Aaah~. Today’s the day we travel to Ægir. I’ll probably find Skadi, Specter and the others there. I mostly want to meet Skadi though. I wonder what she looks like as a child? Emotionless? Poker faced? I can imagine her attitude already

Patriot: Are you done…packing your clothes…Yelena?

Yelena: Yeah, I’m done! Let's go!

Patriot nods his head to Yelena’s response and then leads her to the front gates of this base. After that, the three of us were bid farewell by some of the Guerrilla members. You may ask why there are just the three of us and not four. Well, someone has to take care of the base while we’re gone and Mike has been picked to do so

I’m concerned about Patriot. He’s wearing his armor. I’m not saying I don’t like it. It’s just, I’m gonna be annoyed as hell if someone that’s not us sees him wearing that and then proceeds to report us to Ursus. I don’t want to get my hands dirty, not again. It took a lot of time just to clean the bloodstains from my clothes and I only have like, three pairs of clothes!

Yelena: Y/n?… Y/n!

Y/n: Hm? Yes, Yelena?

Yelena: Where are we going?

Y/n: To another country

Yelena: I know that. I want to know the name of the country we’re going to.

Y/n: Ægir.

Yelena: That place? I heard many people go missing there.

People go missing there? Why didn’t I know anything about this? The disappearances are probably related to Skadi. Well, she did get experimented on and then got revenge by killing the scientist that experimented on her. If I had to guess, she’s probably a child right now. After the experiments she always had a poker face on. Maybe if I save her, her emotions can be intact. Huh, adds more to the list of things I have to do. Well, let’s go to Ægir first before I start planning how to save her

The group has finally arrived at Ægir, the place where Y/n said that they would go. The view they got from where they were was beautiful. The buildings paired with the natural look of the place made the place look like it belonged to the sea.

Yelena: Wow~  This place looks so beautiful!

Y/n: Yup. From what I heard about this place, the description doesn’t even compare to what the real thing looks like! “Mostly because Arknights doesn’t even bother to show us what Ægir looks like”.

Patriots: Indeed… Let's go inside…the city

Y/n: Are you sure that they won't be suspicious about your armor? What happens if this place has spies?

Patriot: Kill them.

Y/n: Understable, let's go inside then.

Yelena: Can't wait to meet new people!

Y/n: No, new friends.

Yelena: *smile* Let's go boys!

Y/n: Is that a- you know what? Let's go inside guys!

Patriot: You got that. Right.

They all then walk to the front gate to be scanned to find whether they are infected or not. Y/n then suddenly remember something very important in Ægir, their language.

The Aegirians spoke a language known only to a few cities and villages near Aegir, one of which is Kal'tsit.

How the f*ck I forget that thing! Now how will we enter the place if not one of us knows their language?

(Random guard)

RG: Next.

Sounds normal. Do they know how to speak english? Maybe English is a global language.

Y/n enters the scanners and is safe because he is non-infected. Yelena and Patriot however, are infected. So both of them ended having to wear a choker on their necks to prevent them from infecting Oripathy to others.

RG2: Please remember that these things expire. So, come back here a few hours before they expire so they can get changed to new ones.

Yelena and Patriot both nodded their heads and went in. When Y/n wanted to go in, he was stopped by RG. Y/n stared at him with confusion before he was handed a device.

RG: Keep this with you at all times. This thing can track where your friends/family are. This city is pretty big. So, it’s to get lost in it. Remember that, you got that buddy?

Y/n: Thanks bro.

RG nods his head and goes back to his patrol point to resume doing his duty. These people are nice but not fully. I need to scout the whole city to see if the people in this city are mostly good or mostly bad.

Now free from the patrol guards grasp, Yelena, Patriot and Y/n walked into the city and took a good look at how the city was doing. And they did not regret it. The city was filled with infected and non-infected people. And yet, the infected here were never discriminated against. The two kinds were talking to each other, helping each other and more.

Patriots: This city…is not bad.

Y/n: You got that right…Let’s go to a hotel where we can stay while we’re here.

Yelena: I'm hungry!

Y/n: Hello hungry, I'm Y/n.

Yelena:*Mad Cautus sound*

Y/n: Just kidding. We’ll eat after we find a hotel to stay at.

The three of them now stood in front of a tall building. They admired the sheer size of the building before Y/n suggested to go in.

Y/n: Let's go in

After they entered the building, they were now on the search to find a receptionist. They soon found the receptionist table but no receptionist was to be found. Y/n looked right and left but saw no one. Y/n then spotted a desktop bell on the counter. He rang it and suddenly a noise that resembled a speaker turning on was made. Then, someone started talking.

???: Hi, welcome to Æfir Hotel! How can I help you?

Y/n: We want to rent a room for three people, please?

???: Which floor do you want? We have 30 floors here in this hotel.

Y/n: First floor if you can.

???: Wait for a second customer. Let me arrange a room for all three of you.

Y/n: Ok.

Odd, her voice sounds…familiar? Nah, I’m probably imagining things. It’s just a random girl.

Y/n looked at Yelena and saw her enjoying the place. This hotel was a fancy one, so it was full of decorative art. Patriot however…well he did nothing besides standing next to Y/n and watching Yelena. Many people stared at Patriot though. Apparently,a suit of armor will raise suspicion.

???: Ah! Found one! Your room is A1-17, sir.

Y/n: Thanks, how much is the room?

???: 25K LMD.

...What the-... Of course it’s as expensive as fuck. How did I not notice the plenty of fancy people coming in and out of the hotel. It’s fine though. Why? Well, I basically have all the money I want because I can create infinite money! Even Though I have this ability, I’m gonna use it for emergencies.

Y/n: Ok, so where do I need to pay?

???: Wait right there. I’ll personally come to receive it. I’ll also be coming to give the key to your room. Sorry for the trouble by the way.

Y/n: It’s ok.

While I was waiting for the mysterious girl to come and get her money and give me my keys to my room, I opened my wallet and 25K LMD magically appeared in my wallet. (Sigh) If I didn’t have the system, I would be broke as hell in this world.

???: Hand me the 25K and I’ll give you the keys.

Y/n then saw someone’s hand reach the  money inside Y/n’s wallet that had 25k. Y/n switched his stare to the receptionist to take the key from her but he was surprised to see who the receptionist was. Y/n’s eye widens because of the dragon girl who stood before him

Both of their eyes eyes meet and they soon stared into each other eyes. Nian blushes and then looked away while Y/n was confused as fuck as to why this girl was working here.

Y/n: Nian?

Nian: *Blushes* " Oh my god he’s so handsome! Wait, is he talking to me? Plus, how does he know my name already? Must be because I'm famous. *Princess laughter* Of course, I am fabulous after all"

This…is…f*cking…awesome. A girl that made me spend 560$ for her, was standing right in front of me. I can even feel her taking my ability to make money already with her eyes.

Patriots: Do you know…her, Y/n?

Y/n: No.

Nian: Then, how do you know my name?

Y/n: Your name tag.*Point at the name tag on her chest*

Nian:. . ." What?! He doesn't know me? Am I not famous enough? Maybe I should destroy a few popular places. Yeah, he’ll know who I am after that"

Y/n tried to take the key from Nian’s grasp but he failed. Y/n then tried to use force but Nian only tightened her grasp as she thought about ways to become more famous.

Patriots and Yelena watch the scene with a sweatdrop on their forehead.

Nian:" Maybe I have found my mate already. A human…but who's care it’s my choice "

How strong is she? Do I need to use 1% of my power? No, I will tear her arm off. I don't want to kill my favorite character who’s also one of my waifu.

It’s because of her that I spent so much money to get her. She is too dangerous to go like that. She’s immortal. I know that.

But most importantly I need to avoid her as much as I can. I'm not ready to meet my waifu yet. Yelena, Ch'en, and Talulah are exceptions. The three of them are still kids and I have talked to kids many times before.
