Context for this next one: my friend got it spoiled for her that Mondo kills Chihiro, and we just got to Chihiro's death (for those who don't know, Chihiro basically gets crucified on exercise equipment. It's brutal). So she thinks Mondo made the crime scene the way it is, and she thinks he's a serial killer now (she also thinks he killed his brother who he'd mentioned had died, and she's not entirely wrong but she thinks he killed Daiya in cold blood)

Anyways that inspired me to come up with serial killer Mondo, aka Genocide!Mondo (where Mondo is Genocide Jack instead of Toko)

So Tristan's parents immigrated from South Africa to Brooklyn (yes, Tristan's got a silly goofy accent when he's angry) and with the help of my friend whose dad is from South Africa, I've been working to weave accurate information into his character!  Including the fact that he knows some swears in Afrikaans and will swear in it when pissed off at himself rather than others.

For example, here he smacked his nose on a tree branch.

This is a little sneak peek at an alternative timeline where Tristan was not, in fact, the victim...
