I charged forwards, ducking under Ruby's scythe as I swept out her legs. She fell as I tried to go for the kill with my butterfly knife. She instead dashed away using her semblance and then ran right back at me, spinning seamlessly like a top with her scythe extended.

I made sure Lilith was indeed holding her own against Weiss before I too activated my semblance and brushed towards her. Ruby blindly slashed at my dusty body as she made absolutely no damage to me or my semblance.

I quickly reformed behind her and kicked her from behind to the ground.

Ruby: Weiss! Dust rounds!

Ruby's White-haired partner was able to toss a magazine to Ruby, though I was also able to intercept and caught it. I looked at it and realized that it was Ice Dust.

Me: Hmpf, so you've told them about my weakn-

I said, before I heard Ruby's Crescent Rose fire, the round fired hit the magazine straight centre encasing my hand in Ice, preventing me from using my semblance.

Me: GAHH!

Thankfully my right hand wasn't the one that was caught in the cold, but regretfully my watch detonator that was still connected to my knife boot is now inaccessible to me.

Lilith was still able to use her agility to fight off Weiss, but she wasn't gonna last long... Oumdammit where are those guys!

Ruby: Now we're on equal grounds, now surrender and we probably won't send you back to where you belong.

Me: My Home? Oh no wait! The prison? I love guessing games!

Ruby: Hell.

Me: Ohh, what fun!

I yelled, running over to Ruby as I leapt over her scythe, now without my semblance as regular Ace in the Hole, I had to rely purely on my instinct and dodging skill. Which I used, Ruby's fighting style was indeed so predictable now, with me monitoring exactly how she fought back in Beacon, I knew most of her moves, slash and cut, with the occasional sniper fire.

Lilith currently blocking a slash from Weiss, Ruby's scythe approx. 5 seconds from firing again... When Lilith kicks Weiss back, utilize Ruby's ammunition to your own advantage, they expect me to be weakened, but a weakened enemy is a dangerously underestimated one. I am superior

I grabbed Ruby's Scythe just as I estimated the time she was about to fire another round. Directing it to where I correctly predicted Weiss was. Blowing her away, Lilith smiled at me and I nodded back.

That was when I heard the sound of the Mafia's bullhead approaching. I gave a small look to it and quickly informed Lilith of it.

It was still far and still approaching when I saw it. Ruby and Weiss also sighted the vehicle, they both glared at us as I tapped Lilith's shoulder.

Me: Swap opponents!

Lilith then ran to Ruby, determined as I told her to use her superior speed to her advantage. While I handled the more difficult opponent. Even if Weiss had dust on her side, I still had my Ace up the sleeve, my knife boot, Weiss never encountered it when we were fighting back at Beacon, so the switch actually played the fight into our hands. So when the time was right, I'd use it.

Me: Alright Ice Queen... I'm guessing you and I have unfinished businesses.

Weiss: I'll never forgive you for killing Diana...

Me: What? She was asking for it, opposing me... Anyone that opposed my objectives is an enemy.

I said, taking my still encased hand and smashing it onto the ground enabling my semblance for my use again. Weiss stuck her rapier into the ground, summoning a gigantic armoured knight. I wasn't surprised, I'd seen Weiss training with trying to use summoning, she's barely been able to do it... but it seems she has perfected her family heirloom. The knight bend down into it's fighting stance, I took a small look at Weiss, she had her eyes closed and she looked like she was concentrating... hard. This ability took lots out of her, I only need to stretch the limits of this need ability.

Me: COME ON!

The Knight charged forward, trying to slash me into bits with it's gigantic buster sword. I utilized my semblance to my advantage, though I knew my aura was running low as was. I just had to keep her to her limits...

Lilith also held her own against Ruby, who still couldn't brush her off to assist her teammate. I flashed out a few throwing cards I had constructed in my spare time, I dodged another hit from the knight as I flung all three of them straight at it's weak spot, it's source of existence.

Weiss cried out in pain as two cards struck her legs while the third one just brushed past her cheek. The knight then held it's head as it disintegrated. She fell on her back as I approached with a killing intent.

Me: Weaknesses weaknesses weaknesses... Where do I begin?

I ask, as I stop just at Weiss' feet. I grab ahold of my watch as I click the time reset knob, releasing my 4 inch foot knife. Weiss' eyes widened as she tried to get away, but with the boot knife I ever so gently placed my foot on Weiss' chest. The knife just barely grazing her throat.

Me: Your aura is low I see?

Weiss didn't say anything, but closed her eyes waiting for the inevitable when I slammed my other knife-less boot in her side. Her blue-tinted aura flickered and shattered leaving her utterly defenceless.

Weiss: People will rise up against you...

Me: And they'll meet the same fate as did the Schnee Dust Company.

I responded, before I kicked her in the abdomen with the boot knife, she yelled in agony as I did it again. Pushing her to the side just as Yang and Blake ran onto the scene, their faces with horror implanted onto them.

Me: But the Atlesians?! You two just left them to die at the hands of their own military?

Yang: Nah, the Atlesian's troopers are surprisingly poorly trained, wasn't the whole military like you hoped it would. Just a couple of rogues and veeeery emotional guys.

Blake: Y/N you little shit! What've you done with Weiss.

Me: What does it look like? I stabbed her...

It was then the Bullhead soared overhead, circling around the courtyard it fired it's gatling guns as Team RWBY took cover, I laughed as they cowered before me, the bullhead's crewmen lowered a piece of rope down, I nudged Lilith.

Me: Ladies first...

I smiled, she winked back as she climbed onto the rope, I the grabbed it and took a second to look back towards Team RWBY waving them goodbye. I saw Ruby kneeling beside Weiss.

Ruby's POV

At that moment I only saw red... Weiss was close to death... And Y/N was again slipping away as he once did back on the Atlesian Ship. I knelt beside Weiss' still-breathing body and whispered an apology to her.

Me: I-I'm sorry Weiss.

She weakly opened her eyes.

Weiss: R-ruby... The plan, it failed didn't it?

Ruby: I'm sorry about all this...

Weiss: D-don't worry, just focus on getting Y/N... You dunce... go... go get him.

Blake: I'll stay here with Weiss! He's getting away!

I looked at Yang, then I had another idea.

Ruby: Strawberry Sunrise!

Yang: Right!

Yang nodded quickly, I leapt onto her back, utilizing my scythe in order to cut as Yang ran out towards the Bullhead which was still leaving the courtyard, Yang dodged gunfire from Y/N as he still hung onto the rope. She propelled herself using her gauntlets as Y/N reloaded.

Y/N: FASTER GARY! GET US OUTTA HERE!

The bullhead left solid ground slowly as Yang propelled us into the air using velocity from her gauntlets. I wasn't gonna let Y/N get away,... not again. The look on his face became dreadful as he clambered the rope with his pistol still in hand.

Y/N: STAY BACK! SHIT! GARY GUN IT GUN IT!!!

He screamed, I then found myself only a few feet away as he began dematerializing and rushing up the rope, I launched us forward one more time as I closed my eyes, whispering a final prayer before my final cut...

I swung the scythe... Hearing a tearing noise as I opened my eyes once more.

I saw Y/N's evil scarlet eye grow wide in surprise, the rope had been cut... Lilith screamed for Y/N, reaching her hands to try and grab him as he looked at me, stuttering in utter shock. I didn't smile at him, or anything... that would make me like him.

Y/N: Well Ruby... looks like you've outmaneuvered me...

Was what I think he would've said, had not Yang then utilized her gauntlets to blast him away further from us while simultaneously blasting us backwards towards the solid ground property of the SDC.

Ruby: Y/N... Fall.

Y/N's POV

Things turned around so fast... I didn't have time to react...

My semblance is useless... I cannot form into dust if I'm not in contact with any physical surface... I felt the whole world beginning to slow down as the bullhead eerily left my sight. My heart was beating faster than I had ever felt it beat before.

I felt... venerable again... Like the time I had been trapped under the church's cross back at the village... Faces flashed past me; Mom, Dad, Lilith... The only ones I cared about in life... I knew that this was the end... I felt fury in my heart, my anger burned with a passion as I silently cursed Ruby, Weiss, Blake, Yang, Ozpin... Huntsmen as whole. The fire still remained awake within me as I imagined my parents painfully screaming in hell, waiting for me...

Me: Fire... Screams...

I then let all thought escape me, as I closed my eyes... not wanting to see my inevitable end at the hands of the wretched ground... I felt silent.

Me: Then silence...
