Beeping On (Achievement #58 = 2 points)

It is a useful little box, I'll admit,

Instantly heats up food, or in a minute,

The job when it finishes, it does emit,

A persistent and irritating beep.

Thirty to sixty seconds is all it takes,

Heating the food and the taste it awakes,

Mouthwatering, cold and frozen meal it makes,

And then lets out that repetitious beep.

I am truly grateful for it brings much ease,

Heat meals, steams leftovers, as quick as you please,

I just wish it would immediately cease,

As soon as it starts that repetitive beep.
