"Mmm..." You hummed into Ace's mouth.

Ace had his hands all over you leaving a trail of heat, and the heat from the sun wasn't helping. He wrapped his arms around your waist and pressed his body flush against yours, almost as if he was afraid you'd disappear on him. You gently put your hands on his cheeks and broke the kiss, panting for air.

"Ace, I..." Your words were interrupted as Ace started to place open-mouth kisses on your neck, sucking it every now and then. You blushed madly, knowing at any moment, someone could walk outside. But you didn't care, all you care about was him.

Oh how you missed being in his arms, feeling his body against yours, his soft lips roaming you. You might finally have that back.

Ace lifted his head and rested it against your forehead, gazing into your eyes with half opened ones. His freckled cheeks had a red hue around them and he was panting as well, trying to catch his breath after that hot make-out session. "Damn~"

"What?"

"I regret not noticing you sooner"

"It was worth the wait" You smiled before letting go of him and walking inside.

Ace stuffed his hands in his pockets and followed you inside. He instantly noticed all his brothers, besides Luffy of course, giving him teasing looks. He rolled his eyes and shot them a glare before grabbing a soda for you and him.

"Hey, (f/s) is still your favorite right?" He asked, handing it to you. You took the can, purposely putting your hand over his. "Yeah, it is, thank you"

Ace took a deep breath when you gave him a sweet smile. 'Come on Ace. Control yourself. She not like those other girls who just want to sleep around. She's genuine. Genuinely, the most beautiful girl in my eyes.' Ace sighed and sat on a barstool, admiring you as you talked to the others.

Luffy ran in with the tv remote. "Hey guys!!!! Let's watch a movie!!!"

Ace liked this idea, a perfect excuse to snuggle you. If you'd let him that is. But unknown to you both, the others had the same idea. Everyone headed to the living room, Luffy taking his spot on his bean bag, Thatch taking the reclining chair, and on the couch, Koala, Sabo, Marco, Ace. No room for you, or so you thought until Thatch spoke up.

"We can't have a lady sitting on the floor. Oh no no no. Hey Ace, let her sit on your lap!" Thatch said with a smirk, watching you both blush and stare at each other.

You took a deep breath and took a chance, sitting in his lap with your back against his chest. Which was entirely a surprise to him and everyone else, besides Luffy of course.

Soon enough everyone paid attention to the movie and you leaned your head back to lay on Ace's chest. You felt him move his hands to your hips, rubbing soft circles into them. You blushed and put your hands over his, turning your head slightly to look up at him. Ace looked down at you and leaned down kissing you very lightly.

You were cut off when the front door open, revealing the last person you wanted to see you in this position. That's right.

"Dad! What're you doing here?" You tried to stand up but Ace wouldn't let you.

Shanks glared at Ace. "Unhand my daughter Freckle face."

Thatch and Marco looked ready to prevent a murder, glancing at each other with knowing looks. Ace on the other hand just pulled you close and nuzzled your neck.

"You are not the boss of me Old man"

"Now listen here you punk! I-" Shanks started but was interrupted by Whitebeard himself walking in.

"Guarararra! Red hair leave the lad alone! We knew (y/n) would end up with at least one of my sons! I always hoped it would be Marco though..." Whitebeard's words caused the blonde beside you to choke on his drink.

"Excuse me?" He said through a coughing fit. You felt Ace possessively wrap his arms around your waist, causing your dad to glare at him more.

Whitebeard ignored his sons question and cleared his throat. "I called Shanks here to talk to ya about an event we are having for the company! It's gonna be very formal so I need ya on your best behaviours lads!"

"Why an event?" You heard Sabo ask.

"Well, lads, It's time for your old man to retire soon, meaning Thatch here is gonna take over!"

Thatch looked at his father with wide eyes, speechless, and just about ready to pass out. "M-me?"

"Why of course! Who else would I give it to?!" Whitebeard said with a laugh, pulling his son in for a hug. The young man hugged back, looking just about ready to cry. "Thanks, Pops!"

"Well, I'm happy for you guys. But I'm not happy about this" Your father said, referring to you and Ace.

You rolled your eyes with a sigh and stood up. "Guess that's your way of saying time to go?"

"You know it," Shanks said, walking out to the car.

Ace got up and walked you to the front door, he awkwardly rubbed the back of his neck with a blush, turning to you. "Listen, I um, about today...I wanna know you more. I feel like you know so much about me but I know nothing about you. I wanna know the amazing girl I gave my first kiss to."

You blushed madly. "T-That was your first kiss?! I'm so sorry!"

"Why are you sorry? I'm glad it was you. Ya know, we practically grew up together but I never expected you to fall for me." Ace smiled to himself softly. His face right now looked so angelic, you just wanted to kiss him all over.

How could he be this good-looking?

"You're surprised? I thought I was so obvious and that you just didn't wanna be around me."

"Well, you're wrong. I want to be around you all the time. I want to figure you out. Starting with this business formal thing for the company. Wanna be my date or you planning on going with Marco?" He teased you with a slight smirk.

"Does this answer your question?~" You grabbed the collar of his shirt and kissed him with passion. Ace was a bit surprised at first but soon kisses you back, pulling you closer and nibbling your lip. You went to open your mouth for him but you were cut off by the honking of your dad's car. You broke your kiss and looked back to see him glaring at Ace. You sighed and pecked his lips before walking off.

Ace leaned against the wall and watched you leave with a smile on his face, wondering how he never noticed you like this before.
