Rey walked down the stairs . "Breakfast-"

"I'll be late !" She said .

"No ! You're eating for two so eat!" Her grandfather said .

She grabbed a piece of toast a took a sip of orange juice "happy?"

"A little bit.. I'll see you sweetheart " he then kissed her cheek. "Be careful today ... And you don't have to tell anyone because -"

"Goodbye" she said and then walked to her car. She drove down the street to see Finn already out there .

"Hey " he opened the car door and sat down.

"Hey"

"How was the whole ... Baby picture thing ?"

"Okay ... We fought but I'm not surprised ... I heard its heartbeat "

"Really?" Finn asked .

"Yeah ... It was crazy ! It was like thump thump thump ... It was so beautiful"

"Well I'm glad you find something beautiful... You know besides baking and Poe's dog "

"Whatever ... Did you see the photo I sent you?"

"Yeah it looks like a -"

"Small bean ?" She asked and he nodded "that's what I said ... I have another appointment in two weeks ... At six weeks to see how far I am see if everything is going good"

"Any names yet ? You and Ben like anything ?"

"Ugh " she signed "he won't even answer my texts let alone talk about names ... I'm one thousand percent sure he hates me"

"He can't hate you too much... You're having his baby"

"True" them Rey parked and they got out . She held her binder over her chest , which covered her stomach slightly . Even though she wasn't showing she didn't want anyone to assume things.

She saw Ben sitting on the hood of his car , his friends all around and his arm around another girl , this time a girl with dark red hair .

"You okay?" Finn asked .

"Huh ? Oh yeah ... I'm fine" she lied and walked to her locker. She got her English book out and then put her binder in so she could swap out her history with her science book.

Ben walked by , his arm around the girl and the girl looked at him dreamily .

Ben looked at her locker for a second , he saw her purple binder with a picture of the sonogram on it and other things , including a pie recipe.

Next thing he new his girl was pressing her lips against his . He kissed her back and saw slightly Rey talking with Finn .

Ben was at his locker , thinking about that thump he heard the days before from the baby.

He slammed his locker and saw a girl walk over to Rey . The girl was asking questions . The girl said something and then Rey slammed her locker and ran off to the bathroom.

About two minutes later she came back , and the girl was gone . It wasn't her fault she morning sickness .

By lunch it was a rumor that Rey was pregnant , and the fact that she had s sonogram photo in her binder didn't help . But surprisingly she didn't say anything about Ben being the father , which was a huge blessing.

He wondered why Poe and Finn didn't seem faded to be hanging out with the pregnant girl . Then he realized that they were gay and had been the subject of many rumors .

"Did you hear Ben ?" The girl he was with asked.

"Huh ?" He asked taking his seat .

"Rey Kenobi is pregnant ... Apparently it's some Russian drug lord's baby... And he smells like pickled herring "

"Oh ... Didn't hear that part but she's pregnant ?"

"Yeah ... She ruined her life ! But it's a good thing she got pregnant not and not during junior year" and the girl kissed him.

Rey was at work and she was drying some glasses "hey Rey !" Han said walking in the kitchen.

"Hi " she smiled .

"How's the baby?"

"Good ... All good " she smiled .

"It feels like just yesterday Leia was pregnant with Ben ... She used to have me touch her stomach , even when super flat like yours , apparently it helps the baby learn that there's more to the world than just the mother "

"Do you wanna ... Touch it?" She asked . Hand nodded and placed his hand on her smooth stomach .

"Reminds me of the good old day" Han said .

"Ooh ! That reminds me !" She said and ran to her bag . "This is for you ... And this one's for Leia ... They're the same but it's the very first official photo of your grandchild "

"Oh ... Oh Rey it's so small" Han said .

"Yeah ... Next time it should be bigger " she said taking a seat next to him.

"How was school ? " Han asked .

"Eh ... Everyone knows now ... No one knows it's Ben's though ... Maybe I should keep it that way -"

"If that's what you want " Han told her .

Rey was at the counter , working on a pie . "Rey ! Someone left their jacket in booth 4 can you bring it to the parking lot ?" Poe asked with a giant stack of pancakes. She nodded and walked over there .

She walked out and saw Ben and his friends "did one of you leave a jacket ?"

Hux pulled it from her hands "thanks slut" he said .

"I'm sorry what ?" She asked .

"It's just that your 17 and a pregnant ... That just proves you're a slut " he smirked . The group around him laughed .

Rey looked at Ben , she was not going to bring him into this any more than he already was in.

"I'm sorry but people make mistakes... Like your mother did 18 years ago" Rey said .

The group then let out small chuckles . "At least I know who the father is , unlike your sorry excuse for a fetus !"

"It's a baby !" Rey said putting her hand around the flat stomach . Then Hux pushed her and she stumbled back, her feet didn't wanna work and she fell into a puddle .

"Worthless trash" Hux said and began to walk off with all his friends .

Rey quickly got up and ran off . Ben pulled Hux by the collar "what the fuck is your problem ?!"

"My problem ? That girl is a slut who can't keep her legs closed !" Hux said .

Ben then balled his hands into a fist and punched Hux square in the jaw . "At least she's gotten more than you"
Suddenly a wave of 'ohs' begin.

"Whys are you defending her ?" He asked angrily .

"Because ... She does know who the father is !"

"Who ? A sad friend of yours ?"

"No me " Ben said and punched him again and ran after her .
