(i have come to the realization that i have been spelling Guy's name wrong seeing as its soposed to be Gai, i am here to tell you that at the moment i have no intention of correcting it)

Ace POV

it had been a few weeks of training with my new team. and though i hate to admit it but kiba was right... a little too right. his sister LOVES me, Hana insists on my constant visiting the clinic and the one time i didn't show up with kiba after training (that was yesterday)apparently she wouldn't shut up asking were i was and if he did something to run me off. she only stopped when they got home. now i was, as usually walking with kiba to the clinic. we were having a normal conversation, well actual we were debating who was stronger, but whatever.

next thing i know the flow of conversation stopped as we arrived at our destination, the Inuzuka clinic. you see we had devised a plan during luch with our team on what to say when we walked through the doors to see Hana. "I'M BAAAACKK!!!!!" yes that was the best we came up with i know we are idiots

"ACE!!" Hana shouted and before i saw it cumming i was tackled to the ground by an overexcited dog.. oh wait never mind its just Hana." I'm so happy your back. i almost killed kiba when i thought he ran you off"

"umm, ok ya so... that's not what happened I'm still here i just promised to spend yesterday with dad so sorry i didn't show." i stated rubbing the back of my head nervously as i sweat dropped. did she really like me that much? if so why?

as i said this i was thinking "please don't ask please don't ask" and guess what happened.

" oh well i guess its ok. i guess i almost forgot you had other family... you know about us so do you mind if i ask? WHO's your dad?" she asked .

at this kiba leaned into the conversation. "ya you never realy talked about your family. the rest of use stated what clan we were from during introductions but you only said your first name and that you prefer to be called Ace..."

i was contemplating on how to answer when i was saved by Hana " wait Ace isn't your real name?"

"umm no its just one of the nicknames dad gave me..." i decided not to go into detail on the multiple names my father calls me. " my real name is Aurora"

"that's such a cute name i love it.. but if you don't mind me saying i don't think it fits you very well."

" ya that's why i prefer to go by Ace"

she was about to respond when kiba got annoyed "STOP CHANGING THE SUBJECT! just answer the original question"

" oh umm.. well if i tell you you wont believe me" the just stared at me for like 5 minutes i finally broke "FINE YOU WIN.. my dad is..."

"yess, come on spill it"

i took a deep breath "Might Guy, the self proclaimed blue beast of the leaf village."

they stared at me completely lost " um can you stop lieing to us i mean we are your friends right"

" no shes my friend and team mate your just my annoying big sister she puts up with" ignoring his comment Hana continued to pester me not believing me at all.

some how we got so caught up in this 'discussion' that we failed to noticed how dark it was and the fact that a very confused Tsume (there mom) standing behind us. i hadn't met her yet so i didn't know who she was at the time.

"HEY PUPS WHO THE GOLDEN GIRL?" wow is the first thing anyone notices is my strange eyes

"oh um hey Ma what are you doing home so early?"

"early, ha are you kidding me I'm over an hour late i expected you to be asleep by now" with this we simultaneously turned are heads (we looked like the three stooges) only to find it almost midnight.

" oh no, no no no dad is going to freak and run all around Konoha (spelling?) tell he finds me. my life is over" i say head down in shame.

" um who are you" the women i suppose to be kibas mom asked not so nicely talk about resemblance..

" oh sorry I'm Ace its nice to finally meet you" i said as best i could subconsciously sitting up straiter.

" what do you mean finaly?" to this Hana spoke. both the inuzuka children seemed slightly afraid of there mother and i acn see why

" well you see Ace here has been spending quite alot of time keeping me company here at the clinic and helping kiba train"

"is that so... than why haven't you mentioned her before?" probably afraid of you scaring me off

"well Ma you've been so busy lately and so have we so i guess it never came up" at this i couldnt help but stifle a laugh. Tsumi notated this and asked why i was laughing.

now both her children seemed to ear for my life but me being me i still answered " you see though kiba has been training he likes to slack off allot and has plenty of extra time after simple D rank missions so i find if quite entertaining that he said he was busy"

kiba hissed low enough so only i would hear, hopefully, " why did you tell her that?"

it took a moment for Tsumi's shocked expression to leave but when it did it was replaced by a large toothy smile. shocking her two children. " you seem to be a no nonsense gal and you even looked me in the eyes when you talk without fear. I LIKE YOU" she laughed i rubbed the back of my head as kiba and Hana fell over looking like they were about to faint. Tsumi stood me up and put an arm around my shoulder slowly walking me away from the clinic and into the main compound.

" so you seem to be running from trouble.. at least that's what i thoughts i overheard"

" you got it if i get caught out this late dad will kill me. or punish me with something crazy and i think death may be the better option" she smiled at this

" well if your ever running from the law... or you dad... you welcome to crash hear tonight, or just about any night for that matter, i think ill like having you around"

my eyes lit up as soon as the words left her mouth " you mean it?"

" ya sure you can sleep on the couch if you would like" she smiled walking me towards there living area " normally i would make kiba give up his room but he hasn't cleaned it in a wile"

" ya no problem i don't mind at all" she was about to open the door when she stopped and looked me up and down before saying

"ok so when we get in here I'm going to ask you a few questions if you don't mind" i shrugged its not like i have anything to hide " but before we do that i hae a very important question to ask you"

" ok shoot"

" how do you like dogs... and large ones at that" to this i smiled i should have saw this cumming

" i absolutely love the... and a good thing too because what I've heard is that you've got a hole pack in there" she smiled at my answer is she planning something I'm not aware of ?

Tsumi POV

i like this girl but there's one more test i need to see her pass before i get attached."ok but warning you they can kill" with that i opened the door.

all the dogs came running out smelling someone unfamiliar. one of my more larger dogs and the alfa male of the group immediately attempted to take a bite out of her but to my surprise she didn't get knocked over. she instead blocked him by stepsideing putting her left arm up and swinging it counter clockwise hitting the mutt in the side of the face sending him down. and instead of letting go which i knew if she has she would have been attacked. she held him pinning him to the ground her left forarm pressed to his face. not threateningly but it held him down.

she than placed her right hand about 3 inches from his face and let it hover there. at this point the rest of the pack had stopped to wait to see what happened next. after about 2 minutes the growling subsided and she slowly move her hand closer, he growled and she stopped now about an inch away. once he stopped she slowly mover her hand around to the back of his head and gently scratched his ear as she slowly released the dong from its pinned position. he wined and sat up right licking her outstretched hand in apologize showing a new found respect for the girl and wandering off with the rest of the pack.

" in all my years i have never seen that reaction from someone , even fom my own clan." i laughed " you seemed to have gained the respect of the whole clan in one swift move"

" well thanks... i guess. the first pat was more instinct than anything" by this time Hana and Kiba entered and were shocked to say the least. more so when one of the dogs came and stood by her as she bent down into a crouch and patted him/her on the head well still talking to me. "how did she get in here alive and why do the dogs like her so quickly" i heard kiba mumble under his breath. but seeing as I'm still in conversation with Ace i ignored it.

Ace POV

" so how do you know kiba has been slacking off? do you two know each other very well?"

" well i guess you could say that, we were in the same class in the Academy and are now on team 8 together. .. so your son is a teammate of mine now"

" really... KIBA WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME YOU HAD ANY FRIENDS IN THE ACADEMY LET ALONE HAD SOMEONE LIKE HER ON YOUR TEAM"

"sorry Ma . it just never came up." he lied horribly " but i can tell you one thing and its that akamaru absolutely loves her" as if to prove his point the white fluff ball jumped off of kibas head and strait into my arms.

"well if you cant tell by now so do the rest of the mutts" she said gesturing to the pack milling around happily occasionally cumming up to me to get pet.

"ya i noticed... how did that happen? i half expected to find her dead when we got here and was sure we would have to get her to medical treatment ASAP"

"well never mind that its late and i have shopping to do in the morning. Ace you can take the couch." and with that we all went to bed. Akamaru sleeping with me as kiba complained about favorites.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

*in the morning*

"hey Ace wake up" i rolled over no i want to sleep! "come on kid your going to run into to town with me and Kuromaru" kuromaru... oh ya that was of of there dogs, the one Tsumi always has around.

"he Ma i have an idea mind if i try it.?" who was that ... kiba? but how.. oh ya i crashed at the inuzuka house last night. "sick her boys boys" wait what?

all of the sudden something or more than one thing jumped onto my chest and started licking me. wait licking me

I open my eyes to find 3 of the pups(akamaru included) standing on my chest licking my face.

"Hey stop that tickles" I say laughing attempting to sit up but failing miserably.

"I'm up I'm up... no need to give me a bath"

"Good you up" I hold the pups at bay just long enough to see Tsumi holding back laughter as she watched. "Come on I need to get you home and you may as well help

Me with my shopping"

And about 10 minutes later we were out the door and on are way to town.

Me and Tsumi were walking with Kuromaru in the middle through town. We had just left the bakery when something green moving at great speeds tripped and landed sprawled in-front of us. I immediately recognized the figure but unfortunately kuromaru didn't so before he could jump I stepped in front of him.

"Don't worry hes not a threat"

"Wait you know him.. who is it?" Tsumi asked pushing me out of the way "GUY... what do you think your doing. Stop your crying would ya."

At this he sat up tears streaming down his face. "my YOUTHFUL dragonfly is gone. She didn't come home last night and I cant find her. I even have kakashi looking"

"What are you blabbering about?" Tsumi said losing her patient. At this I stepped out from behind Tsumi.

"That would be.me hes talking about" as dad heard my words he jumped up.grabbing me and pulling me into a crushing hug.

"I WAS SO WORRIED. WHEN YOU DIDN'T COME HOME LAST NIGHT I THOUGHT SOMETHING HAPPENED. DON'T EVER SCARE DADDY LIKE THAT EVER AGAIN."

"dad I'm a ninja now I can take care of myself" I'm sure Tsumi would be laughing if she wasn't so confused.

" as punishment... you must wear this" he brought out a spare jumpsuit that he caries around with him every were.

"Um sorry dad but no not happening"

" fine but only because I'm happy your back so instead ... 57 laps around the village" my jaw dropped " now get a move on with the POWER OF YOUTH" I groaned and droping the bags of food and taking off.

Tsumi POV
as Ace took off running I couldn't help but ask. " so you her dad" i have a hard time believing you would ever have kids , let alone one i like. nonetheless he nodded still watching her run off " why do you call her Dragonfly"

"Well she wants to be like her dad with such YOUTHFUL spirit. And sense I'm the hidden leafs BLUE BEAST she is now the hidden leafs GOLDEN DRAGONFLY"

What is this guy. Oh ya hes Guy.. "well sense you just lost me my shopping buddy you. Have to carry my shopping bags." I said in a superior tone shoving my bags into his arm felling accomplished.

Guys POV
Noooooooooooo!!!! Wait a minute I know I will carry these bags on my head without spilling and then tell kakashi I found Ace.

Ace POV
I was about 32 laps in when an ANBU showed up and started running to catch up to me. I didn't slow down expecting him to be able to catch up since he was an ANBU.

It took him a bit but he managed and said still running to keep up with me. "Lord Hokage requests an audience with you miss Aurora"

"Sure ill make a stop there at the end of this lap... and please call me Ace"

With that I took off down an alley way toward the Hokages building the ANBU following close behind to make sure I arrive at my destination. We arrive and I knock on the door hearing a gruff "come in" I opened the door me smiling and the ANBU panting with his hands on his knees trying to catch his breath.

We stood silent as he caught his breath before he said " man your hard to keep up with... im an ANBU I'm panting and your not even winded."

" if you want me too make it worse i can" I stated

"What do you mean?"

This time the Hokage answered for me " I hate to inform you but Ace here is only of Genin rank. Fresh out of the Academy at that. Just a few weeks ago"

"WHAT?"

"yes well your dismissed I have something I would like her to do"

"Yes lord Hokage" he said but as he left I caught one more thing " beaten by a Genin. The boys are never going to let me live this down." I held back a chuckle.

Once he was gone I turned to the Hokage.
"Still tourchering my forces with your stamina I see"

"Yes sir you can blame that on dad... pulse they just make it so easy its hard to resist" he just chuckled " so what is it you needed me for.. though I'm glade for the distraction I was in the middle of a punishment from dad for not coming home last night"

"Yes well ill ask about that later" his face suddenly serious " I have a special solo mission I need you to do."
