Chapter XIV: Infiltration

-T/N's POV-

I watched as two White Fang guards posted at one of the bases steadied themselves. A group of their own soldiers along with two individuals bagged over their heads clearly isn't enough to dissuade them from being so damn paranoid all the time.

Guard 1: Where'd you find these two prisoners?

One asked.

Asher: Over at one of the smaller villages up North. They were trying steal food or something.

Guard 2: Hm, these humans are a weird bunch... Where are you talking them?

Aurora stepped up.

Aurora: We have a suspicion that they're here for something more than food. We're bringing them to High Leader Khan, and Second Lieutenant Taurus.

The first guard looked at his partner for a bit, the both of them shrugged their shoulders and stepped aside, I smirked, Amber's plan was actually working. Smart girl...

Amber: Thank you, we'll make sure these human scum get what they deserve.

Assured Amber, as we hustled into the large White Fang airbase. We saw multiple bullheads, possibly taken from Atlesian shipments. With the red wolf scarred onto it's armoured plating, we then landed eyes on a hulking White Fang Lieutenant making his way over to us, he held a large bludgeoning tool in his hand. He stopped only a few feet in front and eyed us up and down.

Lieutenant: Human infiltrators I see. They're getting cockier, sending people in to do their dirty work.

Elle: Affirmative sir! Um, we spotted them in.

Lieutenant: Private, I don't need to hear where you found these filth. I only need to know why your little posse is here, need a lift somewhere?

The Lieutenant asked.

Asher: Main town sir, Main White Fang base sir. We're taking them to the Glorious High Leader K-Kim Jong Un!

Asher piped up, I could feel the nervousness in his voice break through his already crappy acting.

Lieutenant: What the who?

Lilith slightly elbows Amber's already obnoxious younger brother in the stomach.

Asher: I-I mean... Sienna Khan sir! Sir!...

The Lieutenant grumbled underneath his breath, he motioned for us to follow him. He brought us to a bullhead that was full of Dust Crates that were already being loaded. White Fang grunts told us that it'd take a few minutes for the whole capacity to be unloaded.

Lieutenant: The whole thing's unloaded now, let's get going, get these two human scum to Leader Khan.

Uh oh...

Asher: W-wait... Us?

Lieutenant: Yes, is there a problem private?

I quickly whispered to Asher, whom was quaking from head to toe.

Me: Say, that you're alright with it. You're compromising the operation for Pete's sake.

Amber: It's okay, the guy's a newbie. Signed up a few days ago, pretty nervous in the face of authority.

Asher: No I'm not.

Elle: Enough of this, let's get these prisoners to Khan.

Asher: Right, sorry about the refute Lieutenant... My mistake.

-Timeskip-

Surprisingly this flight is taking longer than I expected...

Lieutenant: So, what are two humans like you doing here on Menagerie?

Me: Don't say anything.

I whispered.

Lilith's head nodded underneath the bag slightly.

I then felt a firm grip on my head, my aura protected me from the pain but I still felt slight segments of it.

Lieutenant: You have an aura I see...

Me: Correct, Captain Obvious.

The gruff voice of the Lieutenant responded.

Lieutenant: Hmph, expected you to stay silent the rest of the trip. What'd your face be like with a bullet in it?

The Lieutenant held up a small handgun, I felt the barrel press against my forehead. Typical... I've had a gun up to me many times before... repetition will only bring bore and a sense of 'hey this has happened many times.'

Lieutenant: What if I just shoot you now and dump you're sorry ass out of this Bullhead?

Me: Well then my last thoughts would be why you decide to kill a boy by shooting him, and then throwing him out of an aircraft. Simply stupid I mist say.

I gloat.

The Lieutenant's gaze falters.

Lieutenant: I recognize that voice... Get his bag off...

He said, Amber hesitated at first, but a thumbs up from me, out of sight with my hands tied around my back, gave her the okay.

Amber pulls my bag off, the Lieutenant is seemingly pale beneath his mask in fright.

Lieutenant: Y-you. Dead... No, it can't be.

He dropped his pistol in utter shock, unknowingly letting it fall out of the airship.

Me: It seems so.

Lieutenant: Ace of Spades, how? It was on the worldwide news. You fell into the abyss of fog! Y-YOU'RE DEAD!

He yelled.

Me: Well, I guess I could say. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger... But I have a different philosophy...

I smirk with confidence as I activate my semblance once more, driving myself up into the mouth and nostrils of the White Fang Lieutenant. Allowing me to enter his respiratory system, essentially clogging up his lungs and esophagus.

Lilith: Hold him! He might fall off!

Asher and Elle both grabbed his arms, pulling him away from the edge. All the while he was strangled and gasped for breath desperately, his tongue crawled for air so much it elongated itself, Elle and Asher found the bulky Lieutenant's resistance diminishing by the second. A good fifty mere seconds after entry, he showed no responses of life, I leaked out of his gaping mouth in gravelly form, forming up leaning against the wall of the aircraft. Brushing my hair to the side. Smiling all the way through.

Me: ...Killing makes you stronger... Well, that was entertaining.
