Chapter 14

The next morning, Saturday dawned with Midoriya stretching as he woke, rubbing the sleep out of his eyes. Confusion clouded his mind momentarily. "How did I get to my room?"

Slowly, the events of last night came flooding back, and his eyes widened with the realization. "Shoto kissed me... HE KISSED ME!! And I fainted, like an idiot!" He buried his blushing face in his hands. "Shoto must have carried me to my room."

Collecting himself, he got up and dressed, then exited his room, only to bump into a broad chest. Blushing furiously, he realized it was Shoto. "S-shoto! G-good morning!"

"Good morning, Izuku. Are you feeling better?" Shoto inquired, his hand moving to his neck, eyes fixed on the floor.

"W-what? Oh no, you didn't make me uncomfortable at all!" Midoriya hurriedly assured. "I... I really liked it. It was just too much at once."

"You... liked the kiss?" Shoto's surprise was evident.

Midoriya nodded. "I'm sorry for fainting..."

"No, it's my fault. I should not have kissed you like that and told you that I love you. I apologize for overwhelming you."

Midoriya gave him a small, reassuring smile.

Their tender moment was interrupted by the unexpected presence of the twins, who blurted out, "You two, seriously?! It's just awkward watching you dance around each other like that! Just admit you love dad back, kiss and make up. Shosuke and I are living proof of your love!"

Startled, Shoto and Midoriya turned to face the twins. "Itsuki!" Shosuke interjected, "Don't just say it like that."

"What? I'm right!" Itsuki defended.

Shoto sighed, and Midoriya shook his head, a mix of embarrassment and amusement coloring their expressions.

"Well, seeing as we're all up, we can go to the mall now," Shoto suggested.

"Yes!" The twins cheered simultaneously.

"Race you downstairs!" Itsuki grinned mischievously and bolted off.

"What?! Nee-san, no fair! You have a head start!" Shosuke protested, quickly following his sister.

Midoriya and Shoto exchanged amused glances before Midoriya took a moment to express his feelings. "Shoto?"

Shoto turned to him, his expression curious. "Yes?"

"I love you too."

Their smiles mirrored each other's as they shared a tender kiss before joining their children downstairs.

Upon reaching the living room, they found Setsuko and Hato engrossed in a game of Mario Kart, with Hato on the verge of winning until Setsuko resorted to a sneaky move, sparking Hato's frustration.

"Hey!" Hato's voice boomed, his wings aglow with irritation.

Setsuko, unrepentant, erupted into laughter.

Shosuke, witnessing the scene unfold, panicked as he noticed the flames dangerously close to the couch. "Hato-nii! Calm down or you're gonna burn the couch!"

With a deep breath, Hato managed to control himself, extinguishing the flames. Setsuko's laughter turned into a tumble as she fell to the floor, prompting Hato to burst into laughter as well, pointing at her.

Setsuko shot him a glare before retaliating, launching into a playful wrestling match. Meanwhile, Shoto and Midoriya headed to the kitchen to grab some breakfast before their outing.

"Why can't they just get along?" Itsuki sighed, pinching the bridge of her nose in annoyance.

"They're just too much like Uncle Touya and Uncle Tenko," Shosuke remarked, shaking his head in resignation.

"We're gonna need an escort if we want to go to the mall, right?" Shoto inquired, to which Midoriya nodded.

"We should probably have asked someone earlier. This might be too short notice for any of the Pros to have time to come with us," Midoriya mused.

Suddenly, Hato came flying into the kitchen, surprising Shoto and Midoriya, who stared at him wide-eyed.

"You've already got a Pro Hero right here!" Hato grinned from the floor, wincing. "Ow, Setsuko! That was harder than usual!"

"That's what you get for laughing at me, asshole!" Setsuko's voice rang out from the common room.

Hato dusted himself off and stood up. "Wait, Hato, you are a Pro Hero?" Midoriya asked, puzzled.

"Aizawa-Sensei said you're a third year," Shoto pointed out.

Hato shrugged. "At the end of my third year - Pro Hero, that's the same thing! Basically."

Shoto and Midoriya exchanged skeptical glances.

"Think about it. Now, if you would excuse me, I have a cousin to kill," Hato declared before speeding out of the kitchen, leaving behind the sounds of crashing and fighting from the common room.

"You're dead, bitch!"

"Come at me, you fucker!"

"Well, if what Hato said is right..."

"I don't wanna disappoint the twins, they were so excited..." Midoriya sighed. "We're gonna be in trouble if Sensei finds out."

"What if he doesn't?" Shoto suggested.

Midoriya's shoulders sagged, defeated. "Fine! Come on." He took Shoto's hand, and the two left the kitchen.

As they entered the common room, they were met with a scene of chaos. Scorch marks marred the walls, feathers littered the floor, and furniture was overturned. Before they could fully take in the mess, the elevator dinged, and Bakugou's voice echoed through the room.

"What the fuck?! What happened down here?!"

"Kacchan!"

Hato and Setsuko simultaneously pointed accusing fingers at each other.

"It was his fault!"

"She attacked me!"

"What?!" Setsuko shrieked. "No, you attacked me!"

"You threw me!"

"Fuckface!"

"Idiot!"

"SHUT UP!" Shoto's voice thundered, silencing the bickering duo.

Startled, Hato and Setsuko immediately fell silent, their heads bowed in shame as Shoto stood before them, arms crossed. The twins quivered, knowing they had crossed a line.

"That's kinda hot," Midoriya whispered, his hand covering his mouth, eliciting a gag from Bakugou as he turned to make breakfast with Kirishima.

"Both of you get along and clean up your mess! I want this place spotless when we get back!" Shoto's command was firm, leaving no room for argument.

The two nodded frantically and set to work, but Midoriya interjected, "But Shoto..."

"We will just go without an escort," Shoto decided.

"We can't do that!" Midoriya protested, concern etched on his face.

"We are now." Shoto took his boyfriend's hand and pulled him along, the twins following close behind, giggling at the chaos they left behind. Sneaking out, they caught a bus to the mall.

Upon arrival, the twins' eyes sparkled with excitement, and before their parents could intervene, they were off, darting from one shop to another.

"Oh, look at that shop!"

"Let's go to this one!"

"No, this one first!"

"Papa, over here!"

"Dad, come look!"

Midoriya and Shoto sighed but couldn't help but smile as the twins led them on a whirlwind tour of the mall. After purchasing a multitude of items, they headed to the food court to grab a bite to eat.

"Aw man! I'm starving!" Itsuki exclaimed as she plopped down onto a seat, with Shosuke settling opposite her. Midoriya sat next to Shosuke as Shoto went to fetch their food, their many bags resting next to the table.

"Did you two have fun?" Midoriya asked, smiling warmly as the twins nodded enthusiastically. "I'm glad."

Shoto returned with trays of food, settling down next to Itsuki opposite Midoriya. They began to eat, engaging in light conversation.

"Shoto!"

Two women approached the table, causing Shoto to choke on his food momentarily before Itsuki swiftly hit his back.

"Fuyumi, Mom?! What are you doing here?" Shoto managed to sputter out, surprised.

"Your sister got me a weekend pass so we could do some mother-daughter shopping," Rei explained, her smile gentle. Fuyumi nodded in confirmation before turning her gaze to the others seated at the table.

"Are these your friends?" Fuyumi asked, turning to Midoriya. "I recognize you from the sports festival. Midoriya, right?"

Midoriya nodded, his cheeks flushing. "Y-yes, that's me. M-Midoriya Izuku! Nice to meet you!"

"And who are you two?" Fuyumi inquired, her gaze shifting to the twins.

The twins blinked, wide-eyed, as Shoto and Midoriya nudged them to snap out of their daze. "I'm Itsuki!" exclaimed the girl, while her brother added, "I'm Shosuke!"

"Such wonderful names!" Rei gushed fondly. "Do you go to U.A. as well?" she asked, and the twins nodded in affirmation.

"Why don't you come over for dinner tomorrow? I'd love to get to know my son's friends better," Rei suggested with a warm smile.

The twins exchanged hesitant glances before Shoto interjected, "Uhm..."

"Well..." Midoriya added, but Shoto quickly concluded, "We will be there."

"Alright, see you then!" Rei chirped cheerfully as they bid their farewells and departed.

"Dad! Are you crazy?!" Itsuki hissed once they were out of earshot.

"I panicked! I can't say no to mom!" Shoto defended himself, while Shosuke facepalmed in exasperation.

They left the food court after finishing their meal and returned to the dorms. As they entered, they were met with Aizawa's glaring gaze, signaling trouble ahead.
