#73 (figernails and toenails)

i know you have your uses

protecting the tips of fingers and toes

and your great for scratching itches

and for some, even picking the nose

and for most women and some men

you become a fashion statement as such

but to keep you in tip top shape

manicures and pedicures are a must

but for the bulk of us, you irritate

getting caught in clothing of all types

and when we stub our toes

you become a painful blight

so i have a strong suggestion

to fingernails and toenails alike

for the love of all, learn to trim yourself

if not, then take a hike
