull smirk. Lucy's face paled.

"Oh shi-"
Lucy stopped herself when she realized that a twelve year old was right beside her.

"What were you going to say?"
Mavis tilted her head in confusion.

She's still innocent. Keep it that way. You got that Lucy?

She told herself.
"Oh...its nothing. Nothing at all."

Once everyone regained conciousness, they all wondered why they were on the floor when they were supposed to be standing. Mavis just said:
"I had to make you all unconscious because you were going to destroy the whole guild if i didn't stop you.".
That just made them more cocky. They all thought they became so strong that first master even had to stop them when they just got started on attacking Lucy. While the others were laughing and grinning, Lucy's remaining friends frowned.
Including Mavis.

They were mad at the guildmembers before them. They were so arrogant and cocky, it was annoying. They always got into useless, meaningless fights at any given time, even when they were facing an enemy. That nearly caused them to either have a fatal injury or even death. And the one who they all blamed it on was Lucy. Lucy Heartfillia, the one who was always a cheerful girl who was always so determined and focused on the enemy, the one who was focosing on the fight, was the one getting blamed for their mistakes. But she just endured it all.

Mavis gritt her teeth.
How ungratefull they are.
Her fists were clenched together tightly.

Wendy, Lissana, Mira, Happy, Carla (who stayed quiet through it all), and Mavis were in a similar state. Macarov didn't know any of this since he was too engulfed in his endless amount of paperwork and complaints from the magic counsil. Which were all caused by the guldmembers who were partying downstairs.
So Mavis and Lucy's friends weren't mad at him. He already had so much on his plate, they pitied him.

The S class members, Guildarts, Mystogan, and Laxus, also didn't know about this, since they were away on missions but for Laxus' case, he was traveling, helping citizens. Mavis was proud at how Macarov's grandson had become. She was very proud.

"First master... Lucy wasn't beat up, was she?"
Mirajane asked, coming up to her. Since the guild was so noisy, not even the dragon slayers wasn't able to hear her.
Mavis smiled and nodded her head.
"Yes, you are correct. But please, do not tell anyone about this."

"Of course. Even If i do, they'll think im crazy, so of course, there is no need for me to tell."
Mira said, standing next to Mavis.
"But, why was i the only one?"

"Because."

Sighing, Mira didn't question any further.
"But im glad Lucy had left, if she didn't, who knows what could have happened." Mira muttered under her breath. She was truly glad that Lucy had left. That Lucy wouldn't be hurt by these people anymore. She smiled bitterly at the memory of the day Lucy was kicked out of Team Natsu.

-flashback-

Lucy was sitting at the same seat she would always sit at in the bar, drinking her favorite drink, she had finally smiled, an actual geniune smile. After months of seeing Lucy's fake smile, Mira was overjoyed.

Mira was washing, cleaning, and scrubbing the dishes when she heard Natsu say,
"Lucy, you're kicked outta team natsu, we don't need you anymore. You're the reason why we almost die in every mission we take, your being a burden to us."

Mira quickly turned around only to see Natsu walking away and Lucy looking down at the table.
She could hear her whisper,
"Why...why me?...its always me..."

Mira saw the litle droplets of tears that ran down Lucy's cheeks.
She was about to walk up to Lucy and comfort her when suddenly, Lucy stood up and ran out the guild.

That was the last time she saw Lucy genuinely smile.

-end of flashback-

"I saw everything that had happened, yet, i couldn't do a thing to help."
Mira looked down in guilt.

"I, too, wasn't able to do anything."
Mavis said, she, too, looked down in guilt.

What a horrible master i am.
